Hello! I am looking for a unfurnished and or furnished room in logan suburbs preferably or bayside , lease ending on 23rd of June. Only wanting to share with one other two most. I am looking at moving interstate eventually but things may change and may decide to stay a little longer prefer lease agreement but open for sublet too provided there is security over my bond. Potentially ensuite and a/c . Would prefer door lock.
