Hello, my name is Alexander I’m currently 20 years old, My name is shikara and I’m also 20 years old, on the 23/01/25 we welcomed the arrival of our beautiful daughter Kehlani, we are a friendly, responsible, respectful, tidy and a all round easy going loving family unit. As of right now the 3 of us live in plympton at my (Alex) great grandmothers house in small a granny flat out the back, she’s currently in and out of hospital with ongoing complications and operations, public trustee have been involved for about 3-4 years now and have ordered she’s to unfit to return back home and is to go Into a nursing home next week which means they are selling the house, I have just received an email saying we have until the 10th of September to vacate the property, we essentially do not have anywhere to go with both side of our family’s not being able to have us as there’s not enough room, we are going to be homeless and we are desperate for our own house, we pay both rent and electricity, water and wifi bills weekly at a combined total of $550, we have been here since the 21/03/2023 and are we are willing and happy to pay whatever it cost for a roof over our heads and a stable house where we can call home and raise our daughter. We have gone to housing SA they have placed us in category 1 but also informed us that we could still be waiting 10-15 years for a housing property. Housing SA have granted us a housing bond of whatever the cost + 2 weeks rent payed upfront. If you would prefer us have it in cash or deposit that’s also not a problem. At this moment I’m not currently working due to my daughter only being born in January but in my previous jobs I was a concreter, a fencer and a gyprocker, I’ve recently been looking for work again and in the result I have a job lined up in Richmond at a food warehouse doing 38-40 Hours a week at $37 minimum an hour, I am going for the interview next week and will most likely get the role. we both have references and previous rental history references if needed. We honestly really would like a chance to start our lives and start a new chapter, we are desperate and really a property before we are deemed homeless. my number is 0421175440 we would urgently like to hear back from you.
