I love music, enjoy swimming, hiking, camping, (plants - I have a few that will need to come with me), and performing/writing music. I won't hold any parties. An odd visit from a friend or 2 would be nice from time to time.

I work as a dog trainer, But I will be looking for a part-time job close to the location of the place I move into, as I want to create more time in my life to focus on my music career.

I will be spending some nights And afternoons performing at gigs, so there will be plenty of time for my house mate/s to have their own space.

My house vibes are clean and chill but I do like to have a laugh and a chat. Ideally, people that are not bothered by me playing/writing music in my room (But if so, I will work around you and rehearse and write when you're not home). I appreciate open communication.

Between the 3rd and 30th of June - October or longer if our living together is awesome.
Why I am a good choice: I have great references from current and previous rentals, and reliable in paying rent every week and can pay a deposit on the day of viewing.
