Hi! I work full time and run an online business on the side as well. I'm mostly quiet and busy but also love a chat in the kitchen/ lounge. Don't watch TV but I love Netflix. I have unlimited internet so could bring this or share yours. Space to roll out my yoga mat would be awesome. I'd like a garden to relax in, or look at really, cos I rarely stop lol. I'm a recycler and into healthy living ... with an occasional wine to unwind. I'm friendly, aware, respectful and collaborative so know how to share living space with others. It would be great if there was a linen cupboard or other storage space inside. I have a front loader and 3 seater white leather couch that I'd need to store in a shed or something, if you don't want to use them. I don't want to live with big dogs or more than one cat. I love chickens and guinea pigs (but they're not a prerequisite lol) :) PS I absolutely want a house with a full size bath and would prefer to live ground floor only.
The property is a quaint old cottage with large bedrooms and 2 living area so lots of room for 2 people. It has a cute backyard and the house is a 1 minute walk from the tram line, just 2 stops out of the city. It is a super convenient location to get to both the adelaide uni and uni sa campus in the city. King William road is also only a 5 minute walk with shopping and dining.
Hi! My names Trevor. I work full time in the CBD in IT, so preferably looking for a place with easy access to good public transport links. My job requires police check and i'm cleared. Sociable, responsible and respectful guy looking for a room. Ability to follow and abide by house rules. Have a good sense of humour, know how to crack a joke and positive. Looking for a largish room, preferably carpeted. I do have some small furniture if needed for the room, but I don't have a bed. About me, always pay rent/bills on time. Happy to meet all other tenants prior to accepting/being accepted if required. Cheers :) Important factors for me:- Close to public transport links Location within 10km of cbd Carpeted room Off street car parking Preferable but not essential:- Some storage space in house/garage/shed I am more than happy to pay towards the higher end of the scale for something suitable and comfortable living.

Hi there! I’m a peaceful creative person. I’m an occupational therapist and art therapist and I’m into holistic health. I love making art, yoga, cooking, reading and watching documentaries. I’m not a big party person, but enjoy have a few friends around low key occasionally. I have two sweet cats that are about 18 months old, who are affectionate and well behaved. I believe in open communication, honesty, compassion and having a peaceful home environment.
Both of us are from overseas and having a good time here in Australia. Quentin is from France and works here in hospitality. Dominik comes from Germany and finished his college in Medicine. Both of us are working in construction Dominik as formworker at MITCON (full-time, 6 days a week) and Quentin works with an agency EIR as well as a waiter in a restaurant near mount lofty. Both of us are busy during the week because of the nature of our work but we like to have a chat or going out for couple drinks. Sport has an important part for both. Me, Dominik, I will stay until May next year with some short trips to NZ and Tassie. If you have any questions then feel free to text us.
I am 25 year, working part time and currently studying full time so my life I fairly hectic at the moment. I am super chilled an easy to get along with, always down for a chat and a drink but also love my personal space, I like my space clean so would need to live in a clean household as well, I'm not ocd about this don't worry! I have a black cat who is very self sufficient, she mostly does her own thing but will come for pats every now and then, so in saying this I would prefer a housemate with no pets, possibly another cat could work. Please feel free to message me, I’m also keen for teamups if anyone’s interested.
Hi! I'm looking for a female housemate to team up with to start up a share house! I'm hoping to find and share a lease on a 3 bedroom place close to the city, preferably in the west or south. I live by myself at the moment so I own and can supply most of the basic furniture we'll need. I work full time in the city in accounts for a law firm. My free time is spent out with friends, going to music festivals, camping, hiking, making terrariums, putting succulents in things, baking and more. This might make me sound like an outdoor person but I'm not. Most evenings I'm taking it easy watching TV or gaming. I haven't shared for a few years but I like to think I'm easy to get along with and I'm pretty flexible. I like to keep my apartment neat and tidy and I try not to let the dishes pile up too much and most importantly I pay all my bills on time! I'm hoping you'll be looking for the same thing. Send me a message if you're interested!
Employed single male looking for accomodation with easy transportation to North Terrace in CBD. I prefer single-person accomodation (either studio or share house) around $200/week or whole house with 2-3 bedroom under $400, which i can share with my friend. I have a routine life, full time job and respectful manner. I've never had any housing or accomodation issues or conflicts with landlords or agents during my 2 years backpacking around Australia and the previous 2 years studying in Adelaide. I'm sociable but also respect my housemates' needs for privacy and quiet space. I would like to have a place where pet is allowed, but it is not required.
Hi there! I'm a final year med student, and will be working as a junior doctor next year. I also run and do yoga. Looking for a room in a share house.
I am clean, easy going an respectful. Have moved here to study medicine so I spend a lot of my time studying although in my free time i like to play music, go to the beach, go to concerts and spend time with friends.
Hi! I've recently returned to Australia after living in London for a few years and am looking for a place to live with a couple of great housemates. I'm an avid reader, lover of coffee, the outdoors and sunshine, and enjoy cooking and eating good food. I'm currently a manager at a chocolate/coffee shop in the city, and am looking forward to studying at Flinders Uni next year. I have lived in shared properties previously during my time in London, and enjoy socializing but also dont mind a little time to myself. I grew up in NSW and am new to SA so am keen to make a few friends and go on some adventures.
Ello ello! I’m a waitress in a cafe/barista in training, easy going, creative and should probably mention I’m vegan. I’d love to be able to have friends round every now and then, maybe small parties or something fun like that. This my first time moving out of home but I’m a responsible and reliable person. So some social house mates would probably make life easier for everyone. I’ve got a dog and cat, they’re both quite old and very mellow but love people. I would really love to foster animals again, so a animal loving household would be ideal. I’d also prefer to live with house mates around my age 19-27. I’m new to this and have no idea what else to say a part from it would be wonderful to live in between the beach and the city!
New to Adelaide, working full-time in the CBD :) living with friends currently but it’s a little crowded so looking for somewhere closer to work and a little quieter. I’m respectful, quiet, tidy and friendly.
Currently in Qld and moving back to SA. Looking for a private room or a teamup with a female. OCTOBER. Looking for someone close to my age (25-35) I’m quiet, keep to myself but also would be a great friend with house mate, I like movies and chilltime. I don’t go out much but I like to have a few wines on the weekends at home. I’m clean and tidy, probably a bit too clean. I like to be outdoors going for walks, fitness when I’m not working. Easy to get along with, enjoys some social time.
I am a professional working for the Uni of Adelaide. I'm reliable, balanced, sober, polite, quiet, considerate and friendly. I'm up for a chat (especially if it involves a sense of humour and wit) but will not impose on anyone. I always clean up after myself, very quiet, pay my dues on time. I appreciate a clean environment but I am not a clean-freak. I indicated 4 months to stay, however, if everyone is happy, I am ready to stay for longer.
Hey! Adriana here :) I’m originally from Venezuela but I’ve lived here for over 7 years (yes I can help you with your Spanish! :P). I’m fairly busy as I work and study full time so I don’t spend a lot of time at home. In my spare time I enjoy doing muay thai and cycling as well as trying new restaurants and having a drink or two! Ideally I’d be looking at getting a long term lease if I find the right place. I’d love to live with people who are in a similar situation and that are fairly relaxed without being crazy messy. I’ve lived in shared houses before so I know how it works. Please contact me if you think I might be a good fit! Thank you!!
I'm clean and tidy, I'm do business at unisa I'm a student full and part time job. I'm watching movies(in love with Netflix lol) I do exercises and go to the gym (but still little bit over weight lol) I love to do photography more of a hobby actually, I do beach walks, games. Hang out with friends on Saturday nights for fun.
I’m a country boy, born and raised who is down to earth and easy going. I have no problems in cooking and cleaning and more than happy to sit down, have a beer and a laugh from time to time. I’m motivated, a great communicator and willing to go out of my way to make those around me happy. I work full time, Monday-Friday and have lived in share houses since I was 17. I’m reliable with money and always pay my bills/rent/expenses on time. More than happy for you to suggest suburbs of preference to live as, Adelaide really isn’t that big!
I am a friendly, quiet and easy going housemate. I am clean ( not the ocd types), non smoker and pet friendly. I keep to myself most of the time but always up for chilling and interesting conversations. I am into books, TV shows and movies big time. I already lived in Adelaide and i feel its good to be back.
