My name is Logan, I am an Australian 28 years old male. I am currently residing in Tasmania, having since June this year, moved back to Tasmania from living in Melbourne to rekindle with family, I plan to move back to Sydney (born and raised) around early December, into a room preferably long-term (but open to short-term) and wish to reside in the suburbs listed, as those suburbs, are areas in the past, I have resided in and nearby throughout the last 10 years. Therefore, I am very familiar with the suburb and its surroundings and to, the public transport routes.

Preferably wanting to be close to public transport and a furnished room is also preferred as I will be travelling light back to Sydney and without a car but am flexible either way. I however do own a car, but will be living in Sydney, utilising public transport for the time being due to cost of living. Preferring to pay rent weekly/fortnightly.

I am originally born/raised in Sydney and resided in Sydney, 2019 - 2023, house sharing for nearly a decade, in which now gives me the extensive acknowledgement towards house mates and their working schedules and being able to respect others routines, privacy and so forth. Having as well, resided in Melbourne in 2023 and as of recent, late last year until June this year.

I was working for a company called Mister Minit in Tasmania and Melbourne, and also in Tasmania, worked in various roles from bartending, commercial cleaning, agriculture, to now, working as a teacher’s assistant at the local East Coast Tasmanian schools. So a lot of work experience under my belt ever since I was 13 years of age.

I have worked in a professional setting for many years in Sydney and Melbourne, ranging from cooperate security personnel jobs to working in the claims/jewellery insurance industry. My work expertise comes from the customer service/sales sector of the workforce, therefore retaining in-depth knowledge relating to communication, compassion, discipline and interaction.

Regarding work in Sydney, I have a few job opportunities, that require face-to-face interviews, as well as being physically present to undertake some training courses. I am keeping my options open and just needing to get my foot in the door. In transparency, I will be paying bills/rent whilst temporarily being on Centrelink and my savings. In the past, I have house-shared/rented whilst on Centrelink, but mainly due to career path changes or re-allocating to a different suburb/state.

A little more about myself; I don’t party, I don’t drink (only on social occasions), I don’t smoke, I don’t do drugs (no judgement on all four, just personal preference). I am a very athletic individual and I always love to be active when I can (going for walks, runs, gym and other forms of cross-training such as boxing, MMA, and Muay Thai) as I am a former boxer/K1 fighter and old habits die hard 😂

Then there’s this other side of me that can be quite introverted and can keep to myself. That involves PC gaming from time to time, watching movies, sun-baking, cooking, and the occasional chat 😇

I pay rent/bills on time. I tidy up after myself, and love to indulge in any chores around the house quite often (former commercial cleaner) and I love to cook (worked in hospitality). I am an easy-going person to be around with, and as previously mentioned, respecting the privacy of others and doing unto others, as they do unto you 🙏🏻
