I'm a 40-year-old healthy woman searching for a cheap PET FRIENDLY, peaceful room/studio, or anything sheltered by a ruff. I am an aged care experienced enrolled nurse AHPRA registered, who adores and appreciates the company of our today’s elderly, that, I find to have almost extinct manners and values. I would love to find someone (small dog friendly), I could lend a hand to, around the house (cleaning, cooking, mobility, grocery shopping), in exchange for a cheaper stay WITH MY PET - a female senior black miniature schnauzer (nearly 14 years old with still incredible bladder control and life long outdoor toileting compliance), who I love to bits and have to look after, as she unfortunately seems to be getting quite unwell while in the care of her human dad’s partner… giving her mummy (myself-Dana) is struggling to find suitable an affordable shared accomodation with decent humans. BooBoo is a shared custody mini schnauzer, I brought into our family as a puppy in June 2011 post a miscarriage. She has been aging gracefully and people would be amazed at the sound of her age… BooBoo was commenced on a pain medication that should not be discontinued abruptly, as it acts on the brain’s nervous system and can cause severe like stroke symptoms. She has become a bit of a handful, to her dad’s partner to administer this medication and therefore she was deprived of her pain relief and caused to suffer additional unpleasant symptoms as a result, besides the joint stiffness and pain. I need to regain a dog friendly space so I can offer my amazing fur baby the quality of life she deserves, have her back to her joyful self, and have her feel loved, safe and cared for, for whatever the future still has in store for her (time).
