Hi everyone! My husband and I will be relocating to TAS shortly, hes already down there and needing accomodation, and I will be coming in January. He is a zoo keeper and I am a nurse. We currently live in Griffith Nsw, we are excellent tenants and pay $370 per week, are paid 2 months in advance and always ace inspections. In our current house we sublet the granny flat and spare room, so are well versed in share housing, and know the importance of keeping tidy and quiet. We dont smoke, drink recreationally ( a couple of drinks once a month), and are not party goers. My husband is down there already and able to come and inspect and meet up. kind regards, Kaitlyn and Sean Cooke

Hi there, My name is Charlotte and I am a 25 year old high school teacher. I have lived in a lot of share houses so know the importance of respecting people’s space. I’m learning to garden, and trying desperately to keep my plants and worm farm alive.. with mixed success. I am happiest in the outdoors. I love to hike on the weekends, or read a good book. I teach History, Sociology and English, so often come home with funny stories to tell. I’ve got a German shorthaired Pointer dog. She’s indoor/outdoor and very well behaved and house trained. She loves to sun bake, or go for a beach run. She’s happiest when cuddling her humans.

Overall I'm simple, easy, laid back and enjoy going to the gym or for a swim. I love to surf so most of my weekends will feature a wave, some good coffee and a beer. I enjoy being social and having a new experiences whether it's a whisky bar in New town or a hike to a waterfall in snug falls.

I'm relocating to Tasmania and would love to share a flat with easy-going, fun, open-minded people. I'm sociable and quiet at the same time. The party days are mostly over but I still enjoy some wine or cocktails every now and then. I'm very respectful of other people's privacy and expect the same of them. I love a clean environment and have no problem with sharing the chores. I will love it if you have a pet :) I'm into yoga, hiking, reading, cooking. Feel free to contact me and ask any other questions.
While I work full time, I do enjoy socialising on my days off. I get up early in the morning for work and tend to keep to myself on a work night. I enjoy relaxing while reading a book and listening to music or watching a tv series. I work in the whisky industry so I'm always up for a drink, though I am partial to a nice medium red. I always clean up after myself and maintain a respectable household. I enjoy my sports, mainly watching but I do get to the gym as well. I'm looking to find somewhere long term close enough to the CBD so I can walk places instead of drive.
