Hi, I'm a professional Materials Engineer, coming from Brisbane to work in Sydney. Looking for a quiet and friendly place. I love outdoor sports and I study in my free time. Also like cinema, movies and chatting. I'm pretty neat, and well-organized; caring and compassionate; Single and 31. Regards, Medi
I am a 23 year old communication student from the Netherlands. I will be a marketing intern at Jacobs Douwe Egberts, located at 924 pacific Hwy. I am a Dutch girl (surprise!) who is serious about the future, therefor I'll be at my internship for 40hrs a week and I'll be writing my thesis. (As I said, serious about the future). But! Of course I like to go out, discover Australia and make (tons of) friends! Currently still living with my boyfriend in the Netherlands but moving to Australia around the first of February.
Suit mature person; own room, $60 a night on a semi-permanent basis. Perfect for Fifo (part-timer). There may be a choice of two rooms. Ideally I’m seeking a part-time house mate who has their own home else-where and comes to Sydney for work. $240 for up to 4 nights a week (preferably set nights mid-week). Fee includes electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, cleaners and gardeners. Although I'm often sociable and happy to share a meal and a drink occasionally, I'm a bit of an introvert needing periods of solitude to recharge my batteries so alternatively I'd consider negotiating with someone who is away a fair bit on business and wouldn't spend a lot of time here in the hours I'm around. If you are seeking an affordable bed and shower, a nice lounge room to relax in and in a tranquil, clean well-maintained home to come to after a hard days work, this could be the place for you. I'm a female, Australian who has travelled a fair bit and lived abroad; I do shift work as a Support Worker for people with mental health issues and/or disabilities. You'd probably have the house to yourself a fair bit as due to work, I'm usually not home a few nights a week and I also go away regularly as my main hobby is kayaking - especially going away and exploring new waterways. I also enjoy swimming laps most days. Rooms are fully furnished with either a three quarter, a double bed or a Queen bed depending on which room and all have a wardrobe, desk, chair etc but you would need to supply your own linen and blankets. The room would be yours to leave your belongings when away but I reserve the right to use it very occasionally should I need to - if this would be an issue, please discuss with me. Sorry but due to my garage being full with pottery and sporting gear, other than your room there is no additional storage area. Located in a quiet dead-end street there is safe off-street parking at night and plenty of on street parking nearby through the day as well as (as of Oct 17), time unlimited undercover parking with 24hr security camera's at a new three level Railcorp Commuter Car Park at Henry St Bus Terminus at Gordon Train station. The house is a block away from the major intersection of Ryde Rd and Pacific Hwy and just a few minutes drive to the M2. Public transport: house is half-way between Gordon and Pymble train station, about 15 minute walk to either (stations are on Sydney's North Shore train line, 30 Min's to city or beach, 10mins to Chatswood and about 15 to Hornsby ). Macquarie Park and University and North Ryde area are also within easy distance. Reference and photo ID required as is, 3 weeks bond. Rent to be paid in advance with a minimum of 2 weeks notice on departure. If interested, please email to let me know a bit about you and your expected daily routine, when you require room, for how long and which nights each week you require room and I'll respond so please also give me your private contact details. The agreed fee is for one person only which is for a semi-permanent arrangement and as such is to be paid regardless as to whether you would be here or not - for example annual leave as I will be holding the room for you and it barely covers the cost of my expenses, ie. you won't incur 'credit's' for days/weeks you don't stay here. Casual arrangements can be discussed but attract a higher fee and obviously wouldn't secure a room on an on-going basis. LQBTI+ friendly but sorry no children, pets and as I'm one of those 'intolerant ex-smokers', definitely no smokers, not even 'outdoor smokers'. Also, I'm not keen on housemates having guests over but if it's a special friend or relative I'm sure we could work something out. Thank you and good luck!

Hey! I'm originally Russian, moved to Sydney a year ago (and I love it!!) and need to find a new place to stay. I work full time in an international organization. I don't smoke, I don't have pets and I don't have furniture either so a furnished place would be ideal. My work is located around Macquarie Park, so I'm looking for something not too far from there, but I'll be happy to consider other suburbs if we get along and the place is worth it :) I would like to live with people who have respect for each others privacy, maintain a clean place and occasionally enjoy spending time together - movies, gym, weekend trips or hikes, glass of wine/beer, cooking dinner for friends or going out for brunches and beach days are my personal favorites. Can't wait to meet you, my new flatmate!

I'm a 19 year old software engineer / cryptocurrency trader; having worked for Uber, and Canva. I've been on international news at age 15 for my own startup. My life is pretty out of the ordinary, so prepare for that, in a good way :) I'm open minded and non-judgemental. I have a friendly and spontaneous personality, and I'm respectful of other people, property, and personal place. I've lived with people before :) I'm looking for a nice and quiet place to call home, so no more than 1-2 other flatmates. Cozyness and a decorated atmosphere is definitely appreciated!
I'm an Audiologist-to-be (finishing my last year of the Masters program) and I'm looking for a nice place to live while I finish my studies, with the bonus of making some new friends at the same time. I'm clean, I'm quiet, and I like to cook. I don't smoke but do drink and try to keep a pretty active social life even though my coursework is rather intensive. I like animals but do not own any, I'm pretty laid back and patient and everyone I've lived with says I'm an easy housemate. I love the Sydney suburbs and spending time with friends out in the park or the pub, or just getting a bite to eat. Right now my most important priority is finishing my degree and certification, but I make plenty of time for my hobbies and my friends.

We pride ourselves on our sense of humour, our cleanliness, our active lifestyle, dedicated work ethic. Ben's into video games and horror movies, both of us like romantic comedies and bro comedies, and both of us love swimming, picnics and trips to the beach.
I work full time so as a professional executive assistant, I love reading or enjoying a wine and some conversation about virtually anything. A moderately good cook and purveyor of sweets I love to share what I create. Very tidy and I like to ensure that I put things away once I have used them.
We are very clean and quiet. We would keep to ourselves. My daughter is in year 8 at Killara High School and spends all her time studying. She is very quiet and studious. We would ensure we clean up after ourselves and would maintain clean and tidy common areas.
Hello. My name is Mariano and I am an international student living in Sydney since 2016. I am looking for a fairly quiet place to live for the next months. I would like to share some key points to avoid any kind of misunderstood: No parties, please: I am not a party guy. After to spend the day working and studying I love to end my day drinking a glass of wine and watching a documentary by my own. So I prefer a quiet environment where I can get ready for the next day. Introvert but friendly. Yes, I am friendly, easy going and interested in meet new people. But my privacy it's really important as well. I love to spend time by my own, so when I am at home If I am not reading, I am working on my projects, or studying or just watching documentaries. Responsible with payments: I have different part time jobs, so for me it is better to pay my rent weekly. You do not have to be worry, I am very responsible with payments. Tidy and clean. Don't worry, my messy style of life finished when I lived in Canada three years ago. You won't never see a messy kitchen after I use it to cook my meals. And I really care about to keep all the areas I use clean and tidy, for respect to everybody. Pets and kids: I love animals, especially cats, so there is not problem if you have a cat or dog or more kind of pets. And about kids, I am psychologist who worked constantly with children. So I do not have inconvenient to live in a house with children either. I look forward to hearing from you. Regards.
