23 year old Electrical Apprentice I work full time and train martial arts nearly every night so I'm not home often Enjoy going for a surf on the weekend and having a chat over a cold one (or 10) Would like to be in a sharehouse that feels more like a home and somewhere I can look forward to coming home to after a hard day at work. I enjoy a social and friendly household, people who are up for a chat and random shenanigans. I clean up after myself and pull my weight around the house and would like to live with people who do the same. My lease is up end of Jan 2017 but wouldn't bother me moving in sooner if i find the right place with the right people, swing me a message and we can have a chat! cheers
I'm a communications professional currently working in the city, looking for a self-contained place for myself and my mature and very timid cat, so a pet friendly granny flat or studio with a sunny windowsill would be perfect. I'm currently in the process of selling my 3 bedroom house in Sunnybank Hills, and hoping to rent for a year or two while I focus on career. The house is expected to sell very quickly, however I will keep any prospective landlord in the loop. I have lived happily on my own for the last several years, and rarely have friends over, preferring instead to go out, as I do love my privacy. Having said that, I highly value good neighbours. I adore gardening, and will find this the biggest challenge as I downsize (happy to help out with yours or point me towards a community garden). I have been a landlord on flatmates.com and been contacted by many people with no profile details, references, or comprehensive explanation of what they are looking for or why my property suits them - so I invite you to ask me as much as you need to know to ensure we are going to be a good fit. My cat comes with vet reports (medical and behavioural) and I can organise references from pet sitters and catteries. As I have been a homeowner for the last 10 years please let me know what kind of references you expect from me.
I am a postgrad medical student studying in UQ and am currently actively looking for a place closer to the hospitals. I am mostly quiet keeping to himself but sociable when things are happening. Normally I don't party. Never did drugs. Don't smoke. I am also tidy and cleans up after himself. I work as a casual online tutor with a lot of savings - enough to last me till I graduate in 3 more years and start being an intern, so rents and bills are never a problem. I also have my own car, so parking is essential (can be on or off street).
Hey! Looking for a roomie to move into a rad townhouse in Hawthorne/bulimba area! Rent would be Between $175/$250 each depending on what we find! I am fairly quiet through the week, super clean and have all the household furniture ordered (also brand new). You'd just need bedroom stuff and if you have white goods that would also be neat if not I've got it covered! My three legged Maltese poodle is super cute and quiet and you'll love her! She has more personality than most people I know! I am always up for a chat and a beer and love a laugh!

Hi there, My name is Amanda and i am looking to find people to sign a lease on a property with. I am looking at 2 or 3 bedroom places in most parts of inner Brisbane. I have a small dog called Indie too. She is a black and white Beagle x Cocker Spaniel that is super chilled and loves all people. I have all the furniture for the house including couch, tv, dining table, fridge, washing machine, outdoor furniture and all pots and pans and things so you would only need your bedroom stuffs to move in. I would need a place with a courtyard or outdoor yard for my dog so i would be looking at either townhouses or houses mostly. I would like the house to have 2 bathrooms and aircon is a must. I work full time as a Personal Assistant and do Yoga and Dance on a few of the week nights so this takes up most of my time during the week and i am only rarely in the house to eat, sleep, and a little bit of TV. On my weekends i like to get outside with the dog and friends and love my red wine and good eats. Not much of a party animal anymore. I don't smoke and don't do drugs. If this sounds like you please be in contact and we can chat about future living arrangements. Looking to move into a place end of December/early January 2017. Amanda

Easy going, clean and tidy, respectful of privacy but also social. Hi all looking for a place to share. I work 4 days a week and study on the 5th day. Outside of work I keep myself busy catching up with friends and family, watch live sport or music, or just hang about and watch movies or TV. When not studying I like to take advantage of my long weekends and head up to the Sunshine Coast. I am easy going and socialise well with others but also like my own space. I am tidy and clean and respectful of privacy. If your interested in meeting up to see if we would be compatible flat mates, message me and we can meet up.
Hi! I work full time in media & communications and picking study back up in 2017. I live an active lifestyle and love running, gym and cooking healthly meals... plus the occasional batch of brownies. I'm not a party animal but I still like to go out and socialise on the weekends plus the occasional wine or two with the flatmates! I'm always up for a chat, a meal together, watch TV but I still enjoy my own space. I want a home I can come back to and relax, not a party student share house. I like to live in a clean house and would prefer people with the same values
Hi guys! I'm a 24-year-old female who works full time in Public Relations/marketing communications. I love to keep busy and am generally out and about a lot catching up with friends, at the gym, going on outdoors-y adventures or seeing live music, but am also partial to a wine at home on the weekends. I need to move out of my current place in January 2017 and am either looking for a) a place to move into with 1-2 other people or b) a team-up with 1-2 people around the suburbs listed above (although I’m open to suggestions!). My ideal housemates would be around the same age as me, working full time and relatively social, however I’m not keen for a party house every weekend. I’d like to have my own bathroom. I also have a cute little kitty who I’d love to bring with me, but if I can’t work out a pet-friendly arrangement she does have another home to go to. If any of these suggestions sound of interest to you, flick me an email :)

Hi I'm moving back north after living in Sydney. I need a place to stay until I settle in and find my own place. I'm very clean and respectful. My party days are over, but I do enjoy having a beer after work. I'm into healthy living without toxic chemicals. I like being social and having a laugh with people. Oh and I need some sort of parking for my car. Cheers Mez

Hi guys, I'm a 32yo professional looking for a furnished house to share for 6 months from early 2017. I'm originally from country Victoria but have spent the past 10 years in Western Australia. Prefer the Northcote/Thornbury area but will consider anywhere within a 30 minute PT ride of the CBD. I've spent the majority of the past 15 years in share houses and as such I come to you as a clean, tidy and respectful housemate whom contributes to household chores. I'm also partial to sharing meals on occasion and socialising with the household. I am generally pretty quiet during my working week (Mon-Fri 8-5) and tend to exercise, relax or work on my hobbies/interests on the weeknights, and socialise/travel/hike/visit family on the weekends. Ideally I'm looking for a small household with 1-2 other people whom have similar habits and hobbies/interests. I'm a keen outdoor enthusiast with hiking/trekking/camping being my main hobby. I also love travel, salsa and generally experiencing all sorts of new things in life. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions or would like to meet up and chat! Thanks for stopping by my profile.
Recently graduated from a Bachelor of Communications at QUT and now work full-time as an Integration Coordinator at a Brisbane radio station. My office is in Teneriffe so I would love a place that is easy to commute to/from. Reason for moving - I've just come back from a Europe trip and am looking to move back out of home in September/October What am I like to live with? I'm respectful, friendly and helpful (will tan your back for you). Always down for a wine night with a Ryan Reynolds movie - I make a mean cheese platter. If you think I'd fit in to your house, lets catch up for coffee :) Prefer an all female household but it's not a must have.

Jon is a full time student studying Chemistry at QUT. Thienna is completing Travel and Tourism studies at TAFE and will be working part time in the industry. We are friendly, tidy and reliable! We love to cook, watch strange movies and listen to all-the-music. We spend most of our time studying so you probably won't hear from us much but we're always up for friendly banter or some DNMs. We're very relaxed and all we really want is to live with people who clean up after themselves and won't eat our food! Ideally we would like a big room with our own bathroom and somewhere not too far from the city. Our budget combined is $250 max a week. Thanks for your interest :)
Myself and my boyfriend are looking for people willing to teamup and look for a place early December. We are both very mature and just looking for roommates who will be drama-free. Looking for students or full time workers who are respectful, tidy and understanding. I am studying at QUT Business/Psychology and Darcy is a an apprentice bricklayer working full time. Ideally looking for a modern 4 bedroom place near public transport. Would love a place with a pool but that's not a must. Looking for people who are happy to throw an occasional party here and there but mostly just easy going. We are willing to meet up over coffee to discuss details more. I also have a dog who lives in my home town Toowoomba and would like him to come down for visit every so often. If you think you would fit in don't hesitate to message me for more info :)

My name is Amy, Im 25 years old and living on my own in New Farm. I've just been accepted back into Uni in 2017 at UQ and start an intensive course over Nov/Dec this year. I have a fully housetrained 8 month old kitten. She's really mellow, generally keeps to herself, but is always up for a good cuddle and loves everyone. I've never had any issues with her being an indoor cat. I'm looking to move before the the end of the year. My course starts on the 22nd Nov and will take me through until mid Dec. Im hoping to find a place with one other housemate or find someone who is interested in teaming up to sign a new lease together so if this sounds like you, send me a message!
This two beddie flat is located in Hawthorne just on the Southside of Brisbane city CBD. Located close to different services such as parks, Sports clubs, bars, restaurants and cinemas. It is definitely a young persons area. Also located 300m from the Hawthorne ferry and 50m to bus stops. It is an extremely safe part of Brisbane as well. Neighbours are all really friendly. My brother and I tended to have a few brewskies on weekends and there has never been complaints. Located on the second floor we also get a good view of balmoral, bulimba and Hawthorne. The whole apartment is furnished, just missing a bed while the bedroom has its own built in robes.
