I have inspections booked in Southport and Labrador this week, so someone who wants to move in before mid December is preferable.
Who I am looking for: a female housemate for a 12 month lease starting February or sooner. Preferences are:
- age 30-45
- very clean
- enjoys an organised space
- appreciates nice things in the home
- not bothered by small gatherings
- has strong rental history
- location between Mermaid Beach/waters and Labrador (near the water)
- happy to pay 300 - 380 each p/w
- ok with a little dog living with us
The house I am looking for will need to include for me:
1 king sized brm + study for my electronic piano, guitars and office desk. I have premium furniture and TV, etc to put around the house so this suits someone who's willing to negotiate selling some things or I can sell if it's a situation impossible to refuse.
Items I have
(but can sell for the right living experience):
Brand new washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and fridge + dining table, rugs, bed, outdoor furniture, 4K OLED TV, surround sound, tv unit π
I also have big beautiful paintings, a bookcase, plants which I would love to be able to use/display in the home.

I love music, enjoy swimming, hiking, camping, and performing/writing music. An odd visit from a friend or 2 would be nice from time to time.
