Hi I'm Caitlin! I am currently studying law in my final year (hopefully!) and work part time. When I'm not working or studying I love going to the beach and catching up with friends over good food. I am looking for a tidy, positive and friendly roommate who is respectful of personal space (however, I love a good chat every once in a while!)
This large student house is available for rent now. The house also has an in-ground pool at your disposal surrounded by palm trees and native animals. I've just finished my first year of uni studying design and am looking to move before the start of next semester. I am currently working part time both as a waitress and a nanny and am planning to move to England mid next year to study so only looking to move in for the 6ish months before I leave. I'm easy-going, friendly and tidy. I spend most of my time socialising, working on art projects and volunteering at festivals.
The basics; I hit the gym most days of the week and love my training but don’t get me wrong, I enjoy a couple of drinks just as much. I really enjoy my sport and watching the NRL and hopefully you share that interest as well so you don't mind it being on the TV during footy season (or even going to a few games) I work Mon-Fri in the corporate world south of Brisbane, so weekdays I'm always a bit of a nana and early up/early to bed. I’m happy to be social, but respect your space and hope for the same in return. Sometimes after a long day/week, I like to cook my dinner and retreat to my room and watch Netflix. I will always respect you if you choose to do the same. I'm still trying to find my feet in Brisbane so would like to find a flatmate who doesn't mind sharing a meal/drink/shooting hoops/going to the gym/heading out every now and then. I have my own bedroom furniture and happy to contribute or purchase any other furniture. My own bathroom is a requirement and I need parking, with happy for that to be on-street. I'm also happy to pay a little extra in rent each week if it means I can secure the master bedroom, (but not a deal breaker with the right flatmate) Move date is around the end of March/start of April, getting in early! Happy to start a new place with someone or move into an already established place. If you think you'd be interested, let me know :)
My name is Nick. I work full time at an office job in the city and I'm generally pretty quiet and very clean. Looking for someone considerate and easy going to live with. I game and work out a lot, so if we have similar interests that would be a bonus.
Not the prettiest house in the suburb, but oh, what a suburb :) Close to beautiful Hawthorne Park, cinemas, restaurants and some of Brisbane's best coffee at the Hawthorne Garage. Super cheap rent for the area! The house is a little older in terms of the decor (I've made up for that with some lovely and new furnishings in neutral tones) but everything works and the landlords are fantastic. Great place to stay for those looking to save $$$ on rent to save for an overseas trip or home deposit (let's face it, you can pay off the mortgage on someone's house with an en suite bathroom or save for your own) - the house has everything you need: it's clean and tidy, not falling apart, no mould, no pest issues, gas cooking/hot water, you have only one housemate and it's quite nice and cosy with some Victorian era features of an older Queenslander style house. Plenty of space to do your own thing, bring your own style and make the place a home. The room is large, airy and spacious. It can be provided either furnished or unfurnished. Ceiling fan in the room, but I'm willing to put in an air conditioner for the summer, assuming I can lock in a new housemate.
Hi Everyone, I am looking for a new roommate to share my apartment with me on Riding Rd in the beautiful Balmoral. Air Conditioned living area with ceiling fans throughout will ensure you’re comfortable in this space 24/7. Everything is a short stroll away with local cinemas, Hawthorne Garage (local Grocer), Cafes, a Thirsty Camel and the popular Oxford Street all within a 15 minute walk. Public transport is accessible with Bus stops 20 metres away and Hawthorne, Bulimba and Apollo Rd Ferry Terminals within walking distance.
Who are we? Ben - 32 years old, relaxed, happy, up for a chat and also enjoy peace peace and quiet. State Account Manager in FMCG, week trips away on work and live a corporate life style. Pantea - 35 years old, very loving and caring bubbly personality. Currently works in childcare. What our life looks like; - An indication of mine & Pantea's lifestyle on Monday – Friday; Very basic - We come home from gym at around 7pm, cook, eat, go to our room, relax and watch a movie. - We are both very friendly and happy to chat but are also both very quiet and very considerate of others space and quiet time. - An indication of our lifestyle on the weekends - We are active, enjoy being out of the house doing activities like hiking, the beach, at a friends, staying on the coast etc, honestly we are rarely home on the weekends. - We don’t really usually use the living space, so you have all that to your disposal also. We are both very very clean and tidy people, admittedly cleanliness is verrryyyy important. I'm looking for people who are mature, considerate, clean, respectful adults. Over 30 so both of us are in that mind set as mature adults we do not like a house that is full of loud noise, mess, parties, etc. Home is a place for peace, of course we are not opposed when a house mate wants space and perhaps an evening to have others around for dinner / drinks. However not into party homes. Not into drama or causing any issues - We are very easy to get along with. :-)

G'Day! Our place is on a quiet street, roughly 1km from Oxford St in Bulimba. You could throw a stone and hit Hawthorne shops, including the Garage, footy oval, curry, sushi(!) and cinemas. Bond is actually closer to 700, just no inbetween option there.
2 bedroom unit with large living diner kitchen and balcony in quiet spot close to shops, public transport walking distance to cinemas, restaurants, parks and just minutes away from nightlife on oxford st. You would have your own double bedroom with bed (if wanted it) mirrored walk in robe and private use of the main bathroom.

I work as a paralegal, which means I’m always ready to chill out after work, and I’m just looking for something closer to the city so the travel time isn’t as hectic. I enjoy a good sleep, but I also enjoy a good night out with good company. Born in ACT raised in Brisbane; used to work with food so I’m super clean and tidy, and somewhat know how to cook. I’m looking for something easy and affordable, preferably not too old and somewhere I can call home.
Full-time working professional and a small Spoodle are looking for a peaceful and tranquil place to call home. We would like to live with a mature professional (male or female), who loves a harmonic and peaceful way of living, also likes to socialise over a glass of wine every now and then and enjoys the company of the most adorable little dog personality. Prefer not to live with children at this stage. While I'm at work (Mon-Fri 7.30 - 3.30), Summer (the Spoodle) stays at home. She is an inside dog, she's quiet, doesn't shed, hypo allergenic and a loyal companion. She loves to play fetch and enjoys cuddles. I'm an early riser, usually get up around 5.30am during the week, go for walks with Summer in the morning and evening. We are pretty active on the weekends, love everything outdoors, e.g. hiking, sup, running, beach, horse riding, camping etc... At this stage we are looking to rent a room in an existing share house, ideally with a fully fenced backyard. Also interested in teaming up to start a new share house. We are clean and respectful of others privacy.
Hi There! I'm looking to find a housemate to share with me, All you'll need is your bedroom furniture, the rest i have. I would love to find someone who is willing to go on a lease or at least commit to a minimum 6-12month deal. If this sounds like you please get in touch, i would love to hear from you. There is so much on offer around this little hub, you wouldn't be disappointed! Surrounded by the best cafes, restaurants and bars in town. Close to parks, cinemas, river walks and public transport. I am looking for someone who shares in the same great qualities and who will compliment our home. I am clean, tidy, respectful and considerate of others. I am always up for a chat, however, i will also respect your privacy and personal space. If you think you'd be a great fit, I'd love to organise a time to meet with you and hopefully show you around your new home. If you'd love to know more, please ask away. Cheers, Tanya (Bond will be 4 weeks rent plus 2 weeks for the period from move in date.)
Hi there, I'm a single 29 yr old (don't feel 29!) woman working as a disability support worker for Endeavour Foundation. I really enjoy my job and it keeps me busy so I'm not a homebody. Around that I enjoy yoga and practicing my music. I live a healthy lifestyle, that's not to say I don't enjoy the odd beer or wine. I enjoy having a chat but I also like me time to recharge. I'm looking for a quiet and peaceful place to call home. I am very considerate to live with and enjoy cleaning, I find it relaxing. Preferably looking for a largish room and a place with aircon for summer, an ensuite would a be a bonus. Anything else you would like to know please ask. Look forward to hearing from you! Erin
Clean. Friendly. I cook delicious food. Work full time so I'm only home mornings, evenings and weekends. Vegetarian. Enjoy TV shows, movies and books. Have a fairly new car so would prefer off street parking Love pets but don't have to have one of my own.
Let's be housemates! My name is Luke, I'm 28 and I work full-time in IT for an NGO as a UC Engineer. I have a 11 month old Golden Retriever named Atlas. I'm clean, tidy, don't smoke and don't really drink often but that doesn't mean I'm not down to have a chat with a drink or two sometimes. I aim to go to the gym before/after work most days and try to be out of the house where possible with Atlas however if I'm busy I tend to keep to myself. If I am home, I tend to keep to my own spaces but happy to hang out sometimes as I enjoy a homey/friendly home. After work I like to relax, I will usually aim to go to the gym, walk Atlas then hang out on my computer or room. On the weekends, I tend to visit friends, study or take Atlas somewhere. I am flexible with my move date, however I do need to vacate the current property by December 31. Preferably any time after December 17 but I'll make it work if needed! I have a brand new fridge, brand new washing machine/dryer combo and my own room furnishings. Atlas: Loves people and other dogs, he's a huge dork and loves a good play. He’s well behaved and doesn’t at all bark other than if you’re with him and he wants to play. Sometimes sooks if he knows someone’s home and he’s outside but just ignore him and he realises super quick. Completely house trained and I look after him completely, so I won't put that burden on you! But you're by all means free to take him for walks and spend as much time with him if you'd like.
I am a very neat and tidy non smoker who works full time in the city. I work pretty long hours and spend most weekends away at my girlfriends place however I am always up for a chat. I love animals and do not mind a place that has pets. I mostly do my own thing however would like to be able to have the odd drink or watch a TV show with my roomies and would be looking for like minded easy going people. Please give me a shout if you have any questions. I would be happy to pop over and say a quick hello. Thanks :)
