I have a room within a two bedroom sharehouse available. The bedroom is of standard size, it features ceiling fans, large standing wardrobe and a TV antenna point within the room. The house is essentially a two bedroom home to share with a 30 year old male university student. A virtual granny flat is located at the rear of the property that is occupied by a 39 year old male that lives independently of the house. The house is a renovated post war style home with polished floorboards throughout and has just recently been painted. The house has a brand new 7kw split cycle air con so living will be very comfortable in all conditions. The house has solar hot water and in addition to this has a 3kw solar panel system which is a rarity in rental properties that assists enormously in keeping rising electricity costs to the bare minimum. Internet access is available and is included in the rent. The property is located close to sporting fields and reserves, the Brisbane river is approximately 1.6k from the front door (the house did not flood in 2011) and 500m of Graceville train station. Indooroopilly shopping centre is less than five minutes drive, University of QLD a ten minute drive and there are plenty of coffee shops and eateries in close vicinity. The property has a generous sized backyard and will continue to be maintained by the landlord. The property is available now. I look forward to hearing from you. Can be furnished with queen sized bed Solar hot water 3kw solar system Freshly painted 7kw split cycle air con Ceiling fans to all rooms Antenna point within bedroom

I work as a medical scientist, enjoy theatre, music, art and am down for pretty much anything. I read quite a bit and do am generally quite tidy/helpful with housework. I like a good chat and enjoy cooking. Looking for shared accommodation as living alone, while it has its perks, does get a tad quiet around the house.
The house is close to the train station as well as numerous cafes, restaurants and a cinema. The area is full of parks and beautiful houses and gardens. We are close to UQ. The train is convenient for travel to the City, Ipswich, Caboolture, Nambour, and Redcliffe. The house is large with many living areas. We keep it clean and orderly with enough space for people to do their own thing. We have a very large kitchen. The back deck is private and spacious and keeps cool in hot days. The yard is big and we have been working on making a herb garden.

I'm looking for a 1-2bed apartment or rooms, granny-flat or larger size ensuite room. I’m staying with family so my move in time can be immediately for the right place. I'm a quiet mature professional with excellent rental history. I enjoy social sport, reading and study, art and the odd reality show. I also enjoy going out for breakfast, coffee and browsing vintage stores or markets on the weekends. I'm not into a party house, loud music or daily visitors as home for me is for relaxing after a long day or week. I like socialising and wine but usually out of the house. If sharing, I'm looking for people who are similar minded. I generally keep to myself, especially during the work week, but keen to meet a friend or a have a drink if we click. Ideally up to 300p/w but negotiable on price (max 350p/w + bills) for granny flat/apartment/private half-house or the right combination of storage, location, furnishings and quiet surrounds. Please send me a message if you think you might have a space for me or want to know more. Thanks Nicole :)
Hi Guys, Looking for a new place to call my home! I love dogs, love the arts, design and the beach. I work part time in an office and study at QUT part time also. I'm friendly and easy to get along with! Looking for a place that's cute, clean and somewhat quiet. Please feel free to message me if you think you have something that would suit!
I recently moved in with mum after moving from Adelaide in June and feel I am ready to live with a fun crowd my age. I love to be active and will happily live with people who enjoy going hiking, camping or just relaxing at home and talking about the weirdest concepts. My hobbies also include reading, writing and I also enjoy doing yoga. I am adventurous so anything you introduce me to, I'll happily be down for. I have lived outside of home before and understand the responsibilities expected of me. I enjoy a household with a comfortable, social environment. If I live with people, I'd love to get to know them and be able treat each other like family. I consider myself to be an honest and respectful person and will happily discuss whatever suits the living conditions of wherever may accommodate me! I do have a spayed, almost 2 year old female boxer, Indy, who is a bundle of joy. She has a lot of personality and if you know boxers, they love to act like little kids. She loves cuddles, running around and pretty much any form of affection. She is both an indoor and outdoor dog, but when she's inside, she'll mainly just sleep. She loves all dogs, but may be boisterous with smaller ones. As much as she loves the cats I live with, it may be beneficial to live in a household without cats. I will take full responsibility for her care, but those who are interested in us are more than welcome to treat her as one of their own pets. Thank you for giving your time to reading this and I hope to hear from those interested. Kind Regards, Ben
Looking to live alone or to share with only one other with separate bathrooms. Hi all, I am looking for a long term unfurnished place/granny flat/dual living situation for myself, or a nice spacious place to share with a max of 1 other person. I am open to most suburbs 10-15 mins from the city and my move in date is totally flexible. Must have AC in the property and my own bathroom. I am a shift worker and will often be gone for 24 hours at a time so having a quiet place is essential for the times when I am home. Living with another shift worker or FIFO worker would probably work out very well. I am looking for somewhere clean and quiet where I can have my privacy but still get along with my flatmate (if I have one). I am not prepared to live in a messy house or clean up after adults anymore so if you don't know how to clean a dish/toilet/floor etc after you’ve made it dirty then it absolutely won't work out. I am happy to live with pets but not with smokers or drug users. Please send me a message if it sounds like I would be a good fit for your place 😊
I'm quite fun and definitely don't mind a boogie in the kitchen. I love to have a chat, but appreciate my own space as well. I'm very tidy and clean. I'm into arty stuff, plants, music and environmental work. I currently work as a barista at two cafes and do volunteer work for the australian youth climate coalition. I'm hoping to study graphic and communication design full time next year.. I also love cooking and will prepare many yummy dinners!
Hey, I'm Aiden. A full-time Sales and Business Development Manager. I work from home and travel once every one or two months for a week or so at a time. I am clean, respectable, trustworthy and friendly. I'd prefer to have a garage for my Jet-Ski and off-street parking for my vehicle. I have one pet Border Collie who is 3 in December. She is well mannered, affectionate and loves to go for a walk so a place situated near Parklands would be ideal.
