Hello! I am looking for a temporary place until my friend's current lease runs out. Probably the beginning/mid July, I will be moving out. My partner from Argentina will be staying over between 11th of June-9th July. Am happy to pay couple's rent in that time. (He is 28. Clean. Very friendly. Is a fitness instructor) I am a clean, friendly person. I enjoy cooking for others so would be happy to do some cooking if needed on the days I'm not working. I enjoy learning about other people and cultures so ideally wouldn't mind living with someone social but also don't mind living with someone who keeps to themself.
Howdy! I’m Chantal, I really love a happy household. I’m respectful and friendly and love a good laugh. Enjoy plants and greenery especially with a descent picnic or wine and cheese platter! I study quite a bit and do my own thing, currently working part time but looking to move into full time work very soon. I’m generally pretty quiet and keep things clean, I really enjoy having a friend or two over and a good movie night on occasion. Ideally I would love my own self contained space/ studio or my own bathroom but I’m also pretty flexible, there are some cool houses out there that have some great dynamics. I appreciate a good conversation but also happy when things are chill and quiet. Haven’t spent a lot of time in the kitchen of late, usually keep things pretty simple but I love recipes from all over the world and like to try new things. Especially in the company of lovely people. Looking forward to finding the right place and hearing from you legends :) Cheers, Chantal
Hey! I'm Tom, I'm a 26 year old and study English and history at uni, I'm out of the house doing uni related things most days. I love reading, music and film, I'm out with friends a lot but don't drink much, and am quite open to new things and new people. On weekends I'm equally as comfortable in town, at the beach or relaxing at home.

Work in government administration. Like to keep busy, get out and about, catch up with family and friends, go to the beach, gym, shopping etc. other hobbies include reading, cooking, watching tv/Netflix, chatting with family and friends and listening to music. I’m originally from Adelaide but moved back from Whyalla for work so I’m looking for 2 month stay, if possible. Preferences: all female flat or mixed gender, eastern suburbs or beachside, heating and cooling ie. split system/reverse cycle aircon, and gas stovetop :)
Hi, I am a single male student majoring in social work. I am an approachable man who likes jogging, swimming and music. I am looking for nice people to live with. I can cook good Chinese food which I would like to share with you. You will be happy to live with me if you have some interests in China and its cultures.
Hi, I’m Elouise. I’m 28, work as a manager at a chocolate shop and have a Pet Photography Business as well. I’m a happy, quiet person who is kept busy with my work. I love to sit and have a glass of wine and a chat but happy to chill and watch Netflix or do work in my room. I’m looking for a clean and tidy place with a mature housemate and somewhere I can possibly bring clients every now and then to view their photos after a session ( this won’t be very often) and if not I can do the meetings at a cafe. I’m clean and tidy and respect people’s personal space. I sometimes work night shifts and sometimes during the day. I am not much of a party person and prefer to have a few glasses of wine at home or a wine bar rather than go out to clubs/pubs.
Hey! My name is Joshua Berry-Porter, and I’m 20 years old. I’ve just moved to Adelaide and am looking to move into a place relatively short term until I can find a job and provide income proof. I’ll be able to cover all costs (parental assistance). Looking to get into study later this year. Please reply at your convenience :) thank you, Josh
I'm quiet but friendly, and will easily socialize with anyone. I'm tidy, and no stranger to working hard, and cleaning. I'm responsible, reliable, and I love pets of any kind. I enjoy cooking, gardening, photography, genealogy, reading, just to name a few. I have a 13 year old daughter who I share custody of, so she's around 1/2 time, and is an absolute sweetie. I'm going back to Nursing and I will be studying for about a six month period. I'm currently job hunting for a part time job.
hello future house mates, im coming to Adelaide for the first time and hoping to settle in for the long term. After a few years of travel and living abroad i think i figured out what i want to do with my life, and i have decided to go to art school. in an attempt to not go broke i will spend as much spare time as possible on side hustles and part time gigs. although i may not be much of a home body i would still love to find a house full of people that are keen on the usual shared meal. As for what i offer, bulk budget meal ideas, carpentry/handyman repair skills, friendly conversation and of course weekly rent :)
I’m easy-going person but not a party animal. I love reading, watching movies, having out friends all around things but I also need me time in the room.
*Not looking to move in until June/July* I live in Brisbane at the moment but I'm moving back to Adelaide to start studying midyear at UniSA. I love my sports, I used to play basketball at South Adelaide and footy at Kenilworth and I'm a huge Western Bulldogs fan but can always get behind the crows. I love coffee and I have the biggest sweet tooth. I also love to have a drink (don't hold it against me but I love the Woolshed) but I also love a chill night at home. I'm preferably looking to live with other students but I am pretty flexible. Feel free to message me if you want to know anything else :)
Hi! My name is Katie and in 29 years old. I work full time just outside of the city and I am looking for a place to live not to far from. I am also looking for a place that considers pets. I consider myself a quite, friendly and non-judgemental person. I love being social and catching up with my friend for dinner, drinks, gigs or shows - whatever Adelaide has to offer! I also enjoy a good Netflix binge. As a flatmate, I am clean, respectful of others belonging and believe in open communication about any issues that may arise as things do. The type of flatmates I am looking for are also friendly and respectful. Although I might be a bit shy at first, I would love flatmates that I can have a chat with over a drink or watch a movie with, however, who would still respect my privacy and my 'me time' after a hard day at work when I need to just unwind in my room. Lastly, I have 2 adorbs pet rats names Amy and Willow (Buffy fans would get that :) ). I do understand that no everyone sees rats as cute and cuddly as I do. However, if you are worried about things like smell, let me assure you, rats are actually quite clean animals and as long as the cage clean, they don't smell. I will also keep them outside, except in times of extreme weather. I don't allow them to 'run around the house' as they can easily eat something they shouldn't. Please contact me should you have a property close to the city and feel I might be a good flatmate match for you :)
Hi there! My time at this great Frewville house is coming to an end, which means a great room will be available from the 4th of May. With plenty of space, polished floorboards and built-in shelving and desk, it's a great room to call home, looking out at the fruit trees in the front garden. It fits a queen-size bed easily, and still has enough space for a cabinet, dresser or - in my case - storing a bike and a lot more. The house itself has a main dining/kitchen/living room, with a second lounge space at the front of the house. There's a fourth, smaller room that's currently a bit all-purpose, but could easily become a nice study, and two bathrooms - one's an ensuite connected to the master bedroom, and the other is shared. There's fully-ducted airconditioning through the entire building, plus a backyard with plenty of room as well. This place is also in a great spot, with the city 10 minutes drive away (20 minutes if you take the bus). Two minutes walk down the street there's also a Woolworths, the Arkaba Hotel and Frewville Foodland - "The World's Best Supermarket". A lot of furnishings will come with the house, but as some of the furniture will be shifting out with myself and another housemate who's also moving on, there'll be space for anything you might want to bring along - dining tables and chairs, kitchen appliances and a few other things like that would be a huge bonus! Rent is $190/week, not including bills. Internet is $20/month. Bond is actually 6 weeks rent ($1140). Looking for someone 25-35ish, preferably working full time who is clean, reliable, easygoing and friendly. We like to keep the house pretty neat and tidy - vacuuming once a week, mopping communal areas every couple weeks or so, not leaving dishes around the kitchen for days - so would love to find someone with the same mindset when it comes to shared household chores. The property is pet friendly - if you're coming with an animal friend, that's just something you would have to confirm with Ev before moving in. The new housemates will also be required to submit an application to the real estate agency and sign the new lease.
Hello there I am a chef by trade working in the central markets. My current house is being demolished and subdivided. I am very clean and tidy, considerate and compassioniat. Sociable yet enjoy my own space and respect others also. I enjoy a quiet cider or two but my party days are behind me. I have all my own bedroom furniture and can contribute much more furniture which is stored at my aunt's. I am a family man however my parents are now travelling around Australia since retiring. My current house has a early twenties lad and a female social worker from Tanzania, and we all get along great but unfortunately have to go our separate ways. 4-6 weeks bond at the ready and two weeks rent withub my budget of $175 per week. I enjoy a good chat, cooking for others and love all sports and music. My lease, although not binding is over in four weeks so I'm certainly not overly fussy about my new residence but would like to be within a hour by bus to my work in the city. Thank you for your time and I hope to hear from you soon. Kind regards, Rodney
I'm pretty easy going and happy to socialize with house mates but also appreciate my own space. I keep things clean and tidy and (sadly) love vacuuming! :) I love finding upcycling projects to do and any DIY arts and crafts. I'm looking for a sensible house to be a part of as my partying days are well and truly behind me! This doesn't rule out drinking wine and eating delicious food at home with friends/housemates though! :)
