Hi, I have previously shared and am reliable with rent/bills paid on time. I am professional and respectful and very focused on studies/work, but I do have a social nature and enjoy healthy interactions. Into health and fitness with a clear sense of boundaries; your space will be respected & I am looking for a place where this will be reciprocated. I thrive in a harmonious and smoke-free environment, a place that feels like home. I nurture the environment that I live in. I'm well-traveled, open-minded, and easy-going. My ideal flatmates are friendly, hygienic, considerate and respectful. I have my own transport but close to transport is always handy. I would prefer my own bathroom and ideally a car spot or at least easy street parking. I need the room large enough to include my desk, or a quiet study area.
Hellooo My name is Caitlyn and I am 21 years of age. I work 2 jobs, my Full Time position with the Australian Government and Part Time at Doughnut Time (saving for a house deposit). On the rare occasion I'm not working, I'll either be at the gym, training or enjoying a coffee over breaky.. I consider my lifestyle active and healthy yet incredibly busy! I appreciate downtime however will always stop for a chat. Looking for a likeminded female one who is reliable, motivated and clean/tidy! If this is you, I'd love to hear from you :)
Im very easy going, friendly, clean, non smoker. I work full time as a Jeweller, and spend a lot of time travelling. Looking forward to meeting some new people and getting to know Brisbane a little better!
I work in the CBD as an new business insurance administrator, potentially once or twice per week from home. I share my life with a 7 year old miniature schnauzer named Boston. We are generally pretty quiet and enjoy our morning & afternoon walks. Love a wine on the weekends! Respectful, considerate & tidy. I also love to cook. Looking for a townhouse, apartment, house or similar to accomodate us.
Hi! My current room mate, Amy and I, are looking to move into a three bedroom place mid May 2017. Amy works full time as a hairdresser and I am working full time as a paralegal in the city, also studying HR part time. We are both into keeping fit etc! We are both really relaxed, clean and tidy people to live with! We would like the third person to be a male. If this sounds like something that would interest you, please contact me! Our max per week is around $180, but flexible! Our move date is also fairly flexible, we have until 24 May 2016 to find a place. Thanks, Demi

Hi ladies...Hi guys...Im a down to earth type guy with morals, loyalty and consideration for others privacy....no pets at moment but was thinking of a new companion as in lil puppy... but it can wait until im settled in and if house and or room is suitable, no kids and am available asap...feel free to sms on here anytime and i will give my mobile number to make it easier as my internet drops in and out hence why im wanting to move somewhere with great reception....now i do work under my ABN..."...ask me for link if need to clarify i started my Abn from 2002 with Plastering but in saying that work isnt stable enough due to weather or inconsistency of the building industry so as a back up im also on Centerlink only when work is dry or miss a week so can still cover bills making it easier and stress free whilst comfortable.....im a fit and active kind of person that loves the gym and most sports including the rugby union, rugby league and anything to do with adrenaline love it... my fav is riding my motorbikes that i love to bits.....lol...both dirt and road but in saying that no stress as both stay at my dads, my road bike is a race bike which im about to start racing on track and my dirt bike isnt running at moment so no need for storage for them they both have accomodation already.... i have no car either, i ride a downhill pushy keeping the fitness going so no need for car space making it easier for my potential landlord or flatmate.....so basically trying to keep it simple to find a room or house im needing quite soon... Im great with kids and animals of all kinds also so no hassles there... so thanks again for reading talk soon :)
Keep to myself mostly, but always keen to hang out Happy person, looking for other positive people Don't do drugs, or smoke. Occasional drinker. Sensible, chilled and understanding Clean and tidy human. I'm super respectful of people, their personal space and property. I'm genuine and open minded as I like to make a point of not judging people for who they are (I don't do drama very well). Work Full-Time as well.
Just moved here from Europe, I'm still in a settling phase lol. I start my lectures on 10/4, I hope to find a place as quickly as possible so that I have a point for reference to get around and get to know the city. I'm a gay guy, vegetarian. Just keen on living the Aussie life I always wanted. I can go out and party but I'm a hermit at times, all depends on the mood and the people. I am a huge fan of social media and my list of favourite TV shows is never ending. Ideal Friday night is just a bottle of wine and good company. Trying to cut down/quit on smoking but that's as bad as I get really. Main interests are animals, anything Aussie, cute boys haha, fashion, photography, just diversity as far as people go and yoga! I really want to get into it so if you're up for being my yoga buddy I love you already! I would just love a diverse household I could call a home, not just a temporary stay, someone that would explore this city and experience all it has to offer, wether you're a foreigner or a native!

15 Hawthorne Road - The best room in this big house is available! It features a double bed in a massive room with box window seats and a second smaller entry room with a built in wardrobe and mirror. Each room has its own set of keys so you can be sure all of your belongings are safe. There are also a number of parking spots on the property. You have an in-ground pool at your disposal surrounded by palm trees and native animals. Set in one of the safest and most beautiful suburbs in Brisbane. It’s a 10min drive to Gardens Point campus, and 15 to Kelvin Grove. There are two ferries within walking distance, a bus-stop out the front, and one across the road that takes you straight into the city. You are less that 1km walk from the 2016 winners of ‘Best Coffee in Brisbane’, plus a similar distance to two cinemas and streets of restaurants and shops. Bulimba also has its own Woolies, it’s only 5 minutes down the road. Oxford street is only 2km away - It’s a great place to pick up a casual job as a student being so close. The are water front walking tracks down past Bulimba Jetty. All bills are included in the weekly rent. The house has fast internet and is always cleaned at least once a month by cleaners. Toilet paper, washing liquid etc are supplied so you don’t have to worry. You will have access to two kitchens (complete with utensils), living areas and two bathrooms. There’s a TV, BBQ, and book library. I am breaking my 6-month bond which you would be taking over, with an option to extend if you are happy with the room/house. Rooms this nice, big and cheap don’t come up often and I am only leaving due to moving out with two friends. Move date is negotiable, if you are happy with the room, I am happy to move my things out asap and have it ready to go. Please do not hesitate to come and check it out. The room comes with the bed and mattress, side table, desk, lamp (x2), fridge, washing basket, alarm clock and bin. – you are all set to move in!
Beautiful two bedroom character home in a great street, walking distance to The Hawthorne Garage, cinemas, restaurants, take away shops, chemist/doctor and bottle shop. Parking is easiest on street but always ample, there is a driveway that you can park your car in if preferred. Air conditioning in the lounge with polished floors throughout and a shared bathroom. Front enclosed deck along with a front & back yard with ample room for storage underneath the house. House is mainly furnished but the bedroom is unfurnished - more than happy to work in any furniture you have if it can fit. I currently rent the home privately on a 12 month lease (expiring mid September) and would ask you to meet the owner prior to signing on to the lease with me. If all goes well I'd like to sign on again for another term.
Hey! I'm originally from the UK and have been in Australia for two and a half years now. I'm currently working full time and living in NSW. Brisbane has always held a huge place in my heart so I'm looking to relocate back up that way mid April. I will be transferring with my current employer so will be straight into work also. I'm a happy and easy going girl, clean and tidy. I have lived with people from all over the world and have had nothing but positive experiences with housemates in the past.
I am looking to find a few awesome people, preferably in their 30's, to set up a 3-4 bedroom house together. I'm looking in Norman Park, Morningside, Bulimba & Camp Hill kind of areas mostly as I think you get more for your buck but are still pretty close to the city. I basically have a house worth of furniture so whoever moves in may only need stuff for their bedroom...depending on the size of the house that is! But if you do have other furniture we can mix and match to see what works best. I'm happy to sell some stuff if necessary. I am a makeup artist and a nanny who enjoys the outdoors, keeping reasonably active, seeing live music, cafes/restaurants/bars and hanging on the couch watching some trashy tv. I've travelled quite a lot and have lived with lots of people and I've been told I'm a great housemate. I'm down to earth, fun, clean, reliable, honest and respectful and am hoping to find the same type of people to live with :) Send me a message if you like the look of any and think you'll be a good fit!
I am preferably looking for a team up with another 1-3 people and find a new place to start up together (as I have plenty of furniture) I work full-time in the events and marketing industry. I enjoy socializing, however also like relaxed and chilled times. I enjoy being active and outdoors and am always up for spontaneous adventures. I have loads of furniture which I am happy to share. I also have a bird and another small pet that need to live with me. I also have two dogs that I may need to 'babysit' once a month or so, so a place with at least a small courtyard would be perfect. I tend to get along with most people of most ages, so don't let my gender, age or interests be a major factor as I am flexible and friendly.
We are a down to earth couple currently chasing accommodation anywhere in Brisbane! Sam and I love a good chinwag and are originally kiwis who have been on the Sunshine Coast for the past few years. Iesha - currently in her first year of uni studying Criminology & Criminal Justice and works part time in retail Sam - works full time behind the bar at a restaurant on Eagle Street Pier Both of us are laid back and if you've got a decent Spotify playlist or can appreciate most genres then I guarantee we will all get along like a happy little family. If we aren't spending time with friends somewhere on the weekend then we'll most likely be out looking for a good eggs bene. We'd love to move into a house with someone/people who are willing to socialise with us and have a cheeky bevvie over dinner every now and then, but we definitely understand that you will get sick of our bad jokes so you may need a little space from time to time. Additionally, we're both really tidy people and don't want to live with a messy/lazy person. Overall, we're just two peas in a pod who are low maintenance, easy going and looking for a decent set of housemates to do fun stuff with (could range from showing you our cheeky spots up on the sunny coast one weekend to binge watching crime docos on netflix). Shoot us a message if we sound like great additions to your family! Look forward to hearing from anyone who managed to get to the end of this LONG ad! **looking for a place urgently now as our plan runs out and I'm a poor uni student who really doesn't want to pay my other arm for another paid plan to message new listings grr**
Hi :) We are friendly easy going housemates. I'm a nurse, Jack is an electrician and Shelby is a psychology student. We think we are pretty respectful, considerate, clean and love a laugh - we are looking for a housemate who is similar. Love a Netflix afternoon, but also a weekend camping adventure. We are currently attending inspections and applying for three bedroom houses with plenty of room, so if you think you would be a good fit please contact us :)
Spacious modern unit that is furnished except for the bedroom. You will have your own bathroom and are in close proximity to heaps of great cafes, bars and shops. The unit also has a huge patio with an outdoor fridge and bbq which, being situated in a nice quiet setting, is a great place to unwind after a days work. Foxtel and Wifi are already installed but are not included in rent. Works out to be about $10 a week. Electricity is about $10 a week. Gas and Water are included in rent.
Hello! A nice. big en suite bedroom will be available in a spacious townhouse in Hawthorne. The bedroom has an en suite, air conditioning, own balcony, and a big built-in wardrobe with build-in drawers and mirrored doors. It is unfurnished. You’d be sharing the house with an 32 year old male, Jason, who works full time, and a beautiful ragdoll x cat, Alfred. The house itself is split level, there’s a nice and light living room, which flows into the kitchen and dining room, a really nice deck and courtyard at the back to enjoy a beer and a BBQ, separate laundry and single garage – which you’d be free to use, as I don't own a car. It is located in a quiet cul de sac, close to public transport (buses, City Cat and Morningside train station), with all the entertainment options of Bulimba and Morningside in close proximity – plenty of cafes, restaurants, cinema and supermarkets. It’s also about 5km to the CBD. The bedroom would be perfectly suitable for a couple (260 AUD pw) or single (210 AUD pw). Prices are not including the bills. If this bedroom ticks all the boxes for you, don’t hesitate to contact us for a visit
