My name is Logan, I am 28 years old. I am currently residing in Oakleigh Central and plan to move into a room short-term or long-term and wish to reside still in that Oakleigh area or within the eastern, south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne (Glen Waverley, Chadstone, Mount Waverley, Clayton, Springvale etc)

Preferably wanting to be close to public transport and a furnished room is also preferred but am flexible either way. I do however, have a car.

Coming from Tasmania (originally from Sydney) and to have in the past, lived in Melbourne 2 years ago and Sydney previous to that. I have worked with Mister Minit in Tasmania and Melbourne, and in Tasmania, worked in various roles from bartending, commercial cleaning, to working as a teacher’s assistant to working on farms. So a lot of work experience under belt ever since I was 13 years of age.

I have worked in a professional setting for many years in Sydney and Melbourne, ranging from cooperate security personnel jobs to working in the motor/jewellery insurance and recruitment/labour hire sector of the workforce, so I also obtain a lot of understanding when it relates to communication, compassion, discipline and privacy.

I am very athletic and I always love to be active when I can (going for walks, runs, gym and other forms of cross-training such as boxing, MMA, and Muay Thai). I am also a quiet individual that indulges in video games from time to time, watch movies and the occasional hikes. Usually only home in the late afternoons most days.

I pay rent/bills on time. I tidy up after myself, and love to indulge in tidying up the house when needed (former commercial cleaner) and I love to cook (worked in hospitality). I am an easy-going person to be around with, that is always up for the occasional chat but also respects the privacy of others.
