Hello! I’m a 29 year old here in Australia on a working holiday visa. I am a big believer in community and hope to find some of that through Flatmates, wherever I end up. I would love to be in a sharehouse with other humans who value connection and conversation. I've lived with friends for a few years back home and so know the dos and do nots of being a house mate. Generally a pretty tidy person and have no problem cleaning up after myself, I know to respect other people's space and not be banging doors or cleaning dishes at odd hours, but am definitely up for sharing a meal or a couple of drink every so often when schedules line up. Or movies, boardgames, painting sessions etc.! I’m mostly a pretty up-beat human, and mostly listening to music if I'm chilling at home. Happy to share my space with people from all different walks of life - my flat shares at home have always been LGBTIQ+ spaces so far and my life has been better for it! Four-legged furry friends also considered a bonus (although I may have a couple of sneezing attacks around some cats - no big deal). Growing up on a small Mediterranean island has given me with a deep love for the sea. I love to be in the water - swimming, snorkelling, diving. Good music and thought provoking conversations make me happy. I enjoy hiking, camping, and just being outdoors in general. Appreciative of sunshine, cosy rainy days, and the magic feeling that snow brings with it. My plan is to move slowly through a few different regions in Australia to get a better idea of life in each place. I usually work as a doctor back home, and am planning on getting my license to join the Australian health care system after my WHV is done, so want to see which part of the country is better suited for me :) So far, I’ve spent a couple of months in Darwin, and a few weeks in Katherine and Sydney.
