Hey I'm Paul. So I need to give 2 weeks notice but I really want to find somewhere asap to save the last minute stress. I'm currently paying $340 but have a garage space, main bedroom with ensuite and walk-in in wardrobe and a loungeroom as mine.. ideally would like this again but will consider other options. I just require decent, clean and respectful people. I'm big on cleanliness and want someone who leaves communal places like kitchen spotless for the next person. I pride myself on place of living and I'm also the type to like having the best grass in the street..lol I'm friendly and will always say hello..but at the same time I'm respectful of people's downtime and can keep to myself. Ideally I want to live with people that enjoy life and bounce positive vibes throughout. Definitely not looking for a party house. Im currently working doing rideshare..so UBER and Didi which I been doing full-time. I study a certificate IV in Youth Work to try help some of these kids. So I'm hoping I could have a garage spot and use it for my stuff and I've already put a lot if it up for sale.
