I'm a down-to-earth, easy-going, friendly and outgoing person. I'm originally from Sydney but moved to the country at a young age. Wanting to get away and live somewhere different for a change. I'm a very social and adventurous person. I love going out and having a good time, but also a sucker for a quiet night in with a good movie and a wine :)
Hi! I am currently studying Medical Biotechnology at UOW and working two jobs in hospitality. I am a tidy housemate and understanding of others alone time. I am looking for a nice place to live, preferably by the beach. I'd like to sign a 12 month lease so looking for someone willing to do the same. Send me a message :)
Hey all. We’re three individuals looking for one or two other people to apply for better houses with. Chris. He is an easy going placid bean, very friendly and respectful. His interests include photography, pop culture, and going to ze gym. Jesse. He’s quiet and mostly keeps to himself. Which will mean he will probably be in his room most of the time. He’s a “go with the flow” kinda guy. If he’s not gaming, he’s usually playing guitar. (Don’t worry, he’s excellent, so it’s not an annoyance to someone like me.) But if you’re looking for 24/7 silence, we are not your trio. Despite how quiet we all are individually, music etc will be a part of the house in various forms. Due to various reasons, hours can be tricky on when we will be awake and asleep. So if you have a problem with night owls (who are respectful and do their best to keep quiet) then we are also not your future roomies. Chris has a job with late night early morning shifts, I have a chronic illness (Ehlers Danlos syndrome type 3) so I can be a night owl, and Jesse’s commitments leave him travelling back and forth from Sydney which also can create odd hours of being awake and asleep. As previously stated, we are respectful and do not ever intend on being inappropriately loud at unreasonable times. We love our animals. Jesse has a cat. I have a cat, one large to medium labradoodle, and one 1.5 kilo chihuahua. Cleaners will come in either every Friday or every second Friday depending on needs. What we are looking for in roommates We are looking for someone that is chill, non judgemental, is reliable to pay rent and clean their space. All of us enjoy the creative and all have our own “nerdy” interests. So like minded people are a plus. What is being looked for in a house: X Something open so it doesn’t feel crowded X Studio space X Creative and project spaces X Space for team gaming set up X A decent enclosed backyard With a fourth or fifth person we are looking for X A pool X Privacy X Space to chill with our individual groups and not crowd each other We’re looking for places based on what space people can afford and want. Small to average bedrooms ranging from $150-$170 and large bedrooms with features like en-suites $180+ and self contained units like granny flats $190-$250 When it comes to rooms. I want an average to large room with and en-suite. Chris and Jesse are both happy as long as they have space for their clothes and tv, because the rest of the house will provide the space for their needs. I obviously want to make sure we’re all on the same page and we all get along, so a meet up or hang out to talk about things and get to know each other before making a commitment is preferable. Please feel free to message me if you are interested or have any questions.
I am very easy going and I'm always up for a chat, to go out in town with and drink with. I am a clean person and I can respect the privacy of my roommates. I am currently studying at the uni going into my 3rd year while also working part-time. I am looking to move out between mid-November and early-december
Gday, well a bit about myself, Im a bubble out going person, I'm tidy and love to cook, i enjoy meeting new people and trying new things, so my hobbys may vary from time to time. I enjoye the indoors almost as much as I do the out doors. unfortunately my lease is ending soon so im after a more stable accommodation around the ilawara region.
Hi! My name is Evelina and I am about to study at the University of Wollongong the coming fall semester 2020. I have a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering and are currently studying a master in Environmental Engineering and Sustainable Infrastructure at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden, where I am also born and raised. On my spare time I like to exercise and explore, and I love surfing even though I am terrible at it. My wish in Wollongong is to become a decent surfer and to travel as much as I can whenever my schedule allows it, this means that I will probably not be home that much during my stay in Wollongong. I am an easy-going, positive person with a lot of energy that loves to travel and meet new people. However, this does not mean that I don't respect the people around me, I always take care of my stuff, I am not messy and I do not make a lot of noise. I am looking for a room, preferably furnished, since I am only staying 5 months, with as low rent as possible but I am of course willing to pay a bit extra if the location or standard are good. Hope to see you in February.
Erin, 19. I am a second year TAFE student with a Diploma of Community Services and am now studying for my Diploma in Mental Health at Wollongong TAFE. I currently work part-time for Woolworths Corrimal (2015 - present) in Service. I have grown up in Wollongong, but as I am entering into my twenties, I feel the desire to step out into the real world and move out of home. I am a friendly, dependable and approachable young person who would love to share a place with similar aged, like-minded people such as myself. :)
Hey! I'm a uni student and will be working over the summer. I'm very friendly and social but an introvert at heart. Love to cook and chill out. Looking for roommates who are tidy and relaxed. Open to short or long term stay.
