Hi have a large character home . All rooms are over sized.has river views and access. Pool. Close to train station and Guildford 2 min walk. Shops are 10 min away, midland.belmont ,bassendean. Little shops at end of street with takeaway restaurants. House is in a dead end street which makes it quite. It’s set in a country feel but in the suburb. Need to be clean person. A honest person. Have common sense...There are rules which will discuss on inter view. Needs to get involved in some tasks around the house. Don’t need anyone that’s going to sit in his room all time. Needs to be working .i have large shed.and yard.

I'm really open minded towards anyone but at the same time, personally I am down to earth. In the weekend I like to hangout with some friends and go out to a bar. I watch many movies and I like good card/bord game. Last but not least: wandering into the world, going on field trips and exploring the nature. etc. I used to do football, fitness and dancing when I was younger, but since I'm traveling I quit everything. Probably I start fitness again if I have a place for a longer time. I am looking for a room in a apartment or sharehouse. I prefer a furnished room (at least a bed). The house is the rear house of two in a very quiet block in Bassendean. The room is big enough for a double bed and has a small built in robe. The house is fully furnished, including the bedroom, but if you would prefer your own furniture that could be arranged. The living spaces are semi open plan...........the kitchen and dining room are connected but the living room is on the opposite side of the entrance hall which allows for some privacy. There is a nice courtyard in the backyard, lovely easy care gardens and an off street car bay for you. There is a bus stop at the end of the street, the Bassendean Train Station is an 8 minute walk and it is about a 10 minute walk to the local shopping centre........there are neighbourhood shops closer. For nature and fitness lovers, the river is only a 15 minute walk away.
