Hey! Sadly two of our housemates are moving out, BUT that does mean we're looking for 2 new people to join us in Hawthorn. The location is amazing, we're on a quiet St that is just a 5 minute walk to the Hawthorn bridge/Bridge Rd, Richmond! Literally on the doorstep a tram takes you through richmond/CBD. We also have 2 great parks near us and the yarra river if you like going on walks :) The room available is unfurnished and has built in wardrobes. You'll be sharing a bathroom just with one female housemate as myself and Tim have our own. The house is partially furnished - we're losing a few things along with one housemate, so would love to know what you have to bring along! There is a big kitchen, dining room, lounge room, sun room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, separate laundry and garden/backyard. We're looking for a lovely, fun, respectful, clean person, a 22-28yrs old FEMALE who has lived in a few house shares before and knows what they’re about! We both have pretty busy schedules but are fairly chill on weekday nights. Rent is $180/week - for the room. Bond is $1,075.50. Internet is $15 per person a month and all the bills are split in 4's. There is a one off admin fee for the real estate which is $236.50 to join the lease. Would consider two friends or a couple. Available to move in from beginning of October 2018. Move in day is flexible but we do need someone in before 17th October. PM me and tell me a bit about yourself.
A nicely presented ground-floor apartment within walking distance to Hawthorn Station, Swimburn University and city-bound trams, popular parks and riverside trails and renowned cafe/shopping precincts. The clean and tidy interior comprises two double bedrooms (both with BIRs) and central bathroom, light-filled lounge/dining area and adjoining kitchen with gas cooker. Add to this split-system heating and cooling, polished hardwood floors, internal laundry facilities, plus off-street parking space. Not to mention a fabulous housemate! This property is sure to make you smile. The room that's available has a double bed and a side table, but there's room at the end for a shelf or TV/cabinet. The great thing about this room is it has a huge amount of wardrobe space with loads of shelves and plenty of room for hanging clothes; the wardrobe spans the length of the room. *Off Street Parking Negotiable *FREE Cable Broadband

This is a beautiful 2 level property with huge open living space and patio with park view, separate laundry and a friendly neighborhood. 2 Bedrooms on the upper level with bathroom access and additional washroom downstairs. 2 Car parking spots and easy 1 minute walk to Tram 48 and 109, 20 minute access to CBD. There is a beautiful 8 minute walk to Hawthorn train station through the park. 15 minute walk or 2 minutes tram ride to Victoria Gardens and a 5 minute tram ride to Kew Junction.
This house is in an ideal location! Easily accessible by all forms of transport, including the following: ten-fifteen minutes from the CBD via train or car/uber, an eight-minute walk from Hawthorn Train Station, tram lines/stops either end of the street (within five-minutes walk) and surrounded by plenty of cycling paths/lanes - including an easy walk/ride to the Yarra Trail. The Eastern and Monash Freeways are both within close proximity. Glenferrie road is a short walk away, as are many fantastic bars, restaurants, cafes and (importantly) great coffee - so many that we have yet to experience them all and not through lack of trying! Elgin Street is a quiet one and the house is surrounded by friendly neighbours. Parks/gardens are a-plenty and the house itself has a reasonable back-yard which has hosted a number of successful barbeques/social gatherings! We'd also be happy for a couple to move in and negotiate rent prices for this.

21 year old student at University of Melbourne. Social and outgoing, working mostly nights in hospitality. Interested in music, sports (footy and NBA), and travel.
I've travelled, lived and worked around the world so am used to sharing homes (that's right, homes - not houses). Originally from Europe, I've been calling MelbsTown home since Jan 2017. I love music and "doing things" in this great city - I will tell you about cool events before "Time Out" does. I'm often out and about working, meeting friends, volunteering, exploring, travelling and looking for the next adventure, but I like having a quiet down time at home sometimes as well. In my life I've worked as a flight attendant, teacher, event manager, waitress, interpreter and exhibitor. Oh, and I speak four languages so will give you classes if you're up for it :) I have a good sense of humour but am a terrible cook (sorry!). I'm house-trained and respectful of other people's space - you know, we're all adults when we need to :) I don't have a car so I won't need a parking place. If there's anything else you'd like to know, ask away :)
Looking after a nice place to call home, where to chill out, dine together, exchanging stories, jokes, movies etc etc Not more in the age of parties and noisy accomodation... I am a full time chef and i like living in tidy places (no cleaning freak though..), where there is mutual respect of common spaces. Ideally with a garden or a balcony where to gro something.. I am into cooking and eating (no wonder..), particular movies, sports, music and art, jogging and wondering around.
Hi, I'm Ash! I am a really fun and outgoing person. I am generally really easy to get along with and love spending time with people. I don't go out often, but I do take latin dance classes and attend socials once a week. I work shift work at the moment so I am constantly in and out, but enjoy spending days off at home watching netflix or reading a book. As a housemate, I am respectful, tidy and considerate of others. I would like to live in a place where all public/shared areas are kept tidy. I don't mind hanging out with a glass of wine from time to time or watching a movie. Ideally, I would like a housemate that will grow into a friend as I'm from Queensland, but also have a mutual respect for personal space. An important thing to know about me is I come with an additional being. Her name is Jazzi and she is a Shihzu. She's a really calm and placid dog. She doesn't bark (ever), she sleeps alot and she's more than happy to get lay near you (or on you) while you do your own thing. She is really well trained and will listen to anyone who gives her a command. I am looking to move anywhere within 20 minutes from the city on the Eastern side of Melbourne and wouldn't mind starting up a new sharehouse. I'm looking to move in November, so plenty of time to get to know each other before making a decision. If you're interested, please shoot me a message :)
Hey, I’m moving to Melbourne for a change been living in Queenstown New Zealand for the past 2 years. Really easy going and always up for a good time 😁 I’m very clean and tidy also an amazing cook
I am clean, neat and tidy but also very easy going - Not much phases me. I enjoy meeting new people and making new friends but also enjoy my own time. I like to contribute to household chores and maintenance and will go out of my way to help others if needed. Some of my interests include live music, playing guitar, playing basketball, baking and going for walks. I am coffee dependent. I also recently discovered an interest in puzzles. I have a few plant babies and will happily care for yours as my own if ever needed.
I am a designer who is easy to get along with, clean and respectable. I’m also a non-smoker, neat and tidy person who enjoy movie, travel and doing some handmade crafting. Looking for accommodation start form the first week of September. Currently, looking for different design job opportunity and find a clean room to settle down asap
I'm an easy-going 25 year old guy from India, working full time in Melbourne. A non-vegetarian too. My clients are based in Melbourne CBD (I'm a tech consultant), so I'm looking for an accommodation preferably near to CBD or may be near to a train station since I don't have a car yet (I'm totally new to Australia). I'm a smoker, but I am also a clean person. Non-judgmental and understanding. I blend in with people easily. I'm very responsible when it comes to doing my share of the household work, paying rent/bills, etc. I don't have pets but I'm totally fine with them being in the house. I respect your privacy & quiet-time and expect the same from you too. Perks of living with me: 1. I've a couple friends who are pursuing their masters in Melbourne. You get to socialize with them, their friends and so on (on weekends), if you want to. 2. You get an ensemble of recommendations about trending and amazing Movies/TV Series to binge on. 3. A lending ear to your problems and tons of free and good advice whenever you need it. 4. One stop solution to all your PC problems. I love fixing Windows PCs/Laptops. So if you ever got a problem, you know what to do. 5. Exceptional critic and reviewer when it comes to patching up job resumes, blog articles etc. 4. You get to taste a lot of Indian dishes and be a part of several experimental cooking recipes. Don't worry about the spices, I'm versatile :) Don't hesitate to know more.
I am clean, tidy and respect people's privacy. But in saying that, i wouldn't mind the occasional ubereats feed while watching Netflix with my housemates. On weeknights you'll find me mostly hibernating but I tend to socialize with friends and family more on the weekends. I am easy going and down to earth . I am wanting a place to call home and I hope you are too. If you love chocolate, wine, cheese and boardgame nights then you're my kind of person !
