This is a bedroom in a house in Slacks Creek with a huge balcony overlooking trees. It has a private bathroom. Rent includes electricity. Five minutes walk from the Slacks Creek bus interchange. It is designed for a single, full time WORKING person. The occupant hopefully will be considerate enough to use headphones, every time he or she likes to listen to louder type music, as the rest of the house is peaceful. The place wouldn't suit if you make a bit of noise. Just saying. At the rear of the property is the flowing Slacks Creek itself. For those who like to chill out, sitting under the trees besides the flowing water is great therapy. You can't ask for much better than this in a big city. To repeat, this is for someone with a FULL TIME JOB please.
