I’ll be coming to Melbourne for four months for an internship with a company based in Thomastown, and I’m looking for a place to stay nearby. I know applying from overseas and staying only a few months might be a concern, but I’m serious, respectful, and responsible. I’ve lived independently since I was 18 and I’m used to managing my own space and sharing a household. I’m an adaptable and independent person who enjoys being active and helpful. I like feeling useful and always do my best to support others. I’m used to doing housework and can easily help with cleaning, gardening, or mowing the lawn. My mum runs a daycare, so I’ve always been surrounded by children. I’ve done a lot of babysitting and truly enjoy spending time with kids, helping with homework, baking together, or just chatting and playing. I’m comfortable around children and like to create a calm and caring atmosphere. I’m also covering a lot of expenses related to the internship, school, and living costs, so finding an affordable place near Thomastown would be a huge help. Hi there! I am a friendly, easy going guy who's looking to be apart of a new sharehouse! 36 and i have been working full-time for over 15 years. I currently work 6-7 days a week. 5 as an apprentice electrician and work at Woolworths part-time two days a week. I have experience in both renting and shared accommodation for many years. Ideally I'm looking for a good sized room, that's clean, a reasonable internet connection and ideally some stroge space for some boxes etc. I require an unfurnished room with enough space for a queen size bed and 1 bedside table and chest of drawers. I have my own fridge that i'd need storage for,(ideally prefer to use it). I also drive and would prefer at least one with parking space, open to on or off the street. I'm pretty quiet, neat, reliable and mature. I can be social but it can take me a little while to adjust and open up. I really value my space and rest, especially after work. I enjoy gaming, watching TV, movies, cooking and going on walks/working out at the gym when i have the time. I am looking for a room near Coburg, the closer to Coburg Station the better it is for me. I'm also open to somewhere around Brunswick as long as it is close to public transport. I rely heavily on public transport as I don't own a car although I have a small pennyboard. I am open to sharing a bathroom with a couple of people but would like my own bedroom.
