Friendly and clean house mate. Working Mon-Fri full time, currently looking to start a career in animal care here in Melbourne so I'm saving money to study a course. Love snowboarding, music and exercise. Not an anti social person so wont just sit in my room all day long, also love to cook so more than happy to split the cooking and also cleaning. Tend to just chill out during the week but like to hang out with mates on the weekend, ideally somewhere with some live music. Have lived in house shares before.

Bright & spacious room in a clean and nice South Yarra Apartment The apartment is on the first floor, and has communal laundry, and room us fully furnished room with large wardrobe. Sharing a 2-story townhouse in South Yarra. If you would like to call it home, please contact to arrange inspection, ask questions and discuss all the financials further in detail. Main queen-size bedroom (unfurnished) available with natural light, walk in robe and bathroom. You will be sharing with a young M45 Professional (ex Perth) - working in the ICT sector who is easy going, social, relaxed attitude, sense of humour (c/w dad jokes) and enjoys keeping fit. Turned into a Melbourne foodie, so love exploring weekend brunch spots and the local markets. Like to mix it up in the kitchen and happy to share a meal if I load up the slow cooker (combined with a cheeky wine/scotch or my signature espresso martini). Keep the home neat and tidy without being OCD. Generally quiet during the weeknights with the gym after work and/or relaxing with some Netflix/Doco's. Sorry, couples need not apply. Min 6 months stay - 12 months preferred. NB: You're not just renting a room, you are sharing a home.
Hey there! We are a couple that's been together for over two years now and we would really like to move out to be closer to work/school, which would be anywhere close to the city really. I (Aida) am studying animal studies hoping to be a zookeeper and my partner (Neihana) works full time at a Gym. We are very sociable and peaceful people with lots to laugh about! I am also a neat freak so you won't have any problems with our tidiness. We would love to foster or adopt an animal some day but of course it isn't necessary so we are open to anything! Please feel free to message me to find out more about us!
Hi there! My name is Ivy. I'm 23 and from the US on a working holiday. I'm traveling with my boyfriend Chris, who is from the UK. We're both super laidback and looking to find a place preferably with another couple. We're both looking for a good time, but also a nice place to relax during our time in Australia. Both of us are clean, enjoy cooking, going out for drinks and food, and are always down to explore new places.
*All bills included* Hey! We have a room available from 26 August in our lovely, bright and recently renovated apartment! The room is available for one person only. The apartment is just minutes walk from South Yarra station, Chapel St, Toorak Rd and the Yarra River. The location is excellent and there are plenty of public transport options (South Yarra Station is a few minutes’ walk away, as are several tram and bus stops). The Royal Botanical Gardens and Fawkner Park are also less than 10 minutes walk away. Plus, it's only a 25 minute scenic walk along the river to the CBD! Quality Melbourne cafes like SOS, Urban Provedore and Drug Store are also a few minutes’ walk away. The apartment has large open plan living and kitchen areas complete with wooden floorboards, a breakfast bar and stools. It's fully furnished, including couch, dining table, chairs, etc. and fully equipped with appliances, including large fridge, oven, washing machine, microwave, etc. There’s a great TV complete with a Chromecast (so you can stream YouTube and Netflix, etc.)! The apartment has a balcony and fast internet with WiFi access is included as well. The room itself is spacious with a large wardrobe and also fully furnished with a queen size bed, bedside table and more. The apartment has three bedrooms and one bathroom. Judith is in one room, Jo and Puna are in the second room, and you (hopefully :)) will be in the third room. I’m the property manager so I don't live at the apartment, but manage it on behalf of the owners. Rent includes ALL bills and the room and the apartment fully furnished and equipped! Bills can add up very quickly, so make sure you factor that in for places that don't have them included. Students and working holiday visa holders are also welcome! The minimum stay is 6 months. The bond is 4 weeks’ rent. No pets. Sorry, no smokers. That's enough about the apartment, we'd like to get to know you! Send me a message to make a time to check the place out! Cheers
Large house located just behind the prahran market! 2 minutes walk to chapel street and public transport, really can't get a better location. The house is large with high ceilings, a nice backyard, external laundry, two toilets, spacious kitchen/dining area with dishwasher
I’m a recent import from Canberra, moved here for work. I’m working full time in the CBD Monday to Friday 8:30-5. Looking to love into an established place or even set up a new sharehouse.
We're looking to move in with some cool people. One of works in sales, the other at a uni in arts research and teaching. We're clean, respectful, fun and friendly. We have a 2yo golden retriever who is fun-loving, friendly and hilarious. He’s well trained, walked daily and comes to work at the uni sometimes. We’re both very easy going. We're quite social but understand the need for down time and privacy.
Hey! Im a kiwi, and I like to be a tidy one. I like my own space but also keen to make new some new mates and love to have a good laugh! I am new here and look forward to getting out and about so would be fab to have people to go for a drink, boogie or just explore with. Or even just to watch a movie :) I am looking for a room that gets a bit of sun if possible! Close to markets/supermarkets would also be great.
I’m friendly and pretty chill and easy going. I like to keep this clean but I’m not OCD! Love to chill with a vino and a chat, or watch trash tv. I work long hours, so occasionally do a dinner through the week but mostly weekends I’m hanging with girlfriends.
Hey! My name is Salvatore (Salva), I'm from Chile and I will be living in Australia for a year starting from September 28 with a Working Holiday visa. About me! I am 26 years old and i'm a very easy going guy. This is my first experience living outside of my parents's house (and also living so far away from home). However! I have a high sense of freedom and independence. I'm not a clean maniac, however i could define me as clean and tidy, with the habit of cleaning after myself. I love traveling (I went backpacking in South America 3 times), meeting other people and learning about other cultures. I like deep conversations and laughing at simple and idiotic things. If it's with the company of a glass of wine or beer, the better. Last but not least, I am an advertiser executive by profession. I worked for more than a year in a TV channel in Chile as a Creative Copywriter. I'm planning to find a job when i arrive, could be in my professional area or other (hospitality). I'm an open and respectful soul. *I smoke but I respect the space and the other people living with me so i have no problem managing that if it's an issue
Im a very friendy and easy going girl, have lived in multiple house shares in the last 5 years so very used to respecting privacy. I get along with everyone and like to keep clean and tidy. Love meeting new people and going for a few sociables here and there :) registered nurse originally from UK 29 y/o will be arriving in melbourne on the 3rd september
Hello! I'm Samantha, Italian, 29 years old, currently working in hospitality during the week and sometimes as a tour guide during the weekends. I love languages and cultures, running, psychology, music gigs, good food and wine. I'm also very clean and tidy. I like to socialise but also to enjoy my own space. I'm looking for a quite place not only where to sleep but also to call home.
I am 25 years-old Spanish girl coming to Melbourne to do an internship in the Lab. I am very flexible and easy-going: I try to make things easy for everyone. I like to socialize buy equally as happy to do my own thing if thats what you prefer. I do like to keep my place tidy, but that's just me. Will happily help with keeping the house clean. Animal friendly and an absolute dog lover. Open-minded. In my free time I like to go out, do some sport and any kind of activities. Just wanna meet new people, have fun and enjoy my time in Melbourne! I'm moving to Melbourne the 15th September until the 9th July
I've currently been living in Footscray and am looking to move somewhere a little less Footscary. All joking aside I am just looking to move somewhere with a bit more of a social side. I am working full-time in hospo and like to stay active. I like to keep a tidy space and am respectful of my housemates. I enjoy having a glass of wine and a chat and am very easy to get along with.
Hi, I'm a 27yo female looking for a private room in the inner suburbs of Melbourne, preferably in an all-female house with flatmates being in their mid-20s to mid-30s. I'll be relocating to Melbourne for work from NZ in mid-end August and will be working full time in publishing. I’m neat, respectful, reliable and easy to get along with, and I've lived in sharehouses before. I'm a vegetarian but not fussed if those I live with are or aren't. I'm keen to find a home away from home where I can have my own space to relax and where there's a social dynamic, eg: flat dinners, Netflix binges, go out for a drink or brunch etc. And being in a new city, I’ll be exploring whenever I get the time as well. Feel free to get in touch to ask more questions! Thanks :)
Hey my name is Eileen, I am 23 yo and I have been living in Melbourne for over 2.5 years. My background is german and argentinian. I am very easy going, I like my place to be clean and tidy, and I am respectful with my house/flatmates. I play soccer at Albert Park and I love photography. I also love travelling and meeting new people. I am looking for a quiet place, a place that I can call home and enjoy.
I've been renting for 5 years now and am quite easy to live with. I am respectable of others around me and like keeping my place tidy. I would ideally prefer finding an apartment to share between 2 to 3 people, preferably close to the city. My main interests are travel, dance, music, photography, art and sport, and am eager to get back into a fitness routine. I'm learning to speak Portuguese/Spanish, so bonus points if you can teach me.
