18 month old stunning apartment! It is full of natural light, and a massive wrap around deck which has amazing view and in summer is perfect for afternoon bevs, outdoor dinners, and sunbaking. The only bills we have are internet ($30 per month) and electricity which is approx. $30-40 per month depending on usage. The water bills are covered by the body corporate. Overall estimated total cost per week would be around $225 per week depending on electricity usage. The place is in a great location with two tram lines, train station, shops/supermarket, gyms and parks all within easy walking distance and right next to the Yarra trail which is great for running or riding into the city. Located at the rear of the block, the apartment is also very quiet. After almost a year of living together, my current housemate has been offered a job overseas.
