IDEAL HOUSEMATE: Non smoker, who values health and healthy living. Clean, tidy someone naturally proactive in keeping shared spaces clutter-free would be a great fit. A calm, grounded person who is also fun and friendly, enjoys meaningful conversations, but also respects privacy/personal space to help create a low-stress, balanced environment. Also someone ideally who is looking to stay long-term (12 months or more), and has a steady consistent stream of income. IDEAL HOME: I’m looking for either 2 bedrooms or 1 large bedroom + office/workspace, ideally own bathroom. A clean, open, well-organised space, ample natural light, tiles or floorboards. Storage space would be appreciated. I'm not really a pet person. Prefer a share in a house/townhouse. Would love a place with leafy outlook or near water. Love my walks, so somewhere that has tracks or near beach/water walkway would be amazing. Ideally would like to bring some of my furniture (I don't have much), but can be flexible. Areas I'm looking for are Currumbin Waters, Elanora, the EcoVillage and also would consider Currumbin Valley. Max budget is $400, including bills if possible. Hi! We are from Scotland and we have returned to the Gold Coast for our 2nd year Working Holiday Visa and we are looking for some long term accommodation. Myself(Thomas) and Mia are a couple. We are very easy going people who love to make friends, keep fit and explore/travel. We are going to be working casual/full time hours here at Sea World Helicopters, so somewhere close by/close to public transport would be ideal! We are all very tidy people who have respect for other people’s space and privacy. We are also very accommodating and easy to work around other people’s requirements.
