A bit about me in a condensed format:
- Working permanently full time (3-4 days WFH).
- Loves adventure, market days, beach, roadtrips, countryside, activities like shows etc
- Plants !!!
- More of a daytime person and nanna at night due to current busy lifestyle but don't mind the odd evening out with friends - do love a good social every now and then!

- Work at 1 William so looking for somewhere within a 20min/30min drive/1 hour public transport
- I keep tidy.
- I love cats but I’m allergic :-( somehow not allergic to other animals though!

I ran out of options for the suburbs but I’m ok with pretty much anywhere that takes up to 1 hour on the bus/train or 20/30 min drive I would be keen on! However I note that my preferences mean I need to go a bit further out of the city.

Looking at max $215 pw for a private standard room with shared bathroom but my actual preferred is;

$270 for private and ensuite (excluding bills).
3 person total household
Garage space
A house with a decent backyard as I am on the waitlist for an Aussie Shepherd.
4 bedroom preferred for shared guest/study

I’ve seen a few around $660-750 about 30 mins out of the city which I’m considering applying for. Your rent would likely be up to $240/week in this instance.

Looking to move after I get back from China on 10 April.
