Hi Im Maddy I'm 31 and have been in Melbourne for almost 3 years. I work full time at the airport so have always lived Northside and looking for a change down to the south east (I'll suck up the commute). I may also work from home 1 day a week so need enough space for a desk or somewhere to park up. I am looking for either a team up or a room but in a house I can contribute to so it feels like my home too not just as room in someone else's house. I would like to find a housemate that shares similar interests so we can grab a coffee on the weekends or yap on the couch with a wine/ mid week pub venture. I enjoy running and keeping fit so will be at the gym/pilaties before or after work. I also value alone time and keeping tidy but liveable. I am currently in my own apartment so have a house full of stuff. some I'm willing to part with other bits id like to bring. If not at least some storage space for bits and pieces. Ideally I need a few weeks notice to vacate and rent out my place so some flexibility with dates.
