Hi! My name is Hyung. Looking for an accommodation preferably on Sydney rd or within 20 minutes from the CBD, from late June to 20th of November! I am 19, studying Pharmacy at Monash University Parkville. I’m a chill, easy going fella who likes to keep things clean and quite. I am a responsible human being who can clean up after oneself, and I respect other people so it is unlikely that you will get into a fight with me. I will be out 4 days a week and come back in the afternoon, but I do enjoy chatting every now and then. I play baseball and alike every ball player, I'm always up for a bottle of beer(or bottles, either way). In terms of pets, I LOVE CATS, but I also like dogs as well. Please get in touch if you are interested! Cheers Preferred move in date: 23/11/2018 Move out date: 14/01/2018
One of those things where you have to describe all your great qualities, well then I clean up after myself, I pay bills and rent on time and happy either doing my own thing or flexible becoming part of a home.
Hi! I’m Tom, a 22-year-old individual who is looking for a room to make it feels like home. I am a future student of property valuation, while at the moment I'm working full time in hospitality. The kitchen is my passion, I spend my free time cooking or baking. Length of stay needed is 3 to 6 months. Looking forward to finding my awesome new place.

It is in a brilliant location in the bayside area with easy access to everything. Shops, transport, beach...it's all here. It's also really close to Moorabbin Holmesglen TAFE just on the other side of the Highway. If you like to retire from the hustle and bustle at the end of the day, this unit is quiet and tucked away at the back of the block which makes it very private.

Fully furnished room in 2 bedroom unit in a small friendly block. South Ave is a quiet leafy street in Bentleigh which has all amenities within walking distance. $250 covers your own car-park, rent, wifi, and bills. You only have to finance your own food. I have a private garden space - sorry I haven't posted a picture of that yet. The garden photos you see are in the courtyard in the middle. I'm easy going, but I'm careful to keep things tidy for others and I do really want to see my flatmate chip in with the cleaning. I love to socialise - got a great network of friends from all over the world all ages, but I also really love my down time at home. Netflix, Foxtel, Stan etc all available and I'm up for a binge of GOT, Ozark, Sons of Anarchy Big Little Lies, Animal Kingdom and Shameless - yea i'm late on that one and happy to get into anything you're into. I'm all up for a chill out chat at the end of the day, but won't get in your hair or act like the Spanish Inquisition. You'll find me at the beach most summer days. It' an easy 4 km walk/drive. Or at Sandy yacht club... I'm sailing this year. Situated between Moorabbin bus and train station and Patterson train station, both being under 10 mins walk and if you have a car, your own off street car park. Holmesglen TAFE, gyms, doctors, grocery, specialty stores, cafes and restaurants are all within easy walking distance or a quick drive to Brighton, Hampton, Glenhuntley, Sandringham. The area boasts 2 or 3 boutique breweries and their seems to be a new café /bar popping up every other week! Southland shopping centre with Hoyts cinemas only a 10 min drive or quick 2 station train trip away. Smokers NOT ok - I've just given up and don't want to be tempted. You'll be sharing with female 40-50, so retirees and 40+ applicants are welcome. I won't say 'No' to students, people between houses, welfare recipients and short term stays (min 6 weeks). Just as long as you can pay your way without any glitches.

Hi there! My name is Adriana. My ensuite room is within a massive ground floor building situated in Moorabbin, it comes with a front yard and a back yard, and it offers spacious parking spaces. All tenants are students from various countries, my room is the largest unsuited room, so I only need to share the kitchen. Warm in winter and cool in summer, no need for air-con though the room provides one. It also has a living room and gas, warter are already included in the rent. Wi-Fi is available by purchasing data package, no extra equipments needed. A few minutes’ walk to the Moorabbin railway station and bus stops. Super close to Homesglen and Moorabbin Aviation college. Woolworth, Cole Express are also within walking distance. The Westfield in Southland is only two stops away. Located off the street, very secure and quite. I am finishing my degree here and will go back to my country in early November, trying to find someone to fill in the rest of my lease, which is three-month before the lease ends in middle February. So the price is very cost-effect, hope you can consider this place. Go to my listing to check the photos. The rent is for no more than 3-month's short-term stay, if the tenant wishes to to stay long than 3-month, he/she will have to speak to the agent.

I’m a just turnt 20 year old male who has moved from NSW to Melbourne after signing with the Melbourne storm. I train and work full time and am a very friendly and kind person who loves being active and fit, I am a clean and well mannered person and known to be a role model to kids as I am a professional contracted athlete for the Melbourne Storm, I am always clean and considerate around the house and am always up for a conversation or a fun time within the house rules you apply to me, any rule you give will be followed and anything needed will be completed! I am looking for a room around the $250 mark with bills included and if I have what meets your criteria please feel free to message me!
I am from Sydney. However, 2018 has been the year that I have called Melbourne home. As a housemate you can expect someone who is tidy, has the kitchen smelling fragrant with a variety of different foods. Also I am pretty quiet and usually don't go to bed very late. I have done some travelling outside Australia and it has really made me appreciate what incredible nature we have here, and just a short drive from the city! Therefore, while I am in Melbourne, I want to explore as much of the surrounds as possible and get to know Victoria. I am already in love with the Dandenong Ranges and I know there are many other places close to Melbourne that I want to explore. For me, it's important to have a connection with my future housemates so that we can work on creating a harmonious living space. This also ties in to how long I want to stay in my new location. It can all be worked out on a case by case basis, but for now, I am prepared to give a 6 month commitment. Get in touch, because we won't know how it may work out until we meet. Thanks :)
I will be here to commence my pilot training at moorabbin airport thus will need a place near to my school. I'm open to discuss anything so feel free to contact me. I will need to stay a minimum of 14 months and might extend for another 6 months after that. Look forward to hearing from you. My move date is not confirm but should be roughly in mid to end of november 2018
Hi there! My name is Gennaro. I am a respectful, open minded, easy going and fun loving guy. I keep my home reasonably clean, enjoy a bit of cooking and don't mind a little gardening. I am happy doing my own thing but also welcome friendly interaction. I love all things creative and am an aspiring rock musician. It is very important to me to play in my free time, I will need space to accommodate a piano, organ and queen sized bed. It would be great to meet some like minded people who value having fellow creative souls around. That said I am conscious of my community, respect sound regulations and am generally flexible and considerate of the schedules of others. I work as a mobile instrumental tutor / masseuse, BWS sales clerk and Woolies night fill employee.

I have a nearly 15yo staffy, she is a bundle of joy who will be joining me in my next home.

We are all extremely easy going, respectful, happy, young individuals who are great friends. Two of us are a couple who will share a room and the other two single male and female who would need a bedroom each. We are reliable, will pay upfront and are looking for long term lease. In need of 3-4 bedroom house ideally, but open to other property types if it's in the Kingston, Bayside, Frankston (Seaford area), Glen Eira area and under $700 we could be your future tenants. Please note: we aren't looking to share with other tenants and need a 3/4 bedroom place that is unoccupied, or soon to be. Thanks
