Hello! My name is Lily , I work 6-7 nights a week as a bartender. I also run my own artistry business. Im quite sociable and easy to get along with , with my positive attitude and go with the punches mentality. Im moving from living on my own, and I like to live cleanly and respect my stuff and household items. My friends describe me as quirky and ball of fun. I dont smoke but if you want to have a chat with a sneaky bevvy , I won't say no! Also I'd be moving in initially and then my partner /Carer would be moving up in feb 2019. Andrew , works away and we maintain a long distance relationship, he works part-time at his local woolworths, and would be hopefully joining me in the sunshine state around late February. WE share the same creative outlets , and his interests include Kanye and good food.

Hi guys! A few things about us: We’re both in our last year at QUT and both have part-time jobs. We are very considerate and easy-going housemates who prefer a quiet place to live in. Though we’re always up for a conversation, we also respect everybody’s space and privacy. More importantly, we’re also always on time with our bills and well-organised with our own things.

Hi! I'm Emma, 23 years old from Brisbane. Looking for a new place to live with some cool, like-minded people.
Looking for all-female house/flat (with no boyfriend-sleepovers) close to good public transport, quiet and safe area and house, considerate and responsible housemates who are friendly but give personal space, and no cats (if possible) or dogs. Fish and chickens are okay! : ) Prefer similar age-range/ 28-45. I've received a lot of messages that don't actually fit any of that, so please respond only if you/your place actually meet these things - not guys, sorry, and please within this price range! I'm responsible, mature, clean and considerate, and want housemates who also have these habits. Outside space for gardening is great, but not essential, and somewhere to store my things - read, lots of boxes! (garage space, under-the-house, shed, or part of a spare room). I'll also consider suburbs near those I've listed.
Looking for a peaceful retreat to call home. Work part-time and study 1 day a week. A quiet and convenient place would be ideal. I am respectful of property, not a party animal, non-smoker and no pets either.
I am 26 years old working full-time as a biomedical researcher at UQ. I am currently living on the north side of Brisbane but would love to be a little closer to work. I am a clean, friendly, easy going housemate who works pretty long hours, including some weekends so will not be around too much. However, am always up chat or sharing a drink or two with my housemates. I am definitely past my party days so in my time off I love to cook, enjoy getting outdoors, spending a quiet night watching a good tv show or movie or heading back to the Sunshine Coast to visit the family.
I am a student attending South Bank TAFE starting in late January and currently working as a retail assistant in Ipswich, so being close (walking distance) to a bus stop or train station is a necessity. I'm moving by myself with my cat, Juliette, who is nearly 2 years old. She is desexed, an indoor cat, and non-destructive. She is very shy and afraid of most people, but not at all violent. She will stay well out of your business and her food and kitty litter will be kept in my room. I attend karate biweekly in Redbank and cosplay conventions about 2-4 times a year. These are also my main two hobbies. I am an extremely friendly and easy to talk to person, always excited and open to meeting new people. I am a good cook, fairly quiet not interested in throwing parties or anything like that and extremely clean. I look forward to getting to know you.
Hey everyone! I'm a first year guitar student at the Queensland Conservatorium, looking for a place to move into around mid January of next year. I work at Kmart, and I've lived out of home for a year. While I'm a big fan of low key hangs, I'm content to keep to myself. I'm into yoga, running and music, so I like to think I'm healthy enough!
My name is Steve and 39 years old. Very active kinda person, playing touch every Mondays and Wednesdays. Very sociable and down to earth personality. I'm looking for a place to live and I spend most of my time at work and sports. None smoke nor heavy drinker just enjoy a quiet one.
I'm thoughtful - anyone that has lived with me has probably been the gracious recipient of baked goods either when they're down or we're celebrating. I'm funny - well at least I make myself laugh. I'm respectful - sometimes my downfall though because my expectations of others can be crushed sometimes by their behavior. I'm not OCD clean- a basket of washing left on the couch for a couple of days doesn't bother me but someone who has not cleaned a place where one needs to cook and eat does. I'm not a party house kind of person - but I really don't mind a friend or two over every now and then :) Note: I'm looking for a private room with an ensuite :) and bills incl.
Let's be housemates! My name is Luke, I'm 28 and I work full-time in IT for an NGO as a UC Engineer. I have a 11 month old Golden Retriever named Atlas. I'm clean, tidy, don't smoke and don't really drink often but that doesn't mean I'm not down to have a chat with a drink or two sometimes. I aim to go to the gym before/after work most days and try to be out of the house where possible with Atlas however if I'm busy I tend to keep to myself. If I am home, I tend to keep to my own spaces but happy to hang out sometimes as I enjoy a homey/friendly home. After work I like to relax, I will usually aim to go to the gym, walk Atlas then hang out on my computer or room. On the weekends, I tend to visit friends, study or take Atlas somewhere. I am flexible with my move date, however I do need to vacate the current property by December 31. Preferably any time after December 17 but I'll make it work if needed! I have a brand new fridge, brand new washing machine/dryer combo and my own room furnishings. Atlas: Loves people and other dogs, he's a huge dork and loves a good play. He’s well behaved and doesn’t at all bark other than if you’re with him and he wants to play. Sometimes sooks if he knows someone’s home and he’s outside but just ignore him and he realises super quick. Completely house trained and I look after him completely, so I won't put that burden on you! But you're by all means free to take him for walks and spend as much time with him if you'd like.
I am super clean, tidy, quiet and respectful of others stuff and space. I don't mind pets as long as the house is clean. Happy to be social on occasions, but mainly looking for a quiet place to study and live. I'm still new to Brisbane so I spend days off going out or having weekends away. I'm flexible with locations and I'm looking to move around mid October. I don't have any furniture so furnished would be great. I'm a bit flexible on price depending on the right place.
I'm studying Pharmacy at UQ full-time and I work part-time. I'm a quite a clean person. I like to go out on the weekends. Sometimes my boyfriend or friends like to stay over. I'm looking to move out within the next month.
I come with an 8 month old Chow Chow named Amiga. My dog is very friendly, desexed, obedient, toilet trained, chubby and lazy, but very adorable and naturally cute. I clean as I go. Love to be organised and that means being tidy. I am told that I am outgoing and bubbly. Although, I like to chill by taking naps or even just binge watch a series every now and then. I like to leave the drama to the reality tv stars. I am very respectful toward your own space and alone time. Will be as social if you want me to. I like to keep fit by going gym, and TRYYYYY eat healthily. Sometimes Amiga and I will sleep at my boyfriend's house. On the weekends I generally try go see friends on the coast's, or take Amiga camping or 4WD. Pretty into the BCF life. I also have 1 more subject at uni in 2019, which technically still makes me a student. I practically have an entire bedroom, and dining room and kitchen stuff. except for the big appliances household.
Please note that I won't be able to move before 20th January 2019 and I'm only free for viewings from 12th January 2019. I’m coming to Brisbane to study for 2 years and would like to find a nice home to live in. I’m from the UK and will be taking a break from my 12 year career in technology to study at a college in the CBD. I’ve lived on my own before and also own a house in the UK, so I know what it takes to look after a home. I’m not after a party house and prefer something a bit quieter. I'm hoping for a social house that respects quiet time on school nights;) I clean up after myself in common areas and keep my mess in my room. I like to get out in nature during my spare time and hope to do a little bit of travelling too. Sometimes, I may prefer to just chill out at home. Once I have found suitable accommodation to settle in to, I will get some part time office work to help pay the bills. A good functional kitchen is a must, a shared living area would also be ideal and perhaps a garden but the garden isn't essential. Good access to transport links is a must as I won’t have a car of my own. I’ll need access to the internet to enable me to do some home study. I am open to other areas not listed in my profile, the ones I’ve listed are just a few I’m familiar with. Preferably no further than fare zone 2 on the train network. Get in touch! Please only contact me via Flatmates in the first instance. I tend not to respond to unknown messages on my mobile. Thank you.
Searching for: - Ideally sharing with 1 other (Max x2) - Large room or 2x rooms - Air-conditioned room - Ensuite or own bathroom - Unfurnished - Up to $300 for 1.5-2 rooms (cost of storage considered) - Preference for shared bills - Quiet location (not really city/valley) - Close by access to transport to the city - Pets are ok and welcomed :) - Professionals or quiet students - Non-smoking house please About Me: Hi, I'm Nicole. I'm 30 and work full-time in the CBD, enjoy social sport and enjoy quiet activities at home such as reading, art or the odd reality show :) I also enjoy going out for breakfast, coffee and browsing vintage stores or markets on the weekends. I'm not into a party house, loud music or too much socialising at home (outside of the housemates) as home for me is for relaxing after a long day or week. I'm keen to live with someone who shares a similar mindset around respecting and compromising in a shared space so that everyone is comfortable and happy. It would be lovely to meet a new friend and have a wine if it works out but I'm also keen to have some personal space and a good house layout. I'd definitely love to share with a cat or small dog as I haven't been able to get one myself. I'm currently renting a townhouse to share but the owner has chosen to sell last minute. This means I'm flexible on dates and periods at the moment. Ideally I'd like the same set-up which is 3-beds+ between 2 and I'd also consider renting two adjacent rooms and bathroom if its close to budget. I do have a house of furniture (lounge, fridge, washing machine, TVs etc.) so ideally I could use some, or store some in a garage, but for the right room and price I will put this into storage. Reasonable storage is a must. If you think we would work well together or you have a set-up that would suit me, please let me know and send me a message :)
