My day job allows me to work from home 3 to 4 days a week, so need a decent size room so I can work there when WFH. Ive been living on my own for a long time renting but it’s just so expensive. Im looking for a place with max 1 other person, I would like the building to have a gym that I can access easily, based on this my budget would be $500 with gym in building otherwise $450 ish if no gym as need to factor in that cost externally.
