I am studying uni full time. Pursuing a Bachelor of Media and Communication, online through Swinburne (Melbourne). I will be working full time from late July. I enjoy a peaceful lifestyle and am fairly quiet, I listen to music and watch my study related videos with headphones. I love animals, so if you have pets I don't mind what type they are, as I am actually also a pet sitter sometimes. I am a non smoker and have a healthy plant based diet and lifestyle. I exercise regularly, and enjoy bushwalks. I can't tolerate smoke as I have a lung condition.
I'm a pharmacy intern working full time, while also studying towards my registration. I tend to be pretty quiet, but in what freedom I have I enjoy a good chat over wine and pizza. I also really like spending time with my friends, both marathoning TV shows and out and about. I've also grown up always having a dog and a cat, so am comfortable with them (reptiles freak me out though).

Suit mature person; own room, $60 a night on a semi-permanent basis. Perfect for Fifo (part-timer). There may be a choice of two rooms. Ideally I’m seeking a part-time house mate who has their own home else-where and comes to Sydney for work. Fee for room is $240 for up to 4 nights a week (preferably set nights mid-week). Fee includes electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, cleaners and gardeners. Although I'm often sociable and happy to share a meal and a drink occasionally, I'm a bit of an introvert needing periods of solitude to recharge my batteries so alternatively I'd consider negotiating with someone who is away a fair bit on business and wouldn't spend a lot of time here in the hours I'm around. If you are seeking an affordable bed and shower, a nice lounge room to relax in and in a tranquil, clean well-maintained home to come to after a hard days work, this could be the place for you. I'm a female, Australian who has travelled a fair bit and lived abroad; I do shift work as a Support Worker for people with mental health issues and/or disabilities. As a shift worker I sometimes have to sleep through the day so I'm seeking someone who would be working regular hours outside of the house. You'd probably have the house to yourself a fair bit as due to work, I'm usually not home a few nights a week and I also go away regularly as my main hobby is kayaking - especially going away and exploring new waterways. I also enjoy swimming laps most days. Rooms are fully furnished with either a three quarter, a double bed or a Queen bed depending on which room and all have a wardrobe, desk, chair etc but you would need to supply your own linen, pillows and blankets. The room would be yours to leave your belongings when away but I reserve the right to use it very occasionally should I need to - if this would be an issue, please discuss with me. Sorry but due to my garage being full with pottery and sporting gear, other than your room there is no additional storage area. Located in a quiet dead-end street there is safe off-street parking at night and plenty of on street parking nearby through the day as well as (as of Oct 17), time unlimited undercover parking with 24hr security camera's at a new three level Railcorp Commuter Car Park at Henry St Bus Terminus at Gordon Train station. The house is a block away from the major intersection of Ryde Rd and Pacific Hwy and just a few minutes drive to the M2. Public transport: house is half-way between Gordon and Pymble train station, about 15 minute walk to either (stations are on Sydney's North Shore train line, 30 Min's to city or beach, 10mins to Chatswood and about 15 to Hornsby ). Macquarie Park and University and North Ryde area are also within easy distance. Reference and photo ID required as is, 3 weeks bond. Rent to be paid in advance with a minimum of 2 weeks notice on departure. If interested, please email to let me know a bit about you and your expected daily routine, when you require room, for how long and which nights each week you require room and I'll respond so please also give me your private contact details. LQBTI+ friendly but sorry no children, pets and as I'm one of those 'intolerant ex-smokers', definitely no smokers, not even 'outdoor smokers'. Also, I'm not keen on housemates having guests over but if it's a special friend or relative I'm sure we could work something out. Thank you and good luck!
Work fulltime in the ku-ring-gai area. Looking to move closer to work for a relatively short time (6 months-ish) Am a generally quiet person, but would always be up for a cheeky bev at the pub or the odd weekend roadtrip. Hopefully can find someone who's into that, but at the same time I'm not fussed if you're not. Any other q's don't hesitate to contact me.
I’m a friendly, quiet and respectful person who has lived in share housing for over 4 years. I’m currently working in IT 4 days a week in addition to doing part-time study. I’m looking for easygoing housemates who enjoy a chat but also respect space. I’m usually pretty flat out keeping up with work and study however in my spare time I like keeping fit, playing racket sports and going out with my friends on the weekend. Can be flexible with move dates. Looking forward to meeting you!

I'm tidy, clean and easy going. 70% yuppie, 30% hipster. Enjoy foreign movies, depressing Scandinavian ones are my type. I go to the gym/pool sometimes, I eat pizza sometimes and I play my Nintendo Switch sometimes. Hello everybody! My name is Andrés, I come from Barcelona, and I’m in Australia to do my PhD at Macquarie University. I'm looking for a nice place, with nice people and nice location to live. I've been sharing a flat in Amsterdam during the last year, and before that I've been living in shared flats for almost 10 years in Barcelona... So, yes, I know almost everything about roommates, weekly cleaning and shared dinners... :) I am 29 yo, gay, clean, tidy and outgoing. I enjoy talking with flatmates, but also enjoying time by my own. I like cooking and share meals with roomies. I also enjoy outdoors, cycling, movies, netflix... a normal guy. Not a party animal, I prefer having dinner with friends or chilling at home... but sometimes partying is also nice. If you think I can be your next flatmate message me! I'm also available for teaming-up! Cheers! :)
