(A video inspection/phone call would be preferred as I work full time, and currently have my car in Tasmania still, and catching public transport to different areas to inspect can be quite time consuming however I can most likely plan a physical inspection if needed be)

My name is Logan, I am 27 years old. I am currently residing near Kananook and plan to move closer to work which is located at Southland Westfields.

Preferably wishing to reside within the surrounding suburbs of Southland (Cheltenham) but am flexible with other suburbs.

I have been back in Melbourne for roughly 2 months, moving here from Tasmania. Had resided in Melbourne for a couple of months 2 years ago, prior to that, living in Sydney (originally from Sydney), working in various roles from working for Mister Minit (the company I currently work for), some bartending, working as a Teacher’s Assistant and some commercial cleaning to make ends meet.

I have worked in a professional setting for many years in Sydney and Melbourne, ranging from cooperate security personnel jobs to working in the motor/jewellery insurance and recruitment/labour hire sector of the workforce, so I obtain discipline and common courtesy as a personality trait that translate to my personal life.

I am very athletic and I always love to be active when I can (going for walks, runs, gym and other forms of cross-training such as boxing, MMA, and Muay Thai). I am also a quiet individual that indulges in video games from time to time, watch movies and the occasional hikes. Usually only home in the late afternoons most days.

I pay rent/bills on time. I tidy up after myself and I love to cook here and there. I am an easy-going person to be around with that is always up for the occasional chat but also respects the privacy of others.

Move out date from where I currently reside is on the 30th of this month (January) but can move in earlier if needed.
