I'm looking for any kind of accommodation that isn't to price.(190.$.a.w). When it comes to my personality, have you seen the Lord of the ring movies? Friendly, sociable, love to go out but also appreciate spending the night in. I study quite a bit for my course as well and can respect people's privacy. I am a second Year Viticulture and Oenology student at the University of Adelaide and am situated at the Waite Campus. I have a rescue bird called Feathers, and I am flexible about bringing him to Adelaide if pets are not permitted. I like to play video games and the piano and work on my car in my spare time. Laid-back and easy-going personality typical of a small-town country bumpkin, non-smoker. I'm looking for a room to rent that has wifi for study and is relatively close to public transport and the Waite Campus itself, my budget is up to $200 a week for rent.
The house has a furnished Kitchen Family Meals Area with all appliances, Laundry, Reverse Cycle a/c. A bedroom with ensuite plus built in wardrobe. Also a second bedroom with built in wardrobe. Less than 5km to City. The house is close to public transport and Burnside Village Shopping precinct, both are within walking distance.

The street is quiet and leafy. Close to City, Hills, with walking distance to Glenunga International High, with easy bus distance to The University of Adelaide City (6km) & Waite (3km), UniSA City (6km) and Magill (9km) Campuses. Apologies if you messaged us while we were away on holidays! A beautiful and spacious property located in a quiet street, just off Glynburn Road. At the other end of the street is Waterfall Gully road so its really close to Mt lofty and heaps of other walking trails. Public transport is a two minute walk from the front door (buses go direct into the city every hour). The location has the Feathers local shopping options in a short walking distance, Burnside Village a 5 minute drive and the city a 10 minute drive straight down Greenhill Road. Couples are welcome! At a price of $180 per room, we would need to negotiate a rate as I would prefer to keep the other room empty if this is the case. Pets are negotiable - please let me know when calling or emailing as larger pets are probably not suitable but it would really depend on individual circumstance. The rooms are approximately 4 x 4m each and have built in robes. If you need the rooms furnished this can also be arranged, but they are currently empty. Both rooms have air-conditioning. Amenities include a shared bathroom (I have a private ensuite, so the bathroom would be shared between yourself and the other occupant). The bathroom has a spacious shower and large spa bath. The kitchen is recently renovated with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. The outside area is perfect for entertaining and has a BBQ, fire pit, and a remote controlled retractable verandah. There is a large separate laundry with a brand new washing machine. The carport is available for off street parking or storage with electric remote control. I'm happy to park in the driveway and there is room for two more cars. Otherwise plentiful on street/driveway parking. The property also has a security alarm. Water and internet are included! Gas and electricity will be split evenly.
Hi. I am a student, will be studying at Flinders University as of next year. I am friendly, easy going, quiet, considerate and tidy. I was born in the Philippines. I came to Australia in 1983 with my family (mum and three brothers). Occasionally I go out with friends for coffees, movies, concerts and eating out but I stay at home most of the time. (Prefer unfurnished room)
Hey I'm Sav, looking for accommodation while I study at TafeSA Adelaide in Visual Arts. I've lived in Adelaide all my life and still enjoying it, although next year I'm considering moving to Melbourne and/or working while traveling around Australia. I love music and most often have some chilled beats in the background going. I like to travel to festivals interstate and enjoy the experiences that people, art, music, and more from around the globe have to teach me. I also enjoy spending time at the beach, camping, or going for trips in Adelaide Hills with my dog Cujo (Pug X Jack Russell). I have always enjoyed cooking really good food, having grown up with a mostly hospitality family memebers! I'm contentious about my consumption and waste, using as many reuse and recycle tips as I can. I'm mature and very respectful, I care a lot for the people around me. I'm looking for a share house with social, respectful, mature people that allow my dog to come along. A room that can fit a bedroom set including a desk, and a veggie patch or nice garden to maintain would be desirable!
Hi, I am a single male student majoring in social work. I am an approachable man who likes jogging, swimming and music. I am looking for nice people to live with. I can cook good Chinese food which I would like to share with you. You will be happy to live with me if you have some interests in China and its cultures.
Hi! I'm a 19 year old girl from Norway moving to Adelaide to study at the University of Adelaide. I lived in Adelaide during my exchange two years ago, so I'm well used to the city. I'm an easygoing girl who's always looking to learn something new, meet new people and make great memories. I love going to gigs and hanging out with my friends, but am also a huge fan of quiet nights in watching netflix or listening to music. I play flute and guitar, so any future roommate should be comfortable with some repetitive rehearsing every now and then. Other than that I am pretty okay to live with, I know how to keep to myself and try to keep a clean and organised space. I am looking for someone who I can potentially become friends with, that I can talk to when I feel like it and whom I can have dinner with and watch movies with. But I have no problem keeping to myself if you'd prefer that.
We're a couple in our mid-late twenties who have recently moved to Adelaide from the UK. We are neat, tidy and both work full time at the moment. We're looking to share a home with someone who respects our privacy, as we aould theirs, but also doesn't mind having a glass of wine and watching reruns of Friends with us every now and then.
I’m a fairly quiet guy, lived in a few share houses now and never had a problem anywhere. I’m easy going and generally fairly relaxed. I spend quiet a bit of time outside of my current house because I like to keep myself busy either riding my bike, skating, training or doing yoga. I work full time, non smoker and have no pets of my own but more than happy to love someone else’s :)
Hello! I'm Nat and I am 22 years old. I am super easy going and I like to keep things tidy! I am currently studying at Flinders Uni, and have two jobs so I am fairly busy but when I'm not doing either I am walking dogs and socialising with friends. I am hoping to find a room in a house with easy going people :)
Hey guys I'm looking for a room to rent in a house located in either norwood area, unley, Hyde park or the city. I work a lot and also am at uni so I'm fairly easy to live with and i like to be pretty quiet when I'm home. I do require a large bedroom with built in or walk In robes. I am wanting to live in a fairly modern house with like minded people If you have anything available feel free to message me 😊 No couples preferably
Hi I am Narayana and I am an Aussie and my wife Pei Pei is from Taiwan and speaks English and Mandarin and we have been married since May 2018. We enjoy cooking (we eat Aussie and Chinese food) and going to the beach or to the city on our days off we enjoy music movies. We both work full-time currently living down south but started a new job in Lobethal so we want to move closer to work and near bus routes to the city so my wife can take the bus to the city if needed when I am at work. We are open to share with children and pets and we have our own 2 dogs Layla the Staffy cross and Bella the Fox Terrier, we would love to bring them over some weekends but they will live with our mum down south. We only share one vehicle so we are happy to park in driveway, carport or on the road if needed our shift-factory work involves early starts (yes very early) at 6 days a week so we require a flexible kitchen and bathroom to access at these hours so we don't disturb other tenants. Please contact us if you think you have the right property for us, we would be good tenants Regards Narayana and Pei Pei
