Photos coming soon! Hey folks! My land lady has given me permission to sublet the two soon-to-be-vacant bedrooms at a quirky-cool 70's 3 bedroom home in Swanbourne. The rooms are for rent at 150 and 175 per week. Bills are not included in the rent and will be divided evenly on a pro rata basis, (i.e. if a housemate is away for a significant amount of time, it will be reflected in their share of the bill) The house is furnished with the exception of the bedrooms so you may furnish and decorate them to your own taste. Whats great about the place? - Near the end of a cul-de-sac in a nice neighbourhood with friendly, chilled out neighbours - Huge back yard - Swanbourne beach is a beautiful clean spot that is never crowded and is only a 15 minute walk through Allen Park - Cafes: The Daily, The Other Side and North Street store all serve great coffee and are all less than a 10 minute walk away. North street store also bakes awesome bread! The IGA and bottle shop are just a short walk away too - Public transport: 8 minute walk to Swanbourne train station which will take you to Fremantle or the City in about 15 minutes. The 102 bus stops just around the corner and will get you to UWA also in just 15 minutes I've been living here for almost 3 years and it's been great. The land lady is lovely (hates doing inspections) and has been quick to respond to any maintenance issues that have come up. Also note that the whole house will be professionally cleaned before my current housemates vacate so you will be moving into a nice clean place.
Well, I'm a grown up and a normal person! A HR Manager by profession, I've shared with people around the world for many years before settling in Brisbane and making a home with my family at the time (partner and 2 boys), buying investment properties - the whole box & dice. Don't have any kids of my own but would like them one day. I'm clean and always tidy up after myself. Very respectful of other people's property and privacy. I like to keep in shape, don't smoke and rarely drink - quite boring really! Have been a bit of a gypsy the last 2 years, but I'm moving to WA to start a new, long-term career and wanting to find a quiet, clean place with outgoing and mature people. My plan is to rent / share for 6 - 12 months while I look for a place to buy. I have a group of friends in Perth already but looking to make new connections for sure.
Hi! I'm an exchange student from Sweden studying a Bachelor in Peace and Conflict Studies and I'm arriving in Perth July 19. I'm really looking forward to study and live in Perth, but I do need a place to stay until around 20th of November. I'm easy to live with and I both like to hang out with friends and being on my own. I like to keep my room clean and organized and I always pay my rents on time. I'm a non smoking person and would like to live in a place where smoking is not allowed. In my sparetime I love to do sports and training and during my time in Perth I hope to be able to discover the city and it's surroundings and do a lot of fun activities. Best regards, Frida

I consider myself very respectful and I much prefer to make people feel comfortable with my presence (or without.. when needed. Yes, I'm really good at reading those hidden messages people send) I'm a strong supporter of personal space and I don't like the mess Currently working in Cottesloe
I work full time Mon-Fri - weekdays are usually work focussed, gym etc and on the weekends I like to make most of it by being out and about, Love hikes, wining and dining, I've always been an awesome housemate :)

Hi! I am a freshly graduated geologist from The Netherlands, working (FIFO) in WA since May '18. I am keen to meet new people so I'm all for sharing a place with likeminded people. Next to geology, I enjoy being outdoors, cooking, rock climbing, surfing, attending/discussing music (concerts) (everything from David Bowie to Kraftwerk) and films. I shared a house for many years and like to keep a place tidy and clean. Regarding personality, this is me according to various people: "An asshole" - My best friend "A sociable guy with a critical mind" - My professor "$$$$" - The ATO "A snobby knowitall" - My former roommate "A kind and handsome young man" - My mum
I’m currently relocating from Byron Bay to Perth & looking for a room, I like cooking, going to the beach, odd glass of wine, very social & happy but also respect people’s space & extremely tidy :)
Single fifo worker looking for a place to live. Need off street parking for my car while I’m away. Super clean and super easy to live with.
Hello! We both study either full time or part time and both have jobs during the week and on the weekend. Love living an active lifestyle and going to the beach! Hello, I'm looking for a room in a share house preferably with other females but i'm pretty easy going so will see what turns up. I'm an interpreter and currently work full time at a school and occasionally do extra work at night, so pretty busy during the week. I enjoy being social and having the odd wine or three. I'm a massive foodie and love to cook so would love to contribute with shared meals every now and again :) I'm very clean and tidy and would like to live somewhere that is kept neat. Super respectful of others space and property hoping to find housemates with the same attitude. I love the ocean, so need to be close to the beach, also enjoy going to gigs, travelling and being outdoors.
Looking for a chill, organised, hygenic household. Interests: I'm putting most of my time and effort into completing my studies to be a certified Make-Up Artist. I hope next year to get into University to study fashion, too. Collaborating the two seems like the best option. As for hobbies I switch between different arts, such as, creative writing, sketching, lyric writing, make-up (although that's more or less like work now so haha) and fashion design. I enjoy; cardio/working-out, coffee (cheap pre-workout, if you really heap it), comedy movies, art festivals, my herbal teas and music. Perks: I live by a budget and a schedule. (Let's discuss yours and mine so they don't clash.) I love my privacy, so, I don't hover but I've been told I'm bubbly and friendly by previous house-mates. Requirements; -WiFi. -Aircon. -Fridge. -Toaster. -Stove. -Laundry facility. -Vaccum/broom. -Bed (would be nice but can buy my own haha) -Somewhere to put my clothes away. (Preferably bills included) Income: Centrelink.
