Hey, I am looking for someone to take my place in a lovely unfurnished bedroom in a fully furnished house in Hawthorn. I am sadly moving out of this great house because I am buying my own place. The house is 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms and you will be sharing with a couple (Claire and Aidan) and a very friendly dog called Wallace. The room for rent is a decent size and has built in robes and access to a balcony which overlooks the garden. There is also a spare bedroom and you will have your own bathroom (not ensuite). The house itself is amazing (see photos) and it is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood. It is 2 minutes walk to Hawthorn train station, 15mins walk to Glenferrie and very close to stops for the 70 and 75 trams. It is very safe and secure and is actually situated off the main street down a little path so it's also extremely quiet and peaceful. Downstairs is the living room/kitchen which is gigantic. There is also a toilet and a utility room downstairs. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms (one is a master ensuite where Claire and Aidan sleep) and a bathroom. There is a big garden out the back of the house and a big area with decking and a BBQ. This area catches the sun for most of the day. There is usually room in the courtyard at the front for a car but if not there's plenty of space on the street. The house also has a big garage and lots of storage.
