I have just moved to Brisbane and have full time employment in the arana hills plaza and am looking for a place to live to get myself settled into the area. I have a budget of 225 a week but the lower the better and I also need the room to at least have a bed, I'm not too picky about other furnishings I just couldn't transport my own bed down. I have lived in sharehousing before and know how to respect boundaries and how to communicate with flatmates. I will be predominantly working throughout the week but in my spare time i like to play games or just watch a tv show or hangout with friends.
I'm an apprentice electrican I work Monday to Friday full time, I like to cook (mostly butter chicken from a packet mix) & I enjoy a trip to the valley every now & then, I spend most my time at my bfs house. Would Prefer to live with other younger people.
Hi my name is Taryn and I'm looking for a nice happy place to live with my beautiful friendly clean, house trained Staffie. My background is working in a prison as a Psych Clinician however, I'm currently working as a nanny as it gives me time to start a business. I'm single, 41 years of age, outgoing, friendly and very easy to live with. If you like dogs and choose me you will be gaining two friends instead of one. He is 11 and extremely popular with kids and people. I also provide 3 hrs of cleaning per fortnight that I pay for myself. I would love to hear from you guys. Please feel free to call me anytime

Seeking quiet, clean, friendly person. 20-35 preferred. Available to view now. Enquire for further details.
Hi there :) We are looking for one cool person to come and join our sweet share house in the northern suburb of Mitchelton, just a few minutes away from Stafford and Everton Park. Perks of this place include that it's an absolutely massive property, with two living rooms a study area, huge fully fenced backyard and garage you certainly wouldn't find yourself living on top of your housemates! The bedroom is a decent size, easily fits a queen bed and comes with a ceiling fan, double mirrored built in wardrobe. The main bathroom is quite large, it has a bath, shower with a basin and storage cupboard. The upstairs toilet is separate to the main bathroom and comes with a second basin as well - which luckily means no queues in the morning! It would be shared with two girls, cleanliness and respect is a priority. As well as this we are a 5 minutes walk from the train station which takes you to CBD in 20 minutes - we are only a 10 minutes walk from Brookside shopping center which has Woolworths/Coles/Big W + a heap of other stores for your convenience. Blackwood street in Mitchelton is even closer with lots of cute cafes and IGA open until 8pm for those late night snack runs! We have Foxtel, Netflix, Stan, unlimited internet and air con in the living space. There is plenty of storage space available if you have a bunch of stuff and parking space in the garage or driveway if you prefer. Bond would be $400 and we are looking for long term people to make a stable household, 6 months+ would be preferable. If at any time you would need to vacate the property it would be essential to replace yourself with another tenant before exiting. Bills are split equally between all of us but we try to be conscientious of water and electricity to keep the price low. Our ideal new housemate would be easy going like us but also respectful of cleaning up after themselves. We would prefer someone in their 20's with a stable income who is keen to settle down in one place. We have no rules on who comes over whenever as long as they are cool people, bring friends round for dinner, have a party, whatever - treat the house like your home! We are excited to meet you potential new housemate so message fast to book an inspection or ask any more questions you may have :)
This house is only five minutes walk two Brookside Mall, City and Chermside buses, Mitchelton and Oxford Park stations. Just around the corner this Is the Blackwood St Village with restaurants, and a monthly Farmers Market. Fully Furnished with 2 Large Living areas . Free internet access. Looking for Working Professionals, easy going, must have stable employment, clean & tidy. Shift workers and Uni students are welcome. Not a party house. It's a large modern 2 storey home, so it's spacious and you don't feel like you're living in each others pockets. We are a friendly group, mostly do our own thing. . Large laundry has ample cupboard space.
I work full time as a house painter so I have a pretty regular routine. I love animals. And I also like to do social things on the weekend. I'm quite easy going and I'm always keen to hang out but I also like to keep to myself sometimes
I am a full-time online student and looking for some accommodation that is within my student payments but am looking for a part-time job at the moment which I am aiming to get before I have to move. I'm almost 19 and I'm quiet unless I don't need to be. On the weekends you'll find me watching movies and chilling out but occasionally go out for drinks with friends. Not only am I respectful and clean after myself but I always make sure my rent is on time and that I am polite. I'm looking to move in somewhere as soon as possible so if you are interested, please message me :)
Non smoker, love a BBQ, great around the house, I have the most delightful little terrier dog, I am a renovator landscaper, who has all the gear, so I can fix anything and everything, I am looking for somewhere I can park a vintage car under cover and secure my tools, I have a ute and trailer but that can stay on the road, I have my own bedroom furniture and a handful of other things if there is room for a few antique clocks and a 2 seater, if needed I can also bring more furniture and a small fridge out of storage. I need somewhere that is fenced for my little dog
Looking for all-female house/flat (with no boyfriend-sleepovers) close to good public transport, quiet and safe area and house, considerate and responsible housemates who are friendly but give personal space, and no cats (if possible) or dogs. Fish and chickens are okay! : ) Prefer similar age-range/ 26-45. I've received a lot of messages that don't actually fit any of that, so please respond only if you/your place actually meet these things - not guys, sorry, and please within this price range! I'm responsible, mature, clean, considerate, and friendly, and want housemates who also have these habits. Outside space for gardening is great, but not essential, and somewhere to store my things - about 1.5 cubed metres (garage space, under-the-house, shed, or part of a spare room).
Hey guys! I’m Brooke, 26 and looking for a share house on the North side of Brisbane. I enjoy having time to myself, but would also love to have some chilled housemates to hang out with. I’m a lover of coffee, camping, exploring new places, plants (even though I struggle not to kill them) and photography. I returned to Aus last year, after living in London for two years. Originally from NSW, and am looking forward to discovering some cool places in Brisbane I’m currently working at Caboolture hospital, but plan to transfer to a Brisbane hospital in the near future. I do have a little budgie that I’m wanting to move with. His name is Banana. He will try his very best to talk to, you but don’t expect to understand him, it’s all gibberish 😆 Let me know if you think I might be a good fit to your house Cheers
G'Day, I am a very clean, curious person who is always up for an adventure/ challenge. I am returning from Canada from a 3 month adventure and I am looking at involving myself in more adventurous hobbies in Aus and abroad. Climbing, Surfing, Sailing, etc. Love to read, love pets, love to box, my partner has a dog which I spend a lot of time with her and him. Feel free to ask any questions, I am an open book. Thank you, have a great day!
Hi, I am a full time nurse. I like to cook and bake (so hopefully you like baked treats). I am very neat and tidy and enjoy living in a clean environment and sharing the work evenly. I like to get out and about and keep active, but am also happy to relax with Netflix and some wine and cheese or a nice book. I am respectful of others space and belongings. I am dependable and organised with paying my bills etc. I am a social person and happy to hang out but I'm not looking for a party house. I have pretty much everything to furnish a house so all you would need is furniture for your bedroom. Looking to team up and find a place to share with two other people, move in late april/early may, looking to stay within 30 mins drive of Brisbane city. I have 2 beautiful Huskies that will give you lots of love and cuddles. They don’t bark and are well behaved. I will be looking for a house with a suitable yard/fencing etc.
I am clean tidy and busy doing my own thing for the most part. I will be working full time mon - fri. I am looking for a furnished room within driving distance to pinkenba. I am looking for housemates 25+ only....thankyou..
