Areas such as Fitzroy/east Melbourne/Richmond/south Yarra/hawthorn/Camberwell/Collingwood/Brighton etc. Or further out Belgrave/FTG/upwey area. 30 year old local, male, full time work at a high end automotive business, lover of fine foods, wine, cars, design, photography, roadtrips, eating out and cooking. Love a glass of nice wine but Not a party person, non smoker etc. your apartment looks lovely. Currently living alone but all previous housemates I've had were females, I think it's a better more equal vibe. But currently looking for something on my own, smaller apartment, studio/1 bedroom, sublet etc. I am needing somewhere with secure parking for a large sedan. No stackers. Safe easy parking.
