$275 per week for 2 rooms. Main room has private ensuite. You would be sharing a four bedroom property with an easy going couple in their late 30s who have a staffy dog. The property is walking distance to the train, restaurants and the shops. You would have access to the two remaining rooms, one of which has an ensuite and air-conditioning. The house is fully fenced so pets are welcome. There is a large garage to store your belongings. While the room and house are furnished if you would prefer we can empty out the bedroom furniture.

Hey there! I'm 19, I'm a nice guy who's studying computer science, I'm a pretty tidy guy, am willing to have a chat, get to know people! I've lived in a couple of share houses, so I'm used to the share housing scheme of things so I'd settle in really well. Look forward to hearing from you!
- I’m a clean and tidy person - Easy to talk to and get along with - From Townsville, moved 1 year ago - Work Fulltime, usually only home nights and days off if not busy - I love my own space but I’m happy to spend time with my flat mates - Looking to move into a Female only listing.
We are an easygoing couple with a well-behaved, 1 year old child. We have lived and worked abroad (South Korea, Germany, Indonesia) for many years, recently returning home to Australia. We already have some interesting travelling experiences under our belt, but now are looking forward to a simple and stable lifestyle raising a child. Hobbies include reading, cooking, music and intelligent conversation.
Hey guys, we have a beautiful granny flat located in here Mitchelton. Only 5 minutes walk to the train station, and 5 min drive to two shopping centres. Granny flat features a beautiful airy bedroom and own bathroom. Bills included in the rent, we have unlimited cable internet and a resident cat. Non-smokers only, no drugs. Would suit a busy professional or student. We will post pictures of the flat tomorrow.
I'm a courteous and responsible person who takes care in where I live. I'm a quiet person who likes their own time and space and also can be social. I travel overseas for work occasionally through the year.
I'm an easygoing and friendly chick 😊 21 years old, study fulltime and work parttime 30hrs/wk - both in the CBD Happy to be social with you but am also laid back and will respect your personal space. Very clean, responsible, and organised, so you won't have to worry about my mess lying around! Usually busy throughout the week with work and uni, and most weekends I stay over at my boyfriends place or am out and about with friends Looking to move in with like-minded and friendly housemates with positive fun vibes around mid-end September into inner-city Northside/Westside fringe suburbs Feel free to send me a message and I'd be happy to have a chat and meet up if our requirements match 😊
Looking for all-female house/flat (with no boyfriend-sleepovers) close to good public transport, quiet and safe area and house, considerate and responsible housemates who are friendly but give personal space, and no cats (if possible) or dogs. Fish and chickens are okay! : ) Prefer similar age-range/ 28-45. I've received a lot of messages that don't actually fit any of that, so please respond only if you/your place actually meet these things - not guys, sorry, and please within this price range! I'm responsible, mature, clean and considerate, and want housemates who also have these habits. Outside space for gardening is great, but not essential, and somewhere to store my things - read, lots of boxes! (garage space, under-the-house, shed, or part of a spare room). I'll also consider suburbs near those I've listed, except not further south than Eight Mile Plains.
I work part time at a private hospital approx 35-40 hours a week. I like to think I am neat and tidy, always tend to clean up after myself. Netflix, PS4, Youtube, board games, rum, coffee. Can be found wandering the house looking for food or booze.
I am quiet but social enough. I am an enrolled nurse working two jobs part time whilst studying to becoming an RN. I am quite busy most times so I wont annoy you lol. I am not a party person and very considerate of sharing with others :)
I have been living happily with my bestie for the last 3 years, but work is taking her elsewhere unfortunately! I have my beautiful German sheperd Denzel, he is 2 and very well trained. I am with him most of the time so would prefer someone who will love Denzel like I do and not just want him outside and ignored. I work casually at Lorna Jane and do volunteer work on a daily basis, and studying! Im quiet and respectful, tidy, clean and love to cook! I am at the gym nearly every day! I dont party anymore haha but wont say no to a wine and good banter sometimes.
I'm gay, clean, tidy, respectful, quiet, friendly and love having binge fest on Netflix. I dont smoke or do drugs, I also don't have any pets or children and I rarely drink but when I do it's just a couple when I go out with friends. I also work on a permanent casual basis as a night shift Environment Services Assistant at HSNPH and looking to study whilst working in the near future. Looking for a smoke, pet and party free place that's clean and tidy to live at the end of my lease finishing July 31 (Can move in from the 23rd). I have a preference for my own bathroom and off street parking, aswell as a somewhere out of the weather to store my mountain bike, happy to negotiate the possibility of higher rent to obtain those also looking to preferably would like to live with 2 other people max. I come with a brand new washing machine, a dryer and a Dyson, if I sound like a good fit, please feel free to message me. :)
Hi, I`m an outgoing uni student studying fulltime at QUT. I recently moved from home up north. I also work part time at Woolies so I likely won`t be at home that often. I like watching netflix, running and eating out. I`m tidy, respectful but enjoy the occasional chat.
Hey! I'm just a young leso(bi) looking for a place to call home with my doggo, bonnie. My dog is actually a fully certified service dog so shes a little bonus to the house hold. Shes legally allowed by real estate so sucked in to them. Shes quiet, fun, small-medium (13kg) a little staffy. You literally cannot love her. I'll bet you on it. I like being social and shit but I also like not being social... so I guess I'm pretty generic besides from the fact when i AM social I dont shut up. I do have depression which I see a psych for ... just heads up. Not like we dont all have a bit of depresso in this world of ours. I have a steady income but I'm taking a break from MOST work atm, Ill still take a few jobs here and there but I'll be going to an outpatient group/s throughout the week. I'm like... clean.. but not like, crazy clean, ya know? I am one to leave a glass, or plate, on the kitchen sink to wash for later. I smoke occasionally (outside obviously, wow) um but like I can totally not cause I have a yummy vape (stop judging me). I'm actually really chill. A little weird. Very generous. Very loyal and I love my friends. So if you think I'm okay say g'day (sorry not sorry, terrible puns are fetch)
I like to have excellent communication, respect privacy, have excellent harmony with whoever lives
Neat townhouse in a quite location. Only 10 minutes walk to the train station. Have your own bathroom. Unlimited internet. Social but not a party house. Less than ten minutes walk to Blackwood street with cafes and resturants and once a month there are markets on Sunday.
This is a really nice townhouse in a very quiet, peaceful area. It has nice carpets, lots of cupboard space, including big built-in robes in all bedrooms, and a good-sized courtyard out the back, with access to some common space behind that. The smaller rooms are kind of regular small-and-square, with really big wardrobes. The larger one has air-conditioning as well and a larger window. There's public transport nearby, good access to major routes, and just a nice feel about the place. The rent is approximate - we haven't fully figured out the divisions yet, but it'll be around that amount. The whole place is only $360. We'll also be renting a fridge and washing machine, which will add another $10 or so each. And of course, there are utilities - we'd pay those as they come, dividing them equally. Unfortunately, I don't have photos of the bedroom (these are from the listing), but it has the b-i-r mentioned, nice carpet, pull-down blind on the window, and a fan. As this place is listed to be available now, and the owners have said they'd like it filled by 11th August, it might not still be available after this date. If that happens, though, we will still be looking for a flatmate or two for another place. Please contact me if you're interested in both or either of those options.
