The room available is the largest in the house, at 3.6m x 4.2m it has a large window looking onto the front yard, and a wall of built-in cupboards including shelves and hanging space. The house is spacious, with 3 bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a separate toilet next to the laundry. Floorboards throughout, with an updated kitchen and bathroom. It has two living spaces - one is rarely used although it is furnished (the pics don't show the furniture) and the other living space is an office for one of the guys who lives here and runs a furniture removal company. A huge backyard, front yard and off street parking. There are two chickens, a rabbit and a BBQ out the back. A quiet street, the house is 10 minutes walking distance to Moorabbin train station. I am leaving the house, and remaining will be two guys in their mid to late 20s. You will need to pay one month of rent in advance ($880) and bond ($743). Room is available as of 7th June but I can be flexible on the date you move in.
I am moving to Melbourne in late June to pursue a filmmaking career and study at RMIT. I am tidy, responsible, considerate, transparent and easygoing. Love to hang out with friends and have a chat, but I also value private space at times. Creative soul, who loves film, TV shows, photography, music, architecture... Additionally, relish spending time outdoors exercising, hiking, cycling. Used to play basketball, tennis and soccer in high school and a bit at uni. Also, a big fan of winter sports. Graduated Lund University in Sweden last year. I often cook in my spare time; thus a fire extinguisher on standby would not go amiss. I don't care much for parties and that. If I go out, I usually go around the local pub with friends to drink and play some billiards. Seeking a roommate or roommates with similar values and interests. If you have any questions and want to get in touch, you can message me any time.

Hi future housemates! My name is Shou and I am 30 years old. I work full time for a furniture brand as a maker Monday to Friday, 6am- 2.30pm. I’ve had experiences living in share places before hence have the knowing of the importance of being respectful and keeping the place nice and clean. I'd like to keep it easy and chilled during weekdays but wouldn't mind having a nice conversation here and there. On the weekends I'd like to spend time out of the house, either exercising or hanging out with friends. At the moment I am looking to find a place to call home for the next 12 months or longer if things go well! (Preferably with people in the age group of 25- 35) If you think I could be your future housemate, please feel free to drop a message. Thanks Looking forward to hearing from you ;) Shou
The property is large house located in a bright, safe, surround by parks and sport ground. Walk distance to public transport, Coles, and other shops (post office, etc). Close to Hampton beach. Accessing to Highett station and Sandringham station. Close to Southland shopping centre.
I’m Becky 35, I work full time in the evenings in hotel management. I’m generally not home between 7pm -7am, When I am home apart from snoozing until lunch or so, I’ll be pottering around, cleaning, running errands etc I’m easy to get along with, I’m respectful of others privacy and personal belongings and I would assume the same in return. I’m a good housemate, I’m clean and considerate. I am a smoker but will only smoke outdoors anyways. I need built in robes in my room, it’d be a dream if it was a walk in wardrobe.
I’m a young professional working full time so can pay the rent and bills when they are due. I’m neat and tidy and always clean up after I’ve cooked a delicious meal. I love having a chat over a cup of tea but also know when myself and others need space.
Hey future flat mates! A little about me, I am a full time childcare educator and have been working at my current job for the last 5 years and have 5 years of rental experience behind me. I am a friendly person that’s always up for a laugh and I also thoroughly enjoy a good sauv Blanc and Netflix sesh. I do enjoy my me time too and am respectful of others that do as well. I’m tidy and have no problem cleaning up after myself and am conscious about utilities. I also have a few homewares and furniture that I could provide if needed as I have accumulated some items over the years. I’m looking for a long term place to call home with housemates that I can call friends, and hope to meet some likeminded people with a similar outlook :)
