The law says cats are not allowed outside 24/7 unless they stay in their own yard. They have cat scratchers and scratch pads. They use litter boxes and only litter boxes. I usually put their litter boxes in the bathroom. They have toys and sleep most of the time. They chase each other and get the zoomies. Truly comical. Noone will give us a chance.
