I have been renting with them for over 3 years now in 3 different residents without any complaints or issues. I'm happy to pay a pet bond and have never had money taken out from the pet bond (or standard bond) in all my renting history. I supervise them 100% when they are out of the cage and they have plenty of their own toys to keep them busy. They're pretty quiet most of the time, but my boy does like to whistle the Addams Family or some other random songs sometimes during the day. But they sleep when the sun goes down so are quiet (and so am I) from around 6pm-8am. I bring carpet with me to keep the floor clean and I clean up after them. I studying online and work part time. I can chat on most subjects or remain quiet if your not in the mood to chat lol. Although I love all animals, I have a particular passion for dogs. The joy of seeing a dog’s face light up at the beach cannot be replicated. I'm not sure if I will buy a car or not. With buses and Uber i ask myself is it really worth it? I am still very connected to Bali and Cebu so would like to think I can get away say for 2 weeks every 3-4 months. When I owned houses we/I always had boarders so I know what makes a great flat mate versus a pain and I am a no drama very flexible person. BTW I am a non smoker so prefer to live with non smokers. I am also a non drinker with no opinion on those that do like their drinks. Mine is for health reasons 😊 I am single again with family in Victoria whom I will also visit. No relatives left in Perth but plenty of friends and associates.

Breezy 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house. 2 living areas one with fireplace the other with gas heater & reversal cycle air con, one can be yours if you want. Plus 2 spare rooms if a friend ever needs to crash for the night. Nice front garden, few veggie beds which are a bit bare atm but plan to get a winter crop in asap. Close to shops, bus and not far to Coogee & south beach & Fremantle city. The room is upstairs on its own and is pretty big and has reverse cycle aircon. Has a massive walk in robe and room for a study area. The bathroom is a bit dated and only has a shower but my bathroom downstairs has a bath and I don't mind sharing that. There is an option to have exclusive use of one of the other 2 spare rooms so will consider someone with a child. Rent neg on that. Must not have a problem with living with an inside dog and also open to occasionally taking her for a walk or giving her some attention. The landlords are amazing, its a private rental and if anything ever needs doing/improving they are very open to it and don't mind spending a bit of money. I have the lease until September, will probably renew but if not you would have the option to take it on yourself

I am a shift worker so work a lot of nights and am travelling extensively this year so you will have the place to yourself a great deal. It is a very big house so easy to have your own privacy. Over the last 8 years I have been decorating my house to suit it's existing oppulence to create a very comfortable home with a little bit of vintage mixed in with some modern and then my own style on top. My gardens are a tropical heaven and my outdoor areas are extensive and relaxing to hang out in. My house would suit someone who would appreciate and respect this stress free environment. I have a bus stop 1 minutes walk from my house and it is 10 minutes to Fremantle and 12 minutes to Murdoch train station where it is a 15 minute train ride to the city. Its only 10 minutes from the beach by car, its only 15 minutes to the train station. It has air conditioning warm and cold, I have an international tv channel , two TVs and wifi it has off street parking for two cars, and should it be necessary a bus passes by the house from early morning until late at night. It has a nice garden where you can sit and it is in a quiet street not far from fremantle. There are no special rules except to keep the kitchen clean and respect that other people are living in the house.
