I have been living on the beach in Miami the past 2.5 years and am a little disappointed that the owners want to move back into their place but as a tenant, that will happen to from time to time so I guess it's time for the next adventure! I have a perfect rental history and enough savings for bond and rent in advance. I have a car and a bike, go to the gym, train Muay Thai and live a very fit and healthy lifestyle. I usually drink once every couple of weeks but not big benders like a 20 year old. I'm very easy to get along with and enjoy the social aspect of life and meeting new friends. I also have all bedroom furniture, some kitchen stuff and a fridge, if needed. Im looking for a place around Tugun so i can be close to work, but somewhere in the local area would be fine. At home i enjoy watching movie,s, and t.v series in my room,or chill out in the lounge a little bit if other tenants are friendly to talk but i also like to keep to myself to give other roomies there headspace.Definatly not a party person but i dont mind the odd beer in moderation.By the way I dont smoke or vap, im not fused about not getting off street parking my cars been parked out on steets where i live for years!
