Working full time at the Austin Hospital as a medical scientist. I do shift work so it'll be great to live close to work. *I am looking for a place with ensuite or own bathroom*. I clean after myself and not a fan of leaving mess around. I like working with a cleaning roster and have things organized around the house. I usually enjoy some chill music and reading a good book. On my days off I like to cook and get my errands done. Netflix binge is a must on my days off! I'm looking to move in with someone like-minded in terms of cleanliness and tidying. House parties arent my thing and I like to keep things more on the quiet side most days :)
Hello future housemates! I have 2 large bedrooms available in a beautiful, modern and spacious apartment in the heart of Heidelberg. 20 minutes away from the city, a 10 minute walk to the station and hospital and a 5 minute walk to cafes and supermarkets. The apartment is overlooking the beautiful Heidelberg Gardens and Yarra Trail. Both bedrooms have mirrored built in robes with heaps of hanging space and shelves. The rooms are light and airy and you have your own balcony to do with as you like. Both bedrooms can easily fit a queen bed, bedside tables, TV etc... The apartment is fully furnished (apart from your room) but could do with your own personal touches. About you: Everyone welcome. Cats are ok but no dogs as per landlords request. You’re working or studying, quiet (no parties as our neighbours have little kids). The agent prefers you’re 25+, neat and tidy (clean up after yourself) and responsible with the bills and rent. SW friendly, body positive and LGBTQIA+ friendly. Now some boring stuff: Available EARLY OCTOBER $680 a month OR $1360 a month for couples (you would have both bedrooms to do with as you’d like). Bills will be split equally between us. Wifi, water and electricity already set up. 2 undercover car park spots available It’s a secure apartment with an intercom and security door. You will share the bathroom You will need your own bedroom stuff and kitchen stuff. I have a fridge, couches, washing machine, dryer, kettle and toaster and the apartment comes with a dishwasher. I’d really like for this to be a home and not just a place where you rent a room. I’m looking for people who would like to hang out and become friends but who also respect privacy and wanting to be alone. The two bedrooms available are currently in use so l don’t have any pictures of them but you’re welcome to come and look at the apartment and see the bedrooms before October 😊 Couples are welcome to apply. You would have the two bedrooms to do with as you’d like and also the bathroom and toilet would be just for you.
Work hard. Relax a lot. Looking for a small place, 1 or 2 bedrooms/studio, on my own. References and bond ready. Available to move in anytime between now and 13/11/2019. Prefer long term stay and unfurnished if possible. Working in Port Melbourne. Monday through Friday. Share houses will be lightly considered. Message me if you'd like to know more.
Hey, my name is Sophie and i'm 25. I'm British and visiting Australia on a working holiday visa - I am just about to start my second year! I'm currently working full time in a cafe and love to spend my spare time socialising, exercising or exploring. I'm easy going, tidy and clean so generally make a good share house buddy :)
I already have a fridge and microwave. I work 5 days a week in Richmond as a receptionist and have weekends off. I like anime and video games and working out. I'm looking for someone to share a 2 bedroom apartment with. I used to live with my boyfriend but have since separated and do not want to go back to sharing a house. I would much prefer to live with 1 other like minded person. I don't drink or smoke. Im not allergic to anything. I would prefer someone I can work out and eat healthy food with but I'm cool with anything. I don't drive so I don't need a car space. I'm an early bird so I don't stay up late usually. Please text or message me on facebook so I can see your messages. I generally like to get to know someone first so feel free to hit me up for a chat. I'm pretty nice.
Hey guys, We are looking for a place for towards the end of the year or start of next year to move into. Brayden is from South Australia and will be moving down at the end of the year. Emily is from Melbourne and has lived in different parts of Australia, including remote cattle stations. We are both well mannered, polite and clean up after our selves. We get along well with people but also enjoy alone time. We have been dating for two years. We are both nerds and love gaming, watching tv shows, and things like that. Both of us are still studying and are looking for work but school is our top priority.
Hi, I'm Lisa and I'm 21 years old. I'm about to complete my bachelor's degree in Business majoring in International Hospitality Management and Human Resource Management at Victoria University. I work casually at a hotel in the CBD, mainly working 'graveyard' shifts. I plan on pursuing a career in the hotel industry, one day hoping to be within management. I'm originally from the country and grew up on a farm. I've lived in Melbourne for the past three years, first in Footscray and currently in Coburg. I'm an animal lover, I love to cook, read, explore my surroundings, and catch up with friends. I'm a quiet homebody, who is shy at first but once you get to know me, I'm a real chatterbox. I'm not really a club person, I much prefer bars, or even just catching up with friends in general. I have recently taken up going to the gym with some friends as well. I'm straight and a non-smoker. I don't really care what your preferences are in these areas. I have a car in Melbourne so will be looking for a house with a parking spot. I also hope to find somewhere close to public transport, within 30 minutes distance of the CBD. I'd love to team up with someone ideally, rather than move into an existing lease. However, I'm open to options at this point. My ideal housemate(s): · Looking to rent for at least a year and go on the lease. · Willing to contribute towards furniture. · Clean in our shared spaces. · Working/able to keep up to date with bills. · Happy to have a puppy dog around. · Isn't going to be throwing house party’s all the time. · Someone who is looking to make a new friend 🙂. Food/meals - I mainly organise myself in terms of meals and food. I am however not opposed to shared meals/outings if you like. I eat meat and have no other dietary requirements. Whilst I respect all eating preferences, I would like to live in a household where we can accept one another. Eg. You don't mind that I eat meat and I don't care what you consume (so long as it isn't my food aha). I don't really have any furniture in Melbourne with me, all the places I've lived in so far have come furnished when I moved in. I will most probably be bringing along my own bed/mattress, desk, bookshelves, dresser and tv, but that's about it. In saying that, I am of course more than willing to contribute to the purchase of furniture. I'm not fussy and am happy with second hand, but well-maintained items. If you have any communal furniture to bring along with you, that would be great! Ollie is my 1-year-old Jack Russell Terrier x Fox Terrier puppy. He is toilet and house trained, fully vaccinated, desexed and crate trained. He can shed a little bit, but that is easily kept on top of with regular grooming and vacuuming of the house. He is a playful and sometimes mischievous puppy, but he also loves to curl up on the couch next to you and sleep all day. Ollie has a 'dicky' leg, which means he limps and can't fully extend one of them. This doesn't affect him in any way and he will often get the 'zoomies' to prove it. He has a great temperament with other dogs as well as cats, along with most people in general. He has been around many animals on my parent's farm, as well as socialising at the dog park and dog beach.
Full time student, part time work. I'm easy going but still clean, really friendly and outgoing but I won't get up in your space if you won't get up in mine. I've got experience living with people before and am responsible with paying bills but most of all I'd make a great roomates because we can play boardgames together! My interests includes: watching shows and movies (would love to share a netflix account), hiking, sketching and making art, swimming and keeping fit, meal preping and more! Things you need to know: I can sometimes be forgetful or scatter brained with chores - they will always be done eventually- but id be better with a roster. I'm certainly not the person who will be on your back about your dishes. I'm social and like to have people over but usually just one person at a time and we'll keep to ourselves, certainly not disrupting the house! I'm not looking for a party house just a friendly and accepting preferably like minded home :)
Sociable and respectful student, currently taking a semesters leave of absence from university and looking for work. Have been share housing in Melbourne for 3 years, I'm tidy, respectful of peoples space and absolutely never late on bills or rent. Hoping to find a private room in a household of young people who are happy to hang out every now and then or keep to themselves, preferably on the north/east side of Melbourne. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hey there! I am currently living in Malvern East and soon want to move to Heidelberg side for work and am keen to find a nice place, preferably with a private bathroom. I'm very friendly, tidy, happy to share chores, love to socialize and up for a chat but sometimes prefer my own space. I'm currently working as a scientist and I want to move in as soon as possible. Cheers :)
