This centrally located 1 bedroom (there are two rooms) fully furnished apartment has the ease of walking to popular cafés, restaurants and bars, ever popular Southbank Parklands, CBD and Queens Street Mall, charming West End. It is only a short walk to bus, train station or ferry transport. The apartment has a separate balcony and shared bathroom, lounge, study area, recreational space to play table tennis etc. Currently I am living in it and want somebody to share the apartment. I work in CBD. I enjoy doing exercising and knowing new things.
