I'm a pretty neat, quiet Australian guy studying engineering on-line while looking for a job. I have a degree in applied science (chem), and 11+ yrs experience as an electronics tech. I'm a bit handy with computers, and fixing some stuff around the house. I enjoy an occasional glass of wine/beer, a chat about politics/economics/technology/society..., video/board/card games computer programming, and maybe a little bit of gardening, but largely keeping to myself. (Yes, I'm a bit of a nerd.) I'm fine with pets. - Sam
Very bright townhouse looking for tenants. There are three bedrooms in the house all with windows. It is 10 mins walk to Glenroy train stations. It is very close to Moonee Ponds Creek and beautiful walks. Veggi patch and Mandarin tree in the garden. It is fully furnished. I am an academic working interstate and will be occupying one of the rooms in the property just to store some stuff, But I will be rarely back in the property as I have a full time job in Queensland. So this is great opportunity to rent a whole townhouse for cheaper price! The smaller room is $200 pw and bigger room is $250. I am happy to negotiate if you want the two rooms. The house also comes with a big study.
Hi, I'm Jacky. I work as a full time primary school teacher in Glenroy. I am looking for a home where I can stay long term but also closer to where I work. Having lived in student accommodation with a variety of people over the last four years in university and now also living independently with a flatmate (through flatmates.com.au funnily enough), it has made me adaptable and easygoing as a housemate. While I will most likely crash in my room after a long day of work and am introverted in nature, I am always down for bonding opportunities and exchanging some amazing banter over a couple of bevs. I am a fan of video games, marvel movies, hiking, going to the gym, corny jokes and quality brunches. (Bonus points if you enjoy Netflix and can become friends with this nerd) I can have an active nightlife from time to time, however I keep that outside no matter what and never bring any of that racket home. If I have friends over, I'll always ask for permission first and keep noise to a minimum. Cleanliness has always been a priority to me and I make it a commitment that it remains so in communal areas. My ideal home would be: - Close to public transport and shops (walking distance preferred). - Have space for parking because I have a car (off street or on street is fine). - Inclusive of all bills. - Budget friendly (unfortunately my rent budget is non-negotiable and cannot go any higher than stated). Long story short; if you're looking for a housemate, a new friend, and a tenant who pays their rent on time - I might just be what you're looking for! As I work on a 8-6 schedule, I will not be able to take calls. The best way to reach me is through this website and I'll get back to you ASAP! Looking forward to hear from you soon :)

Heya! I'm Jake Timpano. I'm looking for a room in a sharehouse in the northern area of Melbourne. I'm 26, about to turn 27. I'll be working full-time as a storeman at Broadmeadowsfrom the 4th of next month. Previously to here in SA, I lived in Victoria while I was with the Army and so I'm pretty familiar with the area and have a strong friend-base already there from different social circles. I'm a non-smoker and love dogs but won't be bringing any pets. I enjoy a drink when with friends or just chilling, binging stuff on netflix. I'm keen on fitness and health and drag myself into the gym most days of the week. I cook for myself most nights and meal-prep for the week. I'm pretty big into LARPing, gaming and other nerdy stuff and it keeps me busy when I'm not out with friends or working. Having lived in shared accommodation situations for the last few years, I'm habitually tidy and neat with a good respect for privacy and space. Ideally, I'd like to bring all my own furniture for my room from here in SA.
I'm a full time nursing student, I love to socialize but also keep to myself in respect to my roommate's privacy if needed. Im not loud or untidy, always clean up after myself and I always pay my rent on time. I prefer a private room with an ensuite however shared bathroom is ok too. I need a home thats walking distance to train station /tram stop. Please don't hesitate to message me for any further information :)

Hello there future housemate(s), I’m Sanjit, a 24-year-old, currently completing my masters degree in food science at University of Melbourne. I’m very reliable with rent and other bills (can provide references of previous housemates). I’ve lived in many share houses before so I know the drill! I’m hygienic, clean and tidy! I’m very chilled out and laid-back (so much so that I’m almost horizontal) and hope to find similar easy going and open minded housemates. I’m a very sociable person, love going out for food, drinks, movies and would love to find a chilled out place to call home. I also respect everyone’s privacy and will not be constantly pestering you haha. Since I'm completing my Master’s degree, I’ll be pretty busy during the weekdays at Uni but I’m always keen to chill on the weekends. I do part time research work at uni and also involved in contract work with few food manufacturing companies relating to quality assurance and microbiological safety. I love watching and playing soccer! (GO Manchester united!) I enjoy scuba diving, longboarding and am now looking into indoor/outdoor rock climbing. Also enthusiastic about patting dogs and watching funny dog compilation videos. I’m an avid music listener! Love rap, hip hop (artists such as Kendrick lamar, Eminem, 2pac, Biggie, The underachievers, Joey badass, J cole etc), classic rock (Pink Floyd, Guns n roses, Aerosmith, The beatles, Jefferson airplane, Creedence Clearwater revival, The rolling stones, Eric Clapton, Queen etc), Electronic (Flume, Nicholas jaar, Odesza, Pretty lights, Eric prydz, Bassnectar etc) and sometimes when I’m feeling classy, I’ll hit up some Wolfgang Mozart (what a ridiculously cool name) or Bach. So if you love music, I’m sure we will get along!! Also, I have a pair of headphones so you don’t have to worry about me blasting loud music. Also down to binge watch movies and tv shows. So, if you think we’d get along and would like to team up or you have a room available in your house, hit me up! Hoping to move in around mid may. Send me a message if you think we'd get along. Hope to hear from you soon :)
Hello! I am currently working full time, from 9 to 5 and I also do university. I am looking for somewhere cheap and close to the city or a train station to go to work. I am also very clean and quite. I'm hardly going to be home so I'm just looking for a nice bed to sleep in and people that are respectful. Let me know if you have a place for me ❤
Hi my name's Bec. I'm in need of a place to stay ASAP for the next month maybe longer. I'm on Centrelink at the moment whilst looking for work. I am a private person who is also down for chat as well. I just would love to live in a place which is respectful and housemates who are friendly.
Hi there 👋 My name is Siobhan (F) I’m 22 & a full time shift worker as a baker. I’m easy going, friendly, considerate and tidy but not a clean freak. Due to me being a shift worker I would need my flat mates to also be considerate as I work and sleep weird hours. I’m normally at work or the gym & when I have the time am always up for adventures - love hiking, camping, beach, travel etc. Also I’m flexible with furnishings however, I have a car and I’d like to keep my car, which means it needs a home. I’m am happy to park it on the street but some places are easier than others!
I’m super chill, clean and enjoy other peoples company as well as my own down time. I’m a full-time flight attendant so I’m away from home a lot and like to make the most of my time home! Love anything to do with the arts and I have (mainly) old school RnB playing all the time. I love my little abode I’m in atm but can’t afford rent on my own so am needing to move out 😔 I have a full house of furniture so would be keen for team ups and getting into a bigger place with more people! I like to exercise and get outdoors so a gym/outdoors buddy would be cool too :p Also I’m looking at sharehousing/teamups anywhere in between Tullamarine airport and the city ideally.

Hi Everyone, My name's Emma, I'm 26, work full time in the city and I'm looking for someone to jump on a new lease with me. I have rented plenty of times, and sadly my housemate of 3 years has moved in with his girlfriend. Basically I leave when it's dark and get home when it's dark. I'm looking for someone that really understands the essence of sharing a house; respect, cleanliness and tidiness. I will always afford you the same. I'm happy for someone to have a partner that comes over a few times a week, as my partner will do the same. - I'm both social and non obtrusive, I will certainly just go into my room some nights after a long day, but will also have a conversation, watch tv shows etc in the common area with you. - I'm not after a housemate who wants people over every weekend weekend or will treat it as a party house, I'm done with those days, I want it to be a home for you and I both. Furniture: 80% of the house will be furnished. I will gradually fill the house as I go. (my housemate owned all our prior furniture) Lease: Will be 12 month, you'll need to sign on it. A rental history is advantageous but not mandatory Rent/bond: Will need to contribute to half the bond, and the 1 month rent in advance. The house: I will be in Glenroy, or Oak Park, either 2 or 3 bedroom (will only ever have two housemates) so you will have your own bathroom. Its a great location I have lived here for years. Close to the city and major shopping centres, universities etc If you would like to tell me a bit about yourself that would be awesome :) Look forward to hearing from you!! Cheers :)
