I am 28 yrs of age, currently living and working in Sydney but will be moving to Melbourne at the beginning of September to begin a PhD at the University of Melbourne.

My ideal place would be near the uni and have female flatmates only. I would love a friendly flatmate who would be up to chat of an evening, watch tv or even play a board game!
I have been living with roommates for many years and I am very respectful of other peoples space, privacy and like to make an effort to keep common areas clean and comfortable for everyone!
My ideal place would be a modern/new apartment in a secure building, with my own bathroom and 1 other roommate (2 max.), but obviously I’m happy to be flexible.
I don’t drive and don’t WFH so it’s essential I live somewhere with good train access to the Uni. Other than that, I am flexible with location (not just limited to the ones listed below).
Ideally I would like at least a 6 month lease.
I have no pets or children.
I am a non-smoker and will only live with another non-smoker.
