I'm Olivier, 33 years old from France, full time worker (hospitality industry), I'm looking for an accommodation nearby Moorabbin from 12 November 2016. I don't smoke. I respect the "clean living" and privacy. I'm easygoing, sociable and respectful. Regards, Olivier
I am in my mid twenties from Ireland. Working full time as a Greenkeeper Monday to Friday in Cheltenham. Like to keep clean and tidy. I am easy going, laid back person, respect privacy of others and a non smoker. I like keeping busy and don't spend a lot of time home as I like being out and about. Have been living in Melbourne nearly a year. Have lived in shared houses in Ireland, America, New Zealand, Melbourne can provide references. Looking for a place preferably in Hampton, Elwood or surrounding suburbs. Looking for a clean place, dont mind sharing with a couple, would like a furnished room if possible. Available to move anytime, preferably as soon as possible.
I'm 24 and I work full time in admin for Victoria police (7am - 3pm in brunswick), looking for somewhere to move ASAP. I'm a pretty chilled person and am not messy. I'm single and fairly independent so would keep to myself. During the week I mostly go to the gym or watch netflix, and on weekends I like to keep active.
Hi! I'm a graphic designer in the sports industry and work in Hawthorn full time. I love the laid-back Bayside lifestyle so looking for a place preferably in Sandringham or surrounding suburbs. I like keeping busy and I also do some of freelance work from home so need some room for my desk. Besides that I don't spend a lot of time home as I like being out and about, playing basketball, watching sports, socialising, etc. I'm easy-going, tidy, reliable and will respect your privacy. I would like someone (just one other, or possibly a couple!) who likes the same stuff/has the same values as me. Preferably around 25-30. Guy or girl, don't care. Looking to spend no more than $250 a week and would appreciate something modern-ish. A shared one year lease on one of those apartments on Bay Road in Sandringham would be pro but open to other possibilities. Get in contact for a chat!

Hi all, I'm Mitchell, a 26 year old Physiotherapist and have been living in Melbourne since March (originally from Sydney). I think we can all agree that Melbourne is the better city of the two! I work in Mornington Peninsula and live within the area, but am looking for something in the lower half of Bayside. I'll be working full time throughout the weekdays. I'm fairly active - most weeknights I'll be training in martial arts (judo) or strength & conditioning. I enjoy travelling and outdoor activities. In my free time, I like to catch up with friends over food and drinks (massive foodie) and exploring more of Melbourne's goodness. Otherwise, I enjoy just being at home too. I don't party. I'm social, easy-going and respectful. I've stayed in 2 sharehouses, so I know how to be considerate of the house and everyone in it. I enjoy cooking, and am happy to share meals and conversation too. I'm an ambivert, or a well balanced introvert; I enjoy the company of others, but I also crave quiet time to myself at times. I hope to find a housemate/housemates who are like-minded.
I'm a great housemate, funny, honest and upfront. Love striking conversations with everyone around and can keep to myself if need me. Currently studying full time at Moorabbin airport and looking for someone to share with that likes pets as I have a 2 year old lovely Golden retriever pup , he is well trained and completely toilet trained as well. Bit excited when meeting new people but barely ever barks making it easier to live with him around. In need of a nice cosy place for the two of us to call home.

Room: We have one room available in our three bedroom house. The currently vacant space is a single unfurnished room, besides an attached wardrobe. If a larger space is required, a room swap may be considered and the master bedroom may be available for a slightly increased cost. House: An older style, cosy house, with floorboards/tiling throughout. There are three bedrooms total, two bathrooms, decently sized lounge area, and both washer and dryer in the laundry. There is a deck out the back and a large yard (in pretty average shape at the moment, so if you’re into garden fix ups it could be just your thing!). Smokers are fine, so long as it is outside. Housemates & Pets: Two house mates, Joel and Mel, both are laid back and easy to get along with. Joel works full time, plays bike polo, and likes to tinker. Mel works part time while studying at Deakin. If you’d like to know more, please ask! Must be good with dogs, as we have a 7yo inside dog, Umbra, a german shepherd. He is a big softy and loves attention. Other pets will be considered, Umbra is fine with cats but other dogs depend entirely on temperament. Happy to discuss! Rent: • $190 per week, paid weekly in advance. • Cost INCLUDES utilities (gas, electricity, water, wifi) If I’ve missed anything, please feel free to ask! We look forward to hearing from you.

I love this apartment for so many reasons! I moved here 2 months ago so I could be close to the beach, it is near new and is walking distance to the beach as well as lovely cafes etc and the Sandringham train station. It is also a few minutes down the road from Southland shopping centre. I have a large balcony and there is also a communal rooftop bbq deck within the apartment building. The apartment is a secure building that requires an access swiper to get in as well as lift access. The apartment has reverse cycle heating and cooling in the main living area which very quickly spreads to the other rooms (it is supersonic!) The apartment is fully furnished, including glassware, crockery, decor etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a dishwasher and coffee machine. In the available rooms, there is a bed, bedside table, shelving and built in robe in the bedroom (there would be room for chest of drawers if you wanted to bring along). In the bathroom you have a large shower, toilet, basin and mirrored cupboard. Note that within the spare bathroom is the laundry "cupboard" where the washer/dryer lives. Please note that there is visitor underground parking within the building (not assigned to this apartment)

Hello there, I am a full time work-aholic as a Project Manager in Construction. Currently working in insurance construction for the past two years! Been in Melbourne last two years (originally from Sydney/Canberra) living mainly near the SE Suburbs (Malvern East & Chadstone). Looking relocate somewhere in the near vicinity of work in Oakleigh South. Fairly quiet during the week and generally head out on the weekends to catch a gig/show or venture around! Love weekend trips away visiting the family! I'm easy going, big heart, honest, clean and great with bills! I love music and the arts, that is my passion! I'm 34 years young, play guitar and program songs. I also enjoy sculpting, painting and I adore all animals. Hoping to find a place with happy fun vibes with those of a similar lifestyle preference!
Hi! I just moved to Melbourne for a new job! I'm super clean, friendly and love to chill out with some netflix, good food or keen to explore some cool pockets of the city! See ya soon!
Hi all, About myself: I am a professional engineer with Northern-European background, recently moved here to enjoy better climate and way of life. I am cool with most of people and believe diversity will enrich us. I have a more doer attitude than a thinker or chiller. My hobbies include motorcycles (racing, cruising, touring), cars, bicycling, poker, disc golf, electronics, music. My ideal share-house I would join or create: I would prefer a European/western style share house (not a racist, we'll just get along better with similar cultural background). With 4-5 comfy individual rooms (to have more company, some possibly for couples), with an possible extra room for friends/Couchsurfers to temporarily stay in. All for the diversity. Can be male and female mixed. All working professionals (no need to argue about expenditures in range of 10$). Should be a home to live and thrive, rather than cheap accommodation. A big friendly family to share evenings and weekends by choice rather requirement, as of living together. Of course if one needs private time, this should be ok too. Friends coming over in the weekend should be a norm, rather a unwanted exception. Going out together to explore the city and events. Preferably with a paid cleaning for common areas/gardening service (unless somebody is too keen to do gardening by themselves. I guess cleaning in not a hobby :) ). Location: I would prefer living in a reasonable distance from my workplace (Mulgrave, up to 10km radius). The house should have a easy and fast access to the city for both car and public transport, should be located in or near the center of a well established suburb (restaurants, bars, cafes, etc.). House: Preferably new built or freshly renovated. Modern style. Adequate heating and cooling in all areas. Living area: Big living area with comfy sofas and large TV/projector. Console(s), if you are interested. Movie server/Netflix box. Fast Internet and WiFi. Kitchen: Big open kitchen with all the required utensils and appliances(micro, oven, cooktop, grill, etc.). Should be simultaneously comfortably use-able by at least two persons. Shared meals, why not. Backyard: Some greenery, BBQ, large covered sitting/lounge area. Possibly hot tub or a pool. Garage: Double-car garage with all the tools for simple maintenance for cars and bikes ( I am a DIY-er). Although, the actual vehicles should stay outside (except bikes and bicycles). Possibly create a common area there with a pool table, sofas and a fridge for drinks. My current situation: I do not own much property except a motorbike, a bicycle and some tools, but I would be willing to invest to create this kind of atmosphere. Of course, first solution would be to get all the required inventory from Gumtree for a cheap price and upgrade whenever necessary. It might be possible for me to get some of the stuff from a friend (couches, beds, mattresses, pool table, kitchen equipment). If any of this rings a bell for you, give me a message or a text, let's get together over a beer and discuss the possible future. Cheers, Rait
I am a clean and tidy person who loves to cook. I enjoy being social but also enjoy my own private time. I work full time and live an active lifestyle, playing sport some evenings and on the weekends.
