$450/week•28 year old man
Hello everybody,
I hope you’re doing well! I´m Bedirhan (just call me Bedi), a 28-year-old male from Germany, currently in Australia to pursue my PhD (starting April 28) at Griffith University. Once per week or every other week I will commute to Brisbane where my campus is for my PhD.
I’ve received a 3-year research scholarship that covers both my university fees and provides a monthly allowance of 2800 AUD for living expenses. In addition, I saved more than enough money to cover any financial needs for the first two to three months of my stay. I would prefer a long time stay since my PhD is set for three years. Until the end of April I am staying at an Airbnb, although my listing states may first as the start date I am open to move in earlier than may if needed.
I consider myself a very polite, friendly, and helpful person who values cleanliness and a harmonious living environment. I’m very tidy and respectful of shared spaces, and I enjoy maintaining a clean and organized home. Creating a peaceful atmosphere with roommates is important to me, and I’m always open to communication to make sure everyone feels comfortable.
I enjoy a healthy lifestyle, going to the gym, and spending time outdoors, especially at the beach.
