A really bright, mid-century apartment building with a lot of big windows, and a beautiful view of the city, it's lovely to relax in the lounge room or on the balcony whilst watching the sun go down over the city skyline. Really convenient Location, short walk from Toorak village shops, and a ten minute walk from Heyington train station. There's a coin laundry in the building, along with a small storage unit for the flat, and there's plenty of street parking. Rent is $754 a month, plus internet ($20) and electric ($30-$50), as well as an initial bond payment of one month's rent.
Hey Flatties! My roomies are moving out so I'm currently looking to fill two rooms in our sunny, light, spacious, 3 bedroom, 1 bath, (separate toilet) apartment in Toorak come end of September/Early October. Rent is super cheap for where we are and being a 3 bedroom apartment splitting things 3 ways is handy. I will be looking to transfer you onto the lease (easy process). Location: One of the few apartment blocks in leafy Toorak. Walking distance to Toorak Rd and Glenferrie trams and Heyington train station. Easy and free street parking, one car park on title as well. BYO couch if you have one... Bedrooms unfurnished. Message me for more details and to arrange a time to check out the place. Look forward to meeting you soon!
21 year old student at University of Melbourne. Social and outgoing, working mostly nights in hospitality. Interested in music, sports (footy and NBA), and travel.
I am clean, neat and tidy but also very easy going - Not much phases me. I enjoy meeting new people and making new friends but also enjoy my own time. I like to contribute to household chores and maintenance and will go out of my way to help others if needed. Some of my interests include live music, playing guitar, playing basketball, baking and going for walks. I am coffee dependent. I also recently discovered an interest in puzzles. I have a few plant babies and will happily care for yours as my own if ever needed.
Hey! I’m Faiz, 27 y/o professional working full time in automatics production in south east of Melbourne. Looking for somewhere chilled during the week but social on the weekends but no way I am a party animal. My work hour are Mon to Fri 7am-4pm, which means I tend to be quite low key during the week but social and outgoing on the weekend and would really like to hangout with my housemates in range of activities while respecting their choice and personal space/time. I wake up pretty early for work so I will make sure not to make any noise and disturb others as I have been doing in the past. I am highly into outdoors, rd trips, hiking/camping specially in summer as I often organised for other people from around the globe. Also into sports and indoor games. Music is therapeutic for me and I am always down for a good meal, brunches, drinks or TV/Netflix with housemates. Also learning to play guitar these days. I’ve lived out of Home for more than 5 years on sharing with people from different backgrounds so I understand how to be respectful of others i'd be sharing a home with. I come with a car so off-street parking is a bonus otherwise on-street is just fine. Ideally looking to move into somewhere that’s going to be my new home and live with people that I can be great friends with. Would love to find gym & travel buddy in my housemates. **Lastly, I am flexible with move in dates by couple of weeks for the right place and people. As I am moving out of my own place, I can bring in some of the household stuff if needed that are like an year old. Stuff like fridge, iron, microwave, utensils, 55" curved Samsung TV etc otherwise i'll sell them** If I sound like a good fit then please contact me so we can have a little chat to arrange an inspection/meetup and see how it goes. Cheers!
Hey there, So I'm a 27 year old male who has just landed a job in the CBD. I am a weekend security guard in a venue in Richmond and ill be working mon-fri. I am very clean and have a mild case of OCD which i see as a blessing. I love to have a good time but really love my down time. Really easy to get along with and adjust to different situations really conveniently. Would love to come through and see a room available and get to know my new housemate.. Cheers
Hello, my name is Charlotte! I am 18 years old but am very mature for my age. I have also lived in share houses before so I understand what needs to be done to maintain a happy and clean home and environment. I always pay my bills on time and am financially stable. I am currently working 5 jobs. I work at cattery (cat motel), am a dog walker, a reptile handler, baby sitter and also a dancer. Due to all of my jobs, I am a very busy person. I do come home at late hours after work (2am-7am) so you will have to take that into consideration if you decide to message me. In saying this though I make sure that I am quiet when I arrive/if I move about. Since I get home at such late hours, I usually wake up at about 1pm, go to work come back at 6pm then go out for work again. I do have Sundays and part of Monday off so I like to relax at home on these days. I am looking for a housemate/housemates that I can occasionally have a drink with, talk to, share meals or watch a movie with. I am a vegetarian and love to make currys, pasta and random delicious concoctions. I also make waaaay too much so I tend to freeze the leftovers or share it (: My ideal home would be clean, close to public transport (70/75 trams, train stations), and have a calm but happy vibe. I am looking for a room which is ideally 3mx4m or larger and has an ensuite. I am currently looking in Toorak, South Yarra, Hawthorn, Richmond (close to bridge road), Burnley, Camberwell, Carlton, Southbank and possibly surrounding suburbs. I can pay one month rent up front with the bond the day I move in.
Hey, my name is Anne. I'm international student. I'm vegetarian, not smoking, not drinking and not on drugs 😁 I play violin and flute, and I really enjoy swimming (even tho I'm not a good one). Not bragging, but if someone asking me great thing about me is, I'm a good person to talk to 😉.. but sometimes I can be a lil awkward and rambling when I'm nervous hehe.. Anyway, I actually more interesting with team ups as I may know a couple places that have a great deal to live in.. send me a message and let's see how's it go no call please, only text
Hey there. We are Ben and Toni and we are a pair of teachers from the UK, currently heading to Melbourne for the second half(ish) of our working holiday visas. We’ve both lived with a range of different people and think we’re both pretty adaptable and genuinely easy to get along with. We are always clean (especially because we’ve both lived with “those people” who aren’t) and we love to cook! Often we’ll keep ourselves to ourselves, but we also really love to chat (especially Ben who can talk for hours)! All in all, we think we’re pretty easy to live with and will hopefully help to make wherever we live a happy place (super cheesy, I know)!
Hi everyone, my name is Blair :) I've never lived out of home before and keen to move out in the next couple of months as I have recently started working fulltime. Currently living in Glen Waverley with family. I'm very independent, capable and reliable. Currently working Mon-Fri as an Occupational Therapist, and waitressing once a week at night. I am a tidy person, able to stay on top of housework can cook basic meals, and one of my passions is eating out and trying new cuisines. I am also a keen traveler. Would always be respectful of communal areas and maintain cleanliness. Love a glass of white wine and cheese platter. Love socialising with others but also like my alone time. Goes to the gym a few times a week, not overly obsessed by it though. Likes to read in spare time, watch Netflix, go shopping or go for a walk Loves music + coffee Not overly phased by modernity of house, must be clean though. Ideally looking for housemates around same age and not picky about gender :)

+ Interior Designer + Easy going, no drama type + Friendly & considerate of others + Take pride in my home I've just moved down to Melbourne from Brisbane with a new design job which has me working full-time in Richmond! I'm looking to live in a house with a reasonable commute to the Richmond office... the more suburban the better- I really like Kew/Camberwell/Ashburton areas. My ideal would be to start a share house in a light filled, clean and spacious house, with other young professionals that are nice and down to earth. Looking forward to getting a good thing going! x
I am an easy going, friendly and social housemate who works full time and studies online. I’m not noisy or messy or things like that and I’m always up for a laugh!
