I'm a recently single, easygoing, non drinking smoker. I was in a long term relationship with two children. Unfortunately, at this stage, I do not see them often, so visiting children is not a regular occurrence, however, I am working to change this. I am officially "unemployed" ATM after 7 years FT government work. I am a musician, producer and DJ and am currently working on several avenues of work accociated with my skill set and equipment. I can, however, be as quiet (or as loud;) as required, and my musical tastes are varied and diverse. I'm in a transitional period of my journey and am looking for like minded people to share my creative and living space.
Hi, I'm Jake! I'm a 20 year old Rugby League Player, soon to be travelling down under for 12 months on a Working Holiday Visa. I am a former Bar Manager, currently working as a "Regional Sales Engineering Manager" for a Plant Sales Company in the UK. My passion in life is Rugby League. I have represented both my county (Lancashire) and Great Britain, and would love to progress further and break the professional ranks. I consider myself to be a very responsible person, and would like to think I would make the perfect housemate! Communication comes very easy for me, as I have absolutely no problem in speaking to anyone and everyone from all walks of life. Respect is a massive part of my personality and would never be seen to disrespect anyone or anything. I am a non-smoker and don't drink regularly however I enjoy going out on a weekend and enjoying myself with friends. I hope that I have covered everything but if there is anything more that you'd like to know, then please don't hesitate to get in contact! Jake

Hi, I am looking for short term accommodation. I am a 4th year Carpentry Apprentice and I am a non-smoker and only a social drinker. I am a quiet, early riser due to my work requirements and I usually never work late, so I shouldn't interfere with most peoples' home routines. I am clean and like to help out around the house and most weekends I will be out of your space due to travelling back to Toowoomba to visit family and friends.
Friendly caring self aware couple, homebodies moving from Melbourne to Brisbane and seeking a place to land when we arrive there. Short term 3-6 months length, must be non smoking household. Kim is a graduate student and works in education and care settings and Sue is in sales. We have the most gentle adorable dog who lives inside with us. We love tv and watching movies, eating out, going to the cinema, swimming, the beach, travel, rugby league, reading and the internet. We also have two cats who will be in boarding until we find a great new place.
2 rooms available in a 3 story townhouse in Arana Hills. Super close to the shops and less than a 10 min walk to the train station. There's a shared pool on the complex, a double garage with some storage space and the house fully furnished except for the bedrooms.
Great big house! Easy going and fun housemate! Pretty social and like to hang out. Bus stop literally at the front door and 5 min walk to Mitchelton Train Station. You would be living with Marlie (21 year old female). There is a 3 month old kitten that stays upstairs too. Big backyard with a 7 month old Border Collie. Another dog could be considered. We can organise a bed for the room but there isn't any other furniture. $150 a week plus bills.
Hi, my name is Clay. I work full time, I'm easy going with a dry, cheeky sense of humour, laid back and very respectful of others. I love a good chat and hanging out, but respect people's quiet time also. I'm considerate, clean, tidy and reliable. Any questions, just ask! :)
Hey! :) I'm Steph, I'm 29, I work full time and study part time, I'm pretty neat and like a clean and tidy house :) Looking to move anytime over the next few months, no rush but happy to do it asap if i was to find the right roomy :) I'm looking to live either the Northside (Nundah, Aspley, Kelvin Grove, Wavell Heights, Bridgeman Downs etc - somewhere near The Royal Bris hospital as thats where i work) or even on the Southside (Springfield Lakes, Augustine Heights, Brookwater, Collingwood Park etc - as thats where i am atm). Ok... so I know a lot of people don't wanna live with a kid but honestly, its really no big deal at all. You can still have friends round etc, nothing would have to change i promise! :) My boy is 9 years old, so if you like playing xbox you guys will be best buds lol He's a good kid, looks after things, helps around the house, is pretty easy going and quiet to live with :) We also have an indoor ragdoll cat named Alice. Shes like a dog and follows you around everywhere and waits at the door when u get home lol :) so cute! So, I'm looking for another person to get a house together. Obviously we will have to apply for houses so you'd clearly need to be approved on that as well to live there :) You'll need to be reliable and pay rent on time, respectful of privacy, the property and of other peoples things, work and have a stable income, funny, preferably single and around similar age. I'd really prefer a house rather than a unit with undercover parking (lock up garage) as I drive a BMW :) I guess starting off with a 6 month lease would be ideal, then it can always be renewed if we want :) The house would need to have at least 3 bedrooms coz I need my own space too and dont want to crammed into the same room with my son lol so I'd have one, he'd have one and you'd have the other one/two etc :) I'd also be keen for a few drinks on a friday or Saturday night to relax and unwind after a busy working week if you are :) I looooove cooking and literally make the best caramel tarts you'll ever eat (i have references for this lol), im pretty easy going, love a good laugh and have a very sarcastic sense of humour. So you'd definitely have to be funny, easy going, down to earth and be able to take a joke lol Anyhoo, hope to hear from you soon to organise a day to meet up and see if we connect :)
My name is Kate, I'm a 28 year old student/pensioner who is looking for a room to rent, preferably longer term, with my little dog Eddie (a jack russell cross who loves nothing more than to spend the day cuddling) and my lorikeet Blaze. My favourite hobby is going for rides on my motorcycle, especially on nice twisting country roads. I also like drawing and painting, and I'm a reasonably good guitarist too. I'm due to finish my degree in youth work at the end of July and plan to start working as soon as I finish. Currently I'm getting disability support payments and I'm also volunteering part time to keep my skills up. I have been renting for 7 years and I have always paid my rent and bills on time so no issues there. Eddie is a really sweet little dog, he loves people as well as other dogs and cats. He's around two years old, is fully house-trained and rarely barks. He's a mostly inside dog while I'm home, sleeps a lot of the day (usually on my bed) and likes playing with other dogs, toys and especially in water. He would love it if there was somewhere outside to fit a little shell pool for him to play in. Blaze spends most of his days whistling, singing, and playing with/talking to his toys. He's friendly and loves people interacting with him, even through the cage bars. He loves music and is a good little dancer. He lives in a decent sized cage that I like to keep beside my desk (as that's where I spend most of my home time). I'm looking for somewhere to live longer term (at least a year) and for an unfurnished bedroom. I also have a little futon couch and a fridge to bring with me that can either be used or stored in a garage if not needed.
Everything! This is, hands down, the greatest property you will ever lay eyes on! But seriously: it's a neat little house close to the station in Mitchelton, yards are maintained for you, house is fully furnished with optional bedroom furnishings and all bills are included. Aircon in the main room, large TV with Netflix (may need your own account) and XBox which I never use, fan in the bedroom and 500gb of Cable internet each month. Everything is setup and ready for someone to move in ASAP.
Hi potential housemate! Im Kelly. I work full-time in human resources and whs. I have a bubbly personality and am very friendly but also enjoy time to myself to watch Netflix or listen to music. My other hobbies include dancing, socialising with friends and going to the gym. I am very clean, considerate and reliable. I am looking for a good size room with own bathroom in an established apartment/townhouse or to team up for a 2-3 bedroom apartment or townhouse. Off street parking is a must!
I am a full time criminology student from brisbane. I work part time at a mexican restaurant. I like to play guitar in my spare time :)
Looking for all-female house/flat (with no boyfriend-sleepovers) close to good public transport, quiet and safe area and house, considerate and responsible housemates who are friendly but give personal space, and no cats (if possible) or dogs. Fish and chickens are okay! : ) Prefer similar age-range/ 26-45. I've received a lot of messages that don't actually fit any of that, so please respond only if you/your place actually meet these things - not guys, sorry, and please within this price range! I'm responsible, mature, clean, considerate, and friendly, and want housemates who also have these habits. Outside space for gardening is great, but not essential, and somewhere to store my things - about 1.5 cubed metres (garage space, under-the-house, shed, or part of a spare room).
Hi! I'm Maddy, a 20yo full time worker. I am super social and easy going but definitely enjoy a bit of alone time (binge) watching TV and movies when I'm not at work. Looking to move into the North Western suburbs, happy to be a good contribution to the household. Absolutely don't mind if you have pets, love furry friends :) Available to move in whenever.
i am a young independant woman who is quiet and friendly. Currently in between jobs whilst studying a certificate in business and actively looking for work. My lease has recently run out and i have been staying with my mother until i can find a place of my own. Ideally i would like to secure a safe and stable home for up to 6 months maybe longer.
We are a nice & clean and honest couple. I work as a Defence Civilian for Army Learning Production Centre at Gallipoli Barracks, Enoggera. We are currently on Long Service Leave overseas and getting ready for our return back home.
I like to keep neat and tidy but I'm not OCD about cleanliness. I love to have a good chat however I understand personal space and enjoy having time to myself. I am in no way a partier but still enjoy being social and hanging out with friends. I end up not being home a whole lot due to work and other commitments, but when I'm not loud or well, annoying. Love to hear from you soon:)
Hi My names Jason. I'm a 34yr old professional working in Brisbane's CBD. I'm looking for a place to call home in Brisbane during my work week. I'm based in Noosa Heads and work in Brisbane on a 5-4 rotating day and night roster. This means I would only be in Brisbane for 5 out of every 10days approx. My shifts are from 630 til 730 AM/PM. I'm generally training or upcoming adventure races or MTB events across Australia so don't spend a great deal of time indoors. Although am more than happy to kick back on days off with an awesome Red Wine and chat, listen to tunes or chill out to a movie. Happy to meet and talk more if you think I'd be suitable for a spot in your place. Cheers Jas
