The house is a 30 min bus ride and 20 min drive to Flinders Uni, and 10/15 min tram/bus ride into the city and 10 min drive into the city. The bus is literally a 300m walk from the house. Rent would be about 150 a week not including gas, water, electricity and internet costs. move in date would be around mid to end of August. There is one en-suite bathroom (it’s indias) and a shared bathroom that has the toilet separate. It has a big open plan kitchen/ dining/ lounge area for some nice communal chats. Has a small back yard with not much maintenance. And a cute bench out the front. It is just across the way from king will and very close to goodwood road ( for some good takeaway)
Originally from Melbourne, I've been in Adelaide for 1.5 years and plan to stay (for the next year at least). I currently live a very full and active life based around the city. During the day I'm at the studio making jewellery and metal work, based at JamFactory. A few nights a week I work front of house in a restaurant. I cycle everywhere. I eat everything but mostly plant based. I'm looking for a home that is warm and welcoming, preferably with a garden to sit in the sun and grow veggies :)
Hello! I am a 23 year old full-time uni student, studying Primary Education/Arts at Flinders. I work in after-school care. I love houseplants, painting (badly), cooking (less badly), singing in my choir and in the shower. You'll hear me talking about RPDR, Dr Who, and whatever terrible 'The CW' drama I'm watching at the time. I truly enjoy a chores-schedule and always pick up after myself in common areas. I've lived in multiple shared houses so I know the drill, and really appreciate a clean kitchen. I come with my own bedroom furniture, some houseplants, a bunch of succulents and some cool outdoor furniture too. I'm super queer and a proud Woman of Colour, I hope to find a home that supports that. I'd like to fit into a place where everyone supports each other as lovely people, spending time together and respecting each other's spaces. Feel free to ask me any questions :)
Large spacious partly furnished bedroom (can be unfurnished) includes desk and chair, table, rugs and a clothes rack. You would need your own bed. Reverse cycle air-conditioning. Security alarm system and secure backyard. 2 toilets. Street parking. This is a great area to live in, quiet and safe in an excellent location ie next to King William Road and very close to the city. Also close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, doctor and dentist. Transport just around the corner: bus and tram, direct route to the city and universities. Bills are separate. Unlimited internet. Affordable living in a fantastic area. No couples and no pets. Please email me with a brief message about yourself. Thanks.

Hey guys! My name is Lauren, I'm 27 and working full time as a Gym Receptionist during the week and casually in a cafe on the weekends. In my spare time I just like to hang out at home and watch Netflix, listen to music/go to gigs, or go op shopping. I like to think I'm a pretty friendly, clean + reliable flatmate. I enjoy going out every now and then but am definitely more of a homebody, and am more than happy to spend my weeknights curled up on the couch. I try to be as environmentally conscious as I can. I've become close friends with all of my past housemates and hope that would be the case again! I have a cat (Theo) who I will be bringing with me, so would love to find a pet friendly house/housemates who love animals as well. My move in date is pretty flexible. My max budget would be around $180/week - if that included my own or ensuite bathroom that'd be seriously amazing but it's not a necessity. Any other questions feel free to message me! Thanks! Lauren
I am friendly, supportive, love cooking and socialising and am keen to live with 1-3 other young professionals who enjoy socialising and want a house filled with friendly, caring, considerate and fun people who will cook and chill out together. A place where you can host friends every so often but also have your own quiet space and time. Keen to move into an established house or create one. I'd love a modern character home with natural light, plants, and a good dishwasher and yard. I have a very well trained and affectionate non-shedding labradoodle (1.5 years old).
Hi, I’m a 23 year old full time law student and I work casually in hospitality. I’ve lived in share houses since I was 18 and have much experience being independent and pride myself on creating a respectful and lovely home environment. I have an 8 year old Maltese shih tzu that lives with me, he’s completely house trained and loves people. I’m vegan and a non-smoker, but don’t mind what your diet is.
I am easy going, clean and homely and I love gardening, yoga and mountain biking is my sport. I work in community mental health full time down south. Im not a big tv watcher and like a fair bit of quiet time and it would be ideal if my flatmate was similar. Im most keen for somewhere that I can make my home as well, have some art work around, that kind of thing rather than just living in someone elses house. I also need space for two bikes undercover , preferably a lock up garage but if I have to have them inside its ok.
I am from Delhi, India. Moving to Adelaide on Student visa to pursue masters in Uni Adelaide. I have a vibrant personality, I love to meet new people. In my free time, I write blogs, do food blogging or sing :P.
