Hello and thank you for reading my ad. I am an intelligent, kind and considerate person currently staying in AIRBNB in Lindfield and seeking a share accommodation arrangement. I generally keep to myself and my own company but very amenable to having a friendship with my flatmate at the same time. I am a former legal secretary of a zillion years and currently working for myself with ABN Nannying and other ad hoc things (party help). This is not currently full time but I am working on that! I enjoy animals and had a cat for 15 years until a few years ago. I would not seek to take on another pet but would love to have the companionship of your pet (excluding rodents, having "babysat" a rat over a Christmas period, resulting in the worst Christmas experience ever). I don't have any of my own furniture and hence would love a furnished room. I am a minimalist by nature and enjoy that aspect of my life. I have a small car and I am very self-sufficient. I had a long 5 year tenancy at West Pennant Hills ending last year and prior to that a few years at Killara and prior to that four years at Waitara. I don't believe I have ever been late in a rental payment in the 23 years I have been a tenant. I am able to pay a bond together with rent in advance by direct deposit if a suitable share situation becomes available. I am a non smoker. I tend to have friendships that are mostly male as I find it much simpler and ideally I would like to share with one professional male but of course this may not be possible. With kind regards Allison

I work 9-5.30 most days so you'll only see me at night. I'm clean, tidy and respectful of other peoples property and communal areas. Hi. I'm Gino(real name is jinhyung) from Korea. I came here 09/07/17 for job experience and English. I'm already working now 9:30am~6:00pm and gonna do some actividies and studying English in spare of time. so if I get along well with my flat or roommates, it will help me and be great. My friends said my personality is kind of considerable, quiet, curious and sometimes shy little bit(I don't think so). Of course I agree with most of them :) I'm a kind of person who like smell things like when seeing great landscape, finding a beautiful cafe or pub and buying something I wanted as cheaper price than it was. When it comes to my hobby, I like to do shopping on especially clothes, backpacking, cooking, sometime drinking, exercising and just going around. I wanna share a lot of things with mates and promise that I will be quite nice mate :) thx for reading
I'm a 32yr old that works in FT in Health Administration. At the end of a working day like to go home to relax. Looking for a flat or studio close to a 'hub'(lots of trains) train station.I am interested in a teaming up for a flatshare, preferably in Hornsby. I am looking at staying for a year, gaining rental history and ideally spending no more than $350 (including water, electricity, internet). I do have furnishings for a place if needed but for the right place I'm happy for it to be furnished or partly. Having a room with an ensuite would be nice but not essential.
Suit mature person; own room, $60 a night on a semi-permanent basis. Ideal for Fifo (part-timer). Ideally I’m seeking a mature, part-time house mate who has their own home else-where and comes to Sydney for work. To cover household expenses, fee would be a minimum of $240 for up to 4 nights a week (preferably set nights mid-week). Fee includes electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, cleaners and gardeners. If you are basically seeking an affordable bed and shower, a nice lounge room to relax in and in a tranquil, clean well-maintained home to come to after a hard days work, this could be the place for you. Sometimes I'll cook a meal for everyone or we might have a BBQ. Otherwise, preferably minimal use of kitchen offered such some storage space in cupboard and fridge and microwave for heating up pre-cooked food. I'm female, in my 50's & do shift work as a Support Worker for people with mental health issues and/or disabilities; I'm usually not home a few nights a week. I also go away a fair bit as my main hobby is kayaking - especially going away and exploring new waterways. I also enjoy swimming laps most days. Currently staying 3-4 nights a week is a nice family man aged in his 40's who comes down from Port Macquarie for work and a nice lady in her 50's who stays 3 nights a week. Located in a quiet dead-end street there is safe off-street parking at night and plenty of on street parking nearby through the day. The house is a block away from the major intersection of Ryde Rd and Pacific Hwy and just a few minutes drive to the M2. Public transport: house is half-way between Gordon and Pymble train station, about 15 minute walk to either (stations are on Sydney's North Shore train line, 30 Min's to city or beach, 10mins to Chatswood and about 15 to Hornsby ). Macquarie Park and University and North Ryde area are also within easy distance. Reference and photo ID required as is, bond $700, rent to be paid in advance with a minimum of 2 weeks notice on departure. All rooms are fully furnished with either a three quarter, a double bed or a Queen bed depending on which room and all have a wardrobe, desk, chair etc but you would need to supply your own linen and blankets. The room would be yours to leave your belongings when away but I reserve the right to use it very occasionally should I need to - if this would be an issue, please discuss with me. If interested, please email to let me know a bit about you and your expected daily routine, when you require room, for how long and which nights each week you require room and I'll respond so please also give me your private contact details. The agreed fee is for one person only which is for a semi-permanent arrangement and as such is to be paid regardless as to whether you would be here or not - for example annual leave as I will be holding the room for you and it barely covers the cost of my expenses, ie. you won't incur 'credit's' for days/weeks you don't stay here. Casual arrangements can be discussed but attract a higher fee and obviously wouldn't secure a room on an on-going basis. Regarding partners visiting, they'd be welcome to stay once or twice a year provided I have my privacy during the daytime and consideration to shower times, kitchen use, parking etc for others in the house are taken into account. For any more than a couple of nights a year, cost would be an additional $30pn. LGBT friendly but sorry no children, pets or smokers and, I'm not keen on housemates having guests over but if it's a special friend or relative, please discuss with me. Thank you and good luck!
This is Bibek and I am from Nepal. I have stayed in Australia for 3 years. I am easy going person, looking for a room to rent. I like to socialize but I am not a party animal. I work full time and hangout in weekends. So, feel free to text me if you think we can team up or if you have a spare room to rent.
Moved back from Melbourne after several years. I've family & friends in Sydney & I'm enjoying catching up. I work during the week & like a quiet home & whilst up up for a chat after work I don't need my flat mates to provide my social life. Quite often I'm away on the weekend. I enjoy cooking, reading, movies, theatre, art galleries & catching up with friends. Despite what it says below (I'm unable to remove them), pets and children are ok.
