My name is Logan, I am 27 years old. I am currently residing in Oakleigh Central and plan to move into a place preferably long-term and wish to reside still in Oakleigh or in the surrounding suburbs of the Oakleigh/Chadstone area.

Preferably wanting to be close to public transport and a furnished room is also preferred but am flexible either way.

I have been back in Melbourne for nearly 5 months, moving here from Tasmania. Having resided in Melbourne for a couple of months 2 years ago, prior to that, living in Sydney (originally from Sydney), working in various roles from working for Mister Minit in Sydney and Melbourne, some bartending, and working as a Teacher’s Assistant.

I have worked in a professional setting for many years in Sydney and Melbourne, ranging from cooperate security personnel jobs to working in the motor/jewellery insurance and recruitment/labour hire sector of the workforce, so I obtain discipline and common courtesy as a personality trait that translate within my personal life.

I am very athletic and I always love to be active when I can (going for walks, runs, gym and other forms of cross-training such as boxing, MMA, and Muay Thai). I am also a quiet individual that indulges in video games from time to time, watch movies and the occasional hikes. Usually only home in the late afternoons most days.

I pay rent/bills on time. I tidy up after myself, and love to indulge in tidying up the house when needed (former commercial cleaner) and I love to cook (worked in hospitality). I am an easy-going person to be around with, that is always up for the occasional chat but also respects the privacy of others.
