Hi, I'm 19 and I've recently started working full time in Subiaco. Hopefully looking to move somewhere closer to work (would prefer to live with girls), I do have a car and my license, but public transport options are pretty welcome haha. Keen to hit it off with a cool bunch of young people who don't mind a good hangout after work but also like quiet time. I have a boyfriend who lives in the hills, and I'm up there most weekends, so I'm not in your hair 24/7 haha. I love animals, so if you have pets I'm hell keen. Looking forward to moving in with some cool people and making some hectic friends ☺️
Hi guys! I'm looking for a new place to call home for me and my pooch, Rove. About me: I'm 24 and studying full-time at ECU. I work part-time with varying hours and also volunteer a couple of hours a month at a couple of local organisations. I love sport and anything outdoors, even if it's just taking the dog to the beach or having a few drinks and a bbq, I'm always up for it. I bring with me bad jokes and quality banter. About Rove: Rove is a very loving and happy four year old Kelpie X. He gets excited when visitors come round but otherwise he's generally a calm boy. He gets along with other animals and is happy spending his time outside (he has previously only been allowed inside during storms, fireworks and winter nights) He's a lot of fun to have around and really just wants to be your best friend
*PENDING NEW HOUSE MATE MOVING IN 26/1/19* Hi There! Our house mate is moving out on Monday 18th February as he is getting married which is amazing (we are attending the wedding overseas in March, very exciting!) So we have one spare room to rent out from this date onwards! Here is some info about the property :) - New house (built in 2016) with all new furniture (purchased in 2016 when the house was built). - There is a bus stop on Great Eastern Highway which is a short walk outside the estate. - Currently in the house is my boyfriend 30 y/o (Auto Electrician, works 6 days a week) and myself 30 y/o (Office Manager, works Monday - Friday full time) in the master bedroom, one room which is available for rent, and the third bedroom we used to have rented out however it is now being used as another study/spare room with a queen bed. - We have created a nice clean home to share, its not by any means a party house, however for the occasional event we will have a few drinks before we go out. - It is a non smoking house, also sorry no pets. - There is a fully furnished room available to rent (note: bathroom and toilet is opposite your room which are yours to use as we have our own ensuite - however please note guests usually use this bathroom/toilet as well as it is the closest to the living area). - I clean majority of the house including the spare bathroom and toilet on a regular basis, so the only space you will be responsible for is your bedroom, and cleaning up after yourself in the common areas - dishes etc - however we do have a dishwasher as well :) - The bedroom is black (leather like) furniture with a queen bed, mattress, bed side tables, TV and tallboy, and built in mirror wardrobes. The other spare room has white high gloss furniture in it, you have the choice out of either room - however the other room isn't opposite the bathroom. - There is also a study/gym/xbox room as well - There is a little entertaining area outside with a couch and table - Foxtel (all channels) is available in the main tv living area - Current internet is NBN with Aussie Broadband (we had Telstra however Aussie was a lot better) - Backyard is secured and locked - All bedrooms have individual locks with keys - All rooms have their own reverse cycle air conditioning and heating (this is so everyone can set theirs at their own temperature). - There is plenty of visitor parking in the estate, we pay for an additional car bay in the estate so we can have a third car permanently parked at the property. There is quite a lot of security cameras around the estate so your car will be safe. There is heaps of visitor parking which is available for all visitors (always bays available). - New Private Estate (all houses were built in 2016), just off Great Eastern Highway, 5 min to the Airport, 10 mins to Casino, 15 mins to City or 15 mins to Swan Valley. - House is less than a one minute walk down to the Swan River. There is direct access from the private estate to the river (we also have a double kayak you are free to use as well - can be walked straight down to the river). - Great walking track along the river which goes all the way to the City. Any questions let me know! Thanks :)
i'm easy going, very laid back, looking for a place to stay while i finish my pre apprenticeship in plumbing, Hard working, neat and tidy, not afraid to pull my own weight, very respectful, loves movies and hanging out with mates.
Looking somewhere central/ north of the river. Close to transport (preferably Joondalup line)/ cool things. Need some sort of smallish back yard that will accommodate friendly doggo visits from time to time (border collie x) I’m very mellow. I enjoy my own time but appreciate company. Open for a gin night. I’m veg and cook now and again (not amazing). I would say I’m fairly eco conscious. Funnily enough I actually enjoy cleaning.
I pay my rent and my bills, Looking to get closer to Perth for work so would prefer to be close to a train station. I am a musician, I play guitar and sing so being able to play at home is a must. I am super respectable of people feelings, space and the importance of sleep, So you won't have to worry about me being loud at ridiculous times of the night or whenever you or others are sleeping. Other than that I am a phantom
I'm a full time uni student with a small cat who needs to be able to live with me. I'm also a writer and when I'm at home I like to spend a lot of time in my room working on my projects. Having said that, I'm still quite social and am always friendly, polite, and enjoy making new friends. I keep things clean, am happy to do house work, and I respect people's space in the same way that I hope they would respect mine. An LGBT+ friendly environment is very important to me but other than that and my need to have my cat move in too, I'm really not fussy. Just want a nice, safe space to come home to :)
I’m looking for permanent safe stable accomodation for me and my little chi Mahlee who is toilet trained and an excellent guard dog .I’m a good tenant, I pay my rent regularly and keep your house clean. I am a group facilitator and a mental health professional. I don’t smoke or party hard. I desire long term accomodation 6 months + close to Bayswater Waves and the Bassendean Church of Christ. Please don’t bother to respond if your not in a position to ‘ share’ your house with others. Sincerely Tara

Hello everyone. I'm Dani, a Spanish guy moved to Perth since one year and a half. I'm looking for a room to share with. I consider myself responsable, clean, funny, extrovert and an easy-going person. I love cooking (but I'm not a very good), going to the gym, cinema, beach, spend time with friends, music, grab some drinks, and soccer. I'm on a student visa right now, it currently expires in 10 months so probably I'll stay in the country during all year. I would like to live with mates from any country or nationality and keep improving my English, also, I can teach you some Spanish if you are interested ;-). I'm actually studying a tourism course and working as an au pair, also, I have worked as a barista or gardener among others jobs. I can't wait to share a flat with you guys, you won't regret! XD
Looking for a place to live in for a minimum of 2 years and above.
