So I've lived on the GC for most of my life, the past three years at my current home in Bris, and before that I spent some time on the sunny coast too. I mainly just keep busy with full-time work as a leading hand for a private company that has contracts with larger landscaping companies all over SE QLD, from properties to highway upgrades and everything in between, this also includes commission on top so I’m pretty motivated to work longer hours / days, in addition this sometimes has me flying interstate for short periods too as we operate Aus-wide. Otherwise in my spare time I love to visit the beach and sometimes hinterland or riverside walks, and fit the gym into my day too. I definitely value the rest and downtime so really just looking for a nice, quiet, relaxed place to call home to come back to after the long days work. Which will need the land lords signature on the agreeable rent fortnightly . You won't have no issues with me paying rent as the pension is plenty an that's always the 1st bill that comes out of my pay. I also like to get into my juicing. I'd be home most the time. I'm clean I'm tidy. I clean up after my dishes when I'm done eating.
