Chinenye Achusiogu
$400/week•22 year old woman
Hi! I am looking to move to Sydney late November/early December. I am looking for 1-2 lovely people to team up with who are looking to move to Sydney around the same time or I’d be happy to join an existing share-house apartment situation. I am pretty set on apartments although I could be swayed for a swanky-looking house. I have 2 years experience living in a 3 person share-house. I do value my down time but I am also absolutely very keen to hang out with housemates. Wine nights, board game nights, movie nights, nights out, nights in- whatever the social situation I'm down for it! I am fairly new to Sydney (although not to NSW) so I am looking to settle somewhere friendly, warm and welcoming with the goal of making friends and surrounding myself with community. I do also have a car so parking (on-site/in a garage preferred but street parking is acceptable) is a must for me! We might be a good fit if: *We share similar hobbies: crocheting, bad (or in your case potentially good) art, makeup, fashion, thrifting, sewing, reading, talking, spending time with other people, cooking, dancing, going to the gym and trying new things *You have a cat - I love cats (do not mind housemates with a dog either as long as the dog isn’t too big) *You want to put in effort to make the space feel like home and you actually want to put in effort to be friends with your housemate/s (I’ve been spoiled by my previous housemates and would be pretty devastated to live in a house that didn’t feel like welcoming a mixture of its occupants). Someone understanding and respectful but also fun and knows how to keep common spaces relatively tidy! WOMEN ONLY - if your house/apartment/flat is not WOMEN ONLY do NOT message me‼️‼️

I'm pretty easygoing and respectful of shared spaces. I clean up after myself, especially in the kitchen and bathroom, and try to keep noise levels down when others are resting or studying. I’m always happy to have a chat or hang out, but I also respect personal space when needed. Essentially, I strive to create a calm, positive atmosphere at home where everyone feels at ease.

I'm a 29-year-old guy who works full time and loves football. My home is clean and organized, with a minimalist style. I don't have any pets or kids, and I don't smoke. It's a peaceful space where I can relax after a long day at work and catch up on the latest games.

Hi, I’m Aman, a recent graduate from UTS. I currently work part-time in retail while looking for a full-time opportunity. I’ve been living in Sydney for over two years and am now looking for a new place that truly feels like home. I’m clean, neat, and respectful of others’ space, I like keeping things tidy, organised, and comfortable. I enjoy the occasional chat or shared meal but also value quiet downtime and personal space after a long day. Outside of work, I love watching sunsets, going to the beach, exploring new cafes, and spending time outdoors. I’m easy-going, friendly, and appreciate a relaxed and positive home environment. I don’t smoke or have pets, just looking for a comfortable, respectful place with good vibes. Air-conditioning is a must, and I’d prefer a place with bills included and basic amenities (like a dishwasher). My move-in date is flexible from 16 October onwards, and I’m looking for a long-term stay. If you think we’d be a good fit, I’d love to connect!
