Hi future flatmates I’ve recently moved to Brissy and am working full time in healthcare (not shift work) mostly at Logan Hospital. I’m looking for somewhere with people of a similar age and with a chilled atmosphere. I’ve been house sharing for 10+ years and lived with lots of lovely people I now count as friends. Location wise, to keep it simple South side of the river or North Gold Coast would be my preference. I have a 1 yo dog named Flynn (medium sized) and would be ecstatic to find somewhere dog friendly. He’s adorable and an outside dog (so looking for a fenced yard!). There would be flexibility around Flynn joining the household as he’s living his best life on the family farm until January 2026. I’m also a bit of a germaphobe (manageable), so I prefer things to be wiped down and kept spotless. I cook meal preps once every 2-4 weeks and always clean up immediately, even if it’s just a cup or spoon. While I enjoy routines and structure, I do socialize from time to time but keep to myself due to the hours that work. Fitness is a big part of my life due to my job and personal goals. Overall, I’m a quiet, clean person who values a peaceful and well maintained living space.
