I live in a good sized 3 bedroom brick bungalow in Glenroy, near to shops and PT, (train and buses). Plenty of parks around if outdoors if a preference. It is my place and I am looking for a reasonable and mature housemate that appreciates living with other people and who how to pick up after themselves. I am not a neat freak but within reason I live in a relatively tidy house. The house is dog friendly and I have a decent front yard for my two dogs. Cats and 1 other dog are welcome if house trained and friendly. I don't have cable but NEtflix is readily availble, there is shed, BBQ, Air Con and ducted heating. Carpets in bedrooms and living room, laminated floors in kitchen and tile in laundry and bathrooms. I have access to the attic of the house which I am setting up as a storage space. I work 6 days a week with occasional night shifts where i clean businesses out side office hours. I am usually busy most nights visiting family and friends when im not working. I enjoy cooking so a nice spacious kitchen would be great. I am tidy and clean up after myself so you wouldn’t need to worry in those areas. My cleaning business does require some late-night shift work so as long as you don’t mind me doing my thing and not getting disturbed by my early morning starts or sometimes late night finishes would be ideal. I am a smoker but would never smoke inside as long as im able to smoke outside in backyard would be greatly appreciated. I am looking for a light filled house that is relatively new and please do not send me images anything dark and gloomy is not what im after.
