Hey there! ☺️ I’m a 33yo shift worker (nurse) that’s currently on leave due to a little back injury. 😓 I will be home a fair bit while I recover, so if you have a dog, there’s always room for puppy cuddles and tickles. I absolutely love animals. My dog is a 9yr old cavoodle, super chilled and friendly, doesn’t shed, and is house trained. He is friendly with other dogs. He may enjoy having a friend again I’m friendly, and down for a chat, yet definitely respectful of someone’s personal space. I’ve lived in share homes before, I’m a very clean person. Would prefer someone that cleans up after themselves also. I occasionally go out for dinner and a couple of drinks, rather than going out these days. So no party houses please. In my spare time I enjoy taking my dog out with me where I can. Hey friends! I reign from NYC but have called Australia “home” for a while now. I’m looking for a place on the Gold Coast as I’m starting a new position at Griffith soon. Ideally, I would find a long-term/ permanent option starting immediately. Cleanliness, peace, and privacy are most important to me. Accessibility to public transport is a must (*<30min direct route to Griffith*). A bit of storage space for suitcases/extras would also be good. Without a car, it’s challenging to travel frequently for inspections so currently, I am also looking for a place short-term (2-6 weeks) starting 12 January to make that process easier. I just need it to be clean, otherwise pretty flexible. I enjoy a good conversation and occasional game nights but I mainly keep to myself when at home.
