Hello,
Looking for 1 other to team up find and share a nice house relatively close to the beach, Christie Beach to North Haven, and basically anything west of the city. Might consider other locations depending on travel time to west of the city.
Something where we get our own bathroom, garage space, and enough living space to be independent when we each need it without having to hide in our bedrooms.
Happy to discuss share meals and grocery shopping, or be independent, etc.
I have a preference for a male housemate (years of FIFO, I'm use to living with men more than women) but I am open to female housemate. No couples.
I work full time in an electricity infrastructure maintenance company, roughly 630am to 3pm-ish, Mon-Fri. I’m studying as well. I’m very quiet, keep to myself, rarely have visitors due to a lack of a social life. I’m clean and house proud.
I have 2 male dogs (shepherd cross and a kelpie) and a python who stays in his tank or feeding box, never left to roam. The dogs are quiet, unless someone stirs them up, basically the same as any good home guard dog. One is trained for catching pests, so unfortunately we can't live with cats, rabbits, ferrets, guineas etc. they live mostly outdoors, I do bring them inside at night or during ugly weather, they are housetrained, to the point they can be taught not to go into rooms. (I come with a robot vacuum to do the floors every morning).
I don’t do house parties, drugs or smoking.
