Hi, I'm Rob, 29, Currently studying Project Management at Swinburne and working part time in the sports and events industries. Outside of work and study I'm quite active and try to get out mountain biking on most days. I'm clean, respectful of others and financially reliable Love animal's so that would be a bonus if you had any :)
Hey, I'm Eesh, I moved to Melbourne a year and half ago spontaneously from London. I love it here and plan on staying for a while. I'm very friendly, sociable, super clean and tidy. I'm known for being a big foodie and a bit of a whizz in the kitchen so you're in for some good feeds living with me! I like to keep things clean and tidy so I'll always wipe down the kitchen counter after I've used it. I work full-time for an advertising agency in South Melbourne and have a pretty busy work/life schedule working Mon-Fri. I'm looking to live in a home opposed to a house with no soul. I want to live with sociable housemates who are happy to hang out occasionally. I enjoy a night out, film nights, beach days, keeping fit, travelling, dancing, dinner parties and BBQ's and of course - vino! Equally, I really enjoy my 'me' time and am very respectful of personal space and privacy. Not looking for a party house either, I want my home to be a home. Drop me a line if you have a room going and feel I'd be a good roomie :-) Cheers, Eesh
Hey, My names Eliza. I'm a student in Brisbane studying business and law but have deferred this semester to work and live the remainder of the year in Melbourne! Very relaxed kind of girl, love to explore and socialise but appreciate my own time too!
I'm a registered nurse working at the Alfred hospital, i do shift work which means my time at home varies from week to week. I grew up in East Gippsland and have lived in various other places before moving to Melbourne at the start of the year. I am friendly and easy to get along with and looking for something a bit closer to work, to shorten the commute and take full advantage of the Melbourne lifestyle. I am looking for somewhere with housemates i can be friends with but not a party house. I am also an avid cook and love to travel :)
im Brian, I'm a community services worker and studying counselling, into cooking, keeping fit with swimming and gym, being social. I also have a car and would need somewhere to park it. I'm clean considerate and tidy. No drugs, smoke free, non drinker. I would be interested in house trained people who are clean and tidy, ok with alone quiet time and to chat as well, mature minded, non smoking house, with no drugs or binge drinking. Jay Jay is a 12 years old black cat, he doesn't scratch furnishings. He is more of a dog personality as he loves interacting and being friendly. He has toys an is playful. I'm very flexible with him, have never asked my housemates to look after him, I'm clean and tidy with him. 6 month preferred length of stay possible to stay longer. Let me know if your interested. Cheers, Brian
I love socializing, doing yoga and pilates, go out for a drink or a bite to eat but I also enjoy some time at the house and relax, listening to music and cooking! I am here on a work holiday visa, but I got flown over to work as a PA and Nanny in Malvern. I am part-time living in (so one week I will be there Thursday till Monday morning and the next week Wednesday till Friday). At the moment I am sleeping in Hostels in Melbourne and trying out different areas, well actually I only stayed in CBD until now! Anyway! I would love to find an apartment where I can leave my stuff and enjoy my free nights! Not to far from Malvern, because I still have to go back and forth on the days I don't sleep there! Somewhere between Malvern and CBD. I am pretty laid back and off course I clean up after myself! Moving date is not important and the lenght of my stay depends on how long I will be in Melbourne! But probably 9 months up to a year in melbourne
Hey everyone, I’m looking to team up with one or two people to establish a new house with (open to to existing places too). :) I don't really mind who you are or what things you like doing, the only traits i'm really looking for are people who are laidback, open-minded and considerate of personal boundaries like privacy and comfort zones- if we get along well, nothing else is a concern for me. I'd like to establish a cosy home atmosphere where everyone can feel genuinely "at home" and not just staying somewhere, and where there's no constant pressure to socialize but the opportunity is always there- it'd be great to live with people who can give you space but also have a good chat with. I love doing things that involve film, TV/Netflix, games and outings such as live music events- and especially love it when there's other people to do it with, so flatmates who'd like to do those things are a bonus. I'm also open to lots of other stuff- if you want to drag me over to an art gallery, help you make miracles in the kitchen (can't promise i'm great with that) or head to a basketball court- i'm also willing to do that if you convince me. :') I don't care if you're alternative, sporty, artsy, introvert or extrovert, it's all totally fine- anyone that's kind and open-minded is good in my books. :) If you think we might get along, send me a message so we can chat- and possibly make plans if we do get along well. :) (Oh, if you're worried about my age and capacity for living independently- i've already adjusted to adult life so i'm fine in that regard. Suburbs/move date are flexible.)
Inner-city living and fantastic location. It's a generously sized 2 bedroom apartment with the following facilities: - fully furnished - modest double bedroom with wardrobe - brand new bathroom with overhead rain showerhead (my favourite) - fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop - generous combined living/dining room - ground level access - wireless internet (high speed cable) - washing machine & dryer - balcony with BBQ Nestled in the heart of Toorak, you're only a stones throw away to everything you need. - 500m walk to Toorak Village (supermarket, cafes and restaurants) - Tram stop at your door step allows quick and easy access to popular Chapel Street Precinct with an abundance of cafes, shops and restaurant and surrounding suburbs such as South Yarra, Prahran, Richmond and the CBD - 15min walk to Heyington Train Station
I work in a studio in St Kilda and am looking to find a place closer to work so I can spend less time commuting. Because let's face it, who wants to spend their precious time in traffic? Although I will definitely miss the entertaining and often comical mishaps of peak hour, preserving my sanity is more important which has led me to create this profile. Currently most of my homely belongings are in storage. I come with appliances, couches, utensils, rugs and everything in between (I'm also house trained). Although if not needed this stuff can stay in storage. I can't cook but will often be seen trying. If you like to live dangerously you can accept my offer to have some, but please note; I will not be held accountable for any damages yourself or the bathroom incur. Consider this a disclaimer. I am an avid gamer and try to keep my in-game rage cursing to a minimum so as not to disrupt the equilibrium. Playing games is required of me for "work research purposes"... so technically it is still adulting. I also have a fantastic collection of memes that I am more than happy to share with everyone. Most importantly I am a super clean dude! My room is usually in disarray but I always make a conscious effort to keep my clutter out of communal spaces for the happiness of all. Also, if I destroy the kitchen trying to prepare one of my tasteless meals I can rebuild it as I used to be a tradie. I am very tolerant to all traits, except rudeness. That sucks and has no place on this earth. For my line of work and the fact that sometimes I work from home, decent internet with large download allowances is generally a must. I know I'm probably reaching too far here given Australia's woeful connections but having just spent the last year somewhere with the worst internet... I would like to move on from that experience. I don't take myself too seriously, I love what I do for a living, I think I should drink wine more often, I can shake my eyeballs and I love miniature long-haired sausage dogs. Here are a few keywords to describe me: Imgur, Trance, Coffee, Seasonal, Bearded, Positive, Generous, Chill, Sound, Music, Lucky, Respectful.
Ciao! A driven young professional. Very respectful and always fun. I take what I do seriously but myself not as much. Weekdays consists of working, gym and eating out. Weekends are more for socialising, shenanigans and trips down to the coast. Very easy going and generous with the things I have. Having hailed from a big family and recently living with my sister, I have the utmost respect for one's privacy. Fun successful culture with positive people is all that I'm after. Talk soon... -Mike
Looking to team up females (current residence is going up for sale). I will be looking in Toorak, Armadale, South Yarra, Prahran, Malvern areas. Also open to getting a lease together for a new place if we are suited. My intentions are long term, not looking to move around. I work full time in the CBD. Quiet, clean, respectful, I occasionally go out for drinks/dinner on the weekends, gym, and travel to Queensland a few times a year to visit family. I'm easy going and upfront, not fussed with politics, as long as you have respect for me as I will for you I'm happy. If you think we would be a good match or I would fit well into your household please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you, Bianca
Hi, Im from New Zealand! I work in Events, Marketing and Design for a salon/branding corp, you'll never have to buy shampoo ever again. I got you ;) Looking for a place with a move in date in late October/early November as Im being transferred to our Melbourne office. I'll be working in Boxhill and Camberwell so ideally somewhere close to trains would be perfect.. I'm flexible when it comes to rent and bond. I have a house-trained cat called Coco, she's pretty chilled out and independent. We both are. Looking for a place that's social, has great chat but that is also relaxed. I'm clean, organised and super friendly. Any questions or team ups hmu :):):)
Hello future house mate(s) I'm a 27 y/o I.T professional. Will always pay bills on time, clean, respect privacy and considerate. Party days are well behind me but always keen for a chat, social drink or a meal out. Was asked to move to Melbourne by my company to look after a couple of projects and gladly accepted. Looking forward to exploring this place.. Have just arrived in Melbourne so available to view rooms. Ideally I'll be sharing the place with 1-2 other persons, have an ensuite and can fit a desk in my room as I tend to work nights/from home on the rare occasion. I do a lot of travel for work so you will often have the place to yourself.
Hi there, Just moved down from Brisbane, where I've willingly chosen to give up the endless sunshine for the freezing cold and rainy days of Melbourne. I'm very passionate about a clean kitchen and paying bills on time as I like being organised. I work part time and study part time. My professional background is in start up management and software services. Not really into partying but I am always up for some few bevs after work. I am also a non-smoker. I don't think I'll be home too much in my spare time as I'll be out getting to know Melbourne. Other interests include making Simpsons references whenever possible and following sports, especially cricket and NFL. Yet to pick a footy team though, so I'll need some guidance on who not to follow!
Hello! I know what you're thinking: 'this will be another standard profile', well fear not for I am not what I seem to be! Yes I'm a student, yes I'm early twenties and yes I'm Asian but you wouldn't know that I am also a student with a decent job, very mature for my age and actually an Australian born citizen? I suppose you could say about me that 'there's more than what meets the eye'. Want to find out more? Send through a message if you have a room or are looking to team up with me in the South Yarra/Toorak/Hawthorn areas 😁
You can call me Kat. Things I love: pasta, wine, the outdoors, netflix, music festivals/gigs, art. Things I don't love: Mushrooms. I'm currently living in Brisbane, however am relocating to Melbourne the 17th of September.I also work full time as an Admin Assistant and will be looking for the same work in Melbourne. Hi, My name is Kirby, I'm an Analyst at an investment firm in the CBD. I'm in the process of transferring to New York for work ..future free accomodation ;) I'm looking for a place to stay; probably 3 months, possibly a few more BUT (please don't give up on me yet) I'm more than happy to help find someone suitable to replace me when the time comes. I'm also completing my MBA, so will be pretty chilled around the house / in my room studying a bit, or staying back at work since I'm becoming the procrastination queen at home. Weekends I'm always at the gym and out for brunch with my friends etc. I go to the gym before work everyday, but I'm extremely quiet and I'm out the door within 10 minutes of waking up. I'd be more than happy to pay bond, give a month notice when I move etc, although I don't really want to go on a lease given my situation. Thanks, Kirby
I'm easy going & down to earth, always keen for a chat but also respect each others privacy. Clean & tidy. Always pay my rent on time. Looking for a private room not far from CBD area. Parking needed/street parking is fine :) No couples cheers!
