This place has large balcony and as it is top floor you can enjoy the view of red hill and sunshines. and very close to Manuka, kingston shops, Fyshwick market and also close to all the bus stops that goes to city and Woden shopping mall. The room is unfurnished and shared bathroom with me. All the bills (electricity, internet) are included and the apartment is all secured with electronic keys.
I'm currently studying IR at ANU and am looking into moving off-campus into an already established sharehouse ASAP. I would prefer a smaller place, maybe only 1 or 2 other people if possible. I love to just chill out and read (I'm a giant bookworm and spend 90% of my time reading) or watch Netflix. I'm fairly quiet and not the most social person, so the chances of me ever having more than one person over at a time is slim to none, but I love a good chat and movie marathon. I'm very tidy and will always keep up my end of the cleaning deal. Looking in the inner South as I work in Manuka and don't drive so I want to be able to get home from work at night easily :)
I am relocating from the Gold Coast to Canberra in mid November to start full-time work. A couple of years ago I moved over from Colombia and I recently finished my Masters in Accounting at Bond University. I’m a clean and friendly person that respects each other’s space. In my spare time, I enjoy walking along the beach (which I will miss), going on hikes, spending time with friends and family, and exploring new places.
Please chuck us a message via flatmates as I am still overseas :) I'm 22 and moving back to Australia to start a new job in the public service after working abroad in Fiji for the past year. I am a foodie and wine lover. On the weekends I'm looking forward to exploring Canberra's best cafes, bars, book stores and farmers markets. I love to travel, ski and take photos. I also love the outdoors and am keen to explore nearby hiking routes, and road trip out to Canberra's closest beaches. I am easy going, organised, tidy and respectful of space and privacy. I generally like to follow a quiet routine during the week but am always happy to catch up over dinner, wine, a cuppa or a board game. Happy to enjoy the occasional social gathering as well. I'm looking for a friendly and easy going share house that will provide easy access to Barton and the city centre. Ideally I would like a place that is female or mixed and has a backyard. I will be bringing with me: my car, furniture for my room and stacks of cookbooks. I'm am hoping to move in after new years, ideally by late January but am flexible.
Hey! I'm Grace, a born and bred local. I am fulfilling the Canberra prophecy working full-time in the APS and studying part-time at ANU. When I'm not working or studying I'm catching up with friends, playing soccer, painting, or cooking . I'm always considerate of communal space and housemates' downtime but I would also like to join a friendly sharehouse environment. I'm looking to move from the end of November onwards and definitely before February. My best domestic skills are stain removal and cleaning the bathroom. My best personal trait is my modesty about my domestic prowess.
I work full time during the week and most weekends. I spend my spare time at the gym or hanging with friends. I am easy going and possess a charismatic behaviour, will be good to meet like minded people. In saying that, I do like to kick back at home some days over a nice glass of 🍷.... I’m looking for another friendly, clean and mature person to move in with, or to team up to find an apartment or townhouse. I can be flexible with location too 🤗
Moving to Canberra to start an APS Graduate program and looking for a share house. I'm a clean and considerate person who doesn't mind cooking and will love your house plant children like my own. I like to keep myself busy by keeping active and up to date with current affairs during the week, and am pretty social on the weekends. Will always be down to watch the news and/or the Bachelor with a glass of wine after a day at work.
Hi, I have been living in Canberra for a couple of months now, but my housemate is moving on and its time for me to branch out and find somewhere else I can call home. I work 2 part time jobs in healthcare/public health keeping me pretty busy throughout the week. I do have all my own bedroom furniture, plus if needed can bring kitchen smalls (crockery, cutlery, glasses, pot, pans etc - no big items); and a couple of living room items (I would like to have some of these items with me, but do understand that if room/space is a bit tight that I may need to store some of these) Am happy with team ups or joining an existing house, I just want to find somewhere homey & comfortable enough that I can chill & unwind after a long day. I am generally fairly tidy but not obsessively so & appreciate the same from my housemates. I am honest & transparent. I am usually fairly quiet at home, but enjoy a catch up, see how your day was & an occasional drink with those I share a living space with. I love pets (if you have any), enjoy quite nights in watching movies, just as much as I like a good night out, exploring the local area & hanging out with friends. I do have a bit of an obsession with good food & wine, adventures and enjoying a bit of music.
Looking for a room in ACT. I am clean, tidy, respectful, rarely drink, but happy to get together for social evening. I spend weekends either outdoors, out in the bush, or reading a book. I am opened to the length of stay, which we can discuss in person. I keep the place clean, tidy, I'm respectful to others and their possessions, and importantly, also, I pay the bills.
We're Declan and Craig, 24 and 36, and a couple living and working in Canberra. We both work full-time and are sociable, friendly and reliable. We enjoy hanging out with friends and having a few beers to relaxing, listening to music and watching a film or three. We love going on adventures, visiting new places and camping. We love eating out and cooking as well. Looking to move to inner north or inner south, but pretty flexible in this regard. Looking forward to meeting you!
