Warm, friendly and laid back couple. Both responsible and believe in maintaining cleanliness and a general respect for surroundings.

Hi my name is Simon. I am 31 and have lived on my own for the past 7 years, well lived in the same place with a couple ex's, but out from the family roof is what I mean lol. I am a very neat person, cook and clean. Work full-time in property, also spend a lot of time in the gym. Have a small domestic cat named Timmy who I have had since he was 6wks old, he is 13 now and very house broken lol as he loves people and being around them (opposite to most cats that are moody haha). Anyways, don't mind living with men or women, I mix well with others and also enjoy my alone time. A must for me though is having my own bathroom, just for convenience is all. I have plenty of furniture if need be, including; my own bed/side tables, a large stainless fridge, full Jamie Oliver cook set, couch, couple of tv's etc. So can bring whatever needed. I'm a chilled person overall, like to have a chat over a glass of wine, but also respect a persons space. Look forward to getting to know you :)

I am currently a student at Macquarie University studying education. Previously I have worked full time as an audio visual technician and am currently still working in that field while at university. I have lived in share houses previously so understand what it takes to live with others and what I need to do to carry my weight in a shared household
Great location 1 minute from Gordon station and shops. Includes bills and unlimited wifi. Sunny fully furnished room with very comfortable queen bed, large mirrored built-in robe and a bench style desk with ergonomic chair. The room has a lovely bright atmosphere and it's so super convenient for public transport, right next to train station and buses, and just enough away to be quiet and private.
We are both extremely respectful, neat and tidy roommates. Friendly, enjoy a good chat and love getting to know new people! We won't be intrusive of your space or be neglectful in our share of flatmate-ly responsibilities. Looking for roommates with reciprocal attributes.
Hey there, my name is Damon, a professional designer who's recently moved to Sydney for work after graduating uni. I'm a bit of an all-rounder sort of guy. I enjoy hitting the gym after work, going out and trying new things, but also like chilling back with friends and watching a movie or playing games. I love to meet new people, and if they want to tag along and enjoy the things I do, then that's great too! Also, I really do like to cooking, and keep things fairly tidy around the place, just as a side note. I'm looking to either move in with a bunch of like-minded peeps, or if there's any others from Newcastle that are trying to find a place in Sydney, to possibly meeting up and finding an 2 bedroom apartment in the North side of Sydney to rent together. If this sounds like something that might interest you, hit me up anytime! Emails are great, but you can reach me via mobile as well (text in work hours would be great if possible!)
First things first, we have a dog named Vinny and he's the sickest bloke you'll ever meet so you must LOVE dogs. He also loves dogs, so dogs are welcome. No cats pls, Vinny isn't a fan. Anyway, now that's out of the way... Our house is best described as a little shack on the hill, it's nothing spesh but we've made it our own. The room itself is quite large, it can easily fit a queen bed, a bit of storage and has existing hanging space. The house is already decked out with all your living needs, e.g. washer, dryer, kitchen goods but of course anything you would like to bring with you is welcome. We have plenty of backyard space for cars, more doggos, and whatever else. The house is located about a 10-15 min walk to Gordon station, across the road from the bus stop which takes you to Hornsby, Macquarie and Gordon. We are quite a social house, we all enjoy a meal together when we can, go out for a few bevs but also enjoy our own downtime. We are looking for a similar type of person who can become part of our little family.
Hi I'm Gabby. I'm a pretty down to earth 27 year old. I am a non-smoker, who works full time. I am not a big partier but I do enjoy being social. I also do appreciate down time and like to have my own space. I am clean, pay bills on time and am looking for a place for minimum 6 months.
My name's Nilson and I'm from Portugal. I'm moving to Australia for a new life experience and I plan on staying for at least 1 year while working at a International Health & Medical Services company. You would enjoy living with me because I'm neat and tidy and I enjoy cooking (Mediterranean-style). Also, I'm told that I'm a fun person to be around. I enjoy working out daily (playing tennis), I love music (Adele, Sam Smith and Ed Sheeran are among the artists I enjoy currently) and enjoy singing. I consider myself an open-minded and down-to-earth person as my multicultural upbringing has allowed me to live in many countries from Angola to the USA.
I am 27. Work full time as a scientist. I am looking for a place close to work so i can have more free time. I typically spend this time catching up with friends, chilling at home on my PC or watching netflix or watching sport (occasionally pretending i can play). I am moving from Cronulla where i have been for 8+ years.
Hello all, I am a female working professional. Would like to look for a place which is cozy and clean to live in. I am friendly and i love travelling, reading and exercising during my free time.
Hi My name is Steph - 27 years old. I work in a day care centre and as a nanny and also I'm currently studying. I'm really easy going, I like socialising as well as having my own space. I love being outside down the beach, but also do love a good night in. I would like to share with like minded people who don't mind going for the odd drink /hanging out sometimes.
Hey :). Im quiet, respectful, clean and helpful. Work as a bartender during nights and study at uni during days so you wont be seeing much of me haha. Been in Australia for 8 years. Im 23 and originally from Siberia, Russia.
Hi my name is Olivia, I am a 20 year old nursing student. I work at the SAN hospital as an assistant nurse and am looking for somewhere close while i'm studying and working. I am desperate to move out of the nurses residence as I would love somewhere nice to come home to and an actual kitchen to cook in! Unfortunately I have to pay rent up until the 30th of June and cannot move out until then... I am a very tidy and organised person and am friendly, trustworthy, easy-going and very independent. Most of the time I will either be studying in my room, or out-and-about working, or with friends.
Suit mature person; own room, $60 a night on a semi-permanent basis. Ideal for Fifo (part-timer). Ideally I’m seeking a mature, part-time house mate who has their own home else-where and comes to Sydney for work. Fee would be a minimum of $240 for up to 4 set nights a week; should you need to stay additional nights to the pre-arranged nights, additional nights would be $60pn. Fee includes electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, cleaners and gardeners. If you are basically seeking a nice lounge room to relax in and an affordable bed and shower in a tranquil, clean well-maintained home to come to after a hard days work, this could be the place for you. Minimal use of kitchen offered such some storage space in cupboard and fridge and microwave for heating up pre-cooked food. I'm a female Welfare worker and am usually not home at all a few nights a week; I also go away a fair bit. I rent three rooms out usually to mature people and what I ideally seek is someone to stay up to 4 nights a week mid-week; someone who has their own home and family outside of Sydney and comes to Sydney to work and would use this as a base to stay. Currently staying here on a part-time basis are two really nice men aged in 40's. Located in a quiet dead-end street there is safe off-street parking at night and plenty of on street parking nearby through the day. The house is only a block away from the major intersection of Ryde Rd and Pacific Hwy and just a few minutes drive to the M2. Public transport: house is half-way between Gordon and Pymble train station, about 15 minute walk to either (stations are on Sydney's North Shore train line, 30 Min's to city or beach, 10mins to Chatswood and about 15 to Hornsby ). Macquarie Park and University and North Ryde area are also within easy distance. Reference and photo ID required as is, bond $720, rent to be paid in advance with a minimum of 2 weeks notice on departure. All rooms are fully furnished with either a three quarter, a double bed or a Queen bed depending on which room and all have a wardrobe, desk, chair etc but you would need to supply your own linen and blankets. The room would be yours to leave your belongings when away but I reserve the right to use it very occasionally should I need to - if this would be an issue, please discuss with me. If interested, please email to let me know a bit about you and your expected daily routine, when you require room, for how long and which nights each week you require room and I'll respond so please also give me your private contact details. The agreed fee is for one person only which is for a semi-permanent arrangement and as such is to be paid regardless as to whether you would be here or not - for example annual leave as I will be holding the room for you and it barely covers the cost of my expenses, ie. you won't incur 'credit's' for days/weeks you don't stay here. Casual arrangements can be discussed but attract a higher fee and obviously wouldn't secure a room on an on-going basis. Regarding partners visiting, they'd be welcome to stay once or twice a year provided I have my privacy during the daytime and consideration to shower times, kitchen use, parking etc for others in the house are taken into account. For any more than a couple of nights a year, cost would be an additional $30pn. LGBT friendly but sorry no children, pets or smokers and, I'm not keen on housemates having guests over but if it's a special friend or relative, please discuss with me. Thank you and good luck!
