Hi folks I'm looking for a for a suitable accommodation. Most times I´m working and studying but at home I like to talk to flatmates as well as respect their privacy. I´m neat and tidy so I´d like to live with similar people. Well a little about me: I like sports, playing guitar (but I don´t have one now), travelling and videogames. I look forward to hearing from you Cheers

Looking in: Seven Mile Beach, Sandford, Mornington, Howrah, Hobart, Glenorchy, Glebe, Chigwell, Bellerive

I’m can be a pretty “keep to myself” kinda person, but in saying that I don’t mind a chit chat and glass of wine on my time off. I work full time hospitality hours so you probably won’t see much of me at the home regardless of day. I’m respectful of others person space and are a pretty relaxed person. I love music, going on road trips and a watching a good movie. Just looking for a room in a house of likeminded people! :)

Glenorchy, Hobart

Furnished room in a share house

Single unfurnished room available for rent in a three/four bedroom house in a quiet cul de sac in Glenorchy. House has expansive views of Mount Wellington and lovely outdoor decks on two levels. The house is otherwise fully furnished. Ample on street parking available. You’ll be sharing with two professional males to in their late 20s/early 30s and a post-grad female student in her mid 20s, who lives in a self-contained area downstairs. One male is moving out at the end of November and someone else may move in. All of us share a bathroom and value respect and transparency. We’re pretty easy going and get along well. We’ll often watch tv together and occasionally share a meal, but all also respect each other’s privacy and do our own things. It is also very important you like dogs. Evie and Roger are two indoor/outdoor dogs who love attention. You’re not expected to care for them, but you need to be okay with a cuddle on the couch and warm welcome home. They are good with other animals and pets may be considered upon application. We share utilities between us and rent is due fortnightly. One months bond will also need to be paid upfront. Longer term rental preferred. Sorry but the room isn’t large enough to consider couples. Please feel free to get in touch, ask any questions and let me us know about yourself.

We are a quiet, tidy, non-smoking couple in our early 30s. Always pay our rent on time, references available. Looking for a pet-friendly place as we have a 3 y.o. medium-sized doggo. She's friendly, well behaved, trained etc. We are both currently working in Launceston but are aiming to get full-time jobs in Hobart for the next few years as we are saving for a house deposit. We already have some savings to help pay rent and bills while we secure employment. We would welcome a 12 to 24-month lease if that helps too.
