$350/week•46 year old woman
Hello! My name is Christine and I’m a 46-year-old full-time pharmacy technician working with Public Health. I’m currently looking to rent a place closer to the city to make my commute easier and enjoy more of what the area has to offer. Outside of work, I’m quiet, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I love cats (though I don’t currently have one), and in my free time, I enjoy Pilates reformer classes, yoga, and discovering new restaurants—I'm a bit of a food explorer and love to travel to eat! I’m responsible, reliable with rent, and looking for a calm, welcoming space to call home. I’d be happy to chat or meet in person if you think I’d be a good fit for your place! Best regards, Christine

Hi, my name is Justin, I am a student who currently works part-time. I HAVE A CAT. I’m clean, tidy, and respectful, and I value quiet time and routine. While I’m not a big party person, I’m definitely open to socialising when the time is right. I’ve lived in shared accommodation from ages 17-21 & have been the principal tenant in three share houses, so I’m experienced in creating a harmonious living space. My cats is named Mayhem but despite her name she’s fully house-trained, friendly with other animals & loves cuddles! If you’re looking for someone who’s easy-going and considerate, I’d be a great fit.

Hello, My name's Tyler. I've recently moved back to Australia after living in London for 3 years. I'm from Adelaide but moving to Sydney to keep my career going. Back in London, I worked at the BBC in radio and will be continuing working in that field here. I'm a bit of a mix introvert/extrovert. I love going out and enjoying life; things like theatre, movies, events, trips to the pub, any random activity you can think of I'm up to try anything but at home I'm mixed, I love hanging out and bantering with everybody but can also sometimes enjoy a bit of chill time just playing video games or doom-scrolling when it's needed. I've been living with different flatmates for the past few years, I tended to stay in the same flat for a while until I wanted to try a new area. I'm very respectful of others' space and personalities at home but I also like a friendly living situation, I prefer it when everyone gets along ad friends rather than hotel-vibes where we all just live there and walk around like ghosts not really interacting with each other. Almost every flatmate I've had in the past I'd become good friends with and if that wasn't the vibe, I would've moved on. Let me know if you have more questions :)
