My Ideal House I am an honest and trustworthy law student. I am hoping to find some other law students to share or team up with. My ideal house would be quiet, especially at night. (I don’t watch television, play music, drink or smoke). I would love to live with other law students/working professionals who would be up for a chat (and to bounce law-related ideas off one another) over a meal or a game of chess.

We are a group of friends looking to move out of a hostel into a property until approximately end of December, with the option of extending our stay until Feb/March. 2 x English females 1 x New Zealander female 2 x Scottish males
Ian is 27, from Scotland and has been in Australia since February 2017. He is a roof tiler, works full time and has a job lined up for when we arrive! Gabby is 29, is just about to graduate nursing and has accepted a position at a hospital to start in early February next year. Originally from Melbourne but has been living on the Sunshine Coast since March 2017 for a little break and to study. We also have a little cat called Pippa, who is very friendly, cuddly and quiet. She will probably head butt you for pats, but other then that, she's pretty chill. (She will for sure stalk you if you're eating ham though) We are both very easy to live with, very tidy and aware that we are sharing a space with other people and to be respectful of that. We also get down with wine and socialising but just not every weekend anymore ... you know .. saving and that. We are moving around the 15th of December as that is when our current share house lease ends, so would be in Melbourne a few days after that! PS. I tried to upload a photo of the two of us but it cropped me out so you have a lovely close up of Ian and it won't let me change it lol. Apparently, it likes him more than me.
I am a socially outgoing 23 year old with a rental history for 2.5 years in Melbourne. I tend to make conversations easier but also respect personal space. I am employed at Coles and also work as a teaching assistant.
Hey guys, Just recently moved over from Perth to start a new job in the finance industry. I’m an energetic, honest, and reliable guy who enjoys a chat, but also has the empathic qualities needed to respect other people’s privacy. I own a property in Perth which is currently tenanted, therefore have a decent amount of extra cash to ensure rent is always paid on schedule! Clean & tidy individual Garage would be desirable, however off-street parking is also sufficient.
My name is Alexandre. Me and my girlfriend (Paula) are looking for a place to share for at least three months in Melbourne (it can be extended). We have been dating for a long time and we are friendly and tidy! We like our privacy but we also like to hang out sometimes, drink some good beer/wine listen to music, go to bars etc. We will be working full and part time/studying.
A human.Being. I’m a creature of contradictions—An athletic bookworm, a night owl who’s an early riser, and an active guy who loves to be lazy on Sunday mornings. Currently, I’m looking for great housemates, a bed, working WI-FI and a roof over my head (walls would be nice too) till I find my own apartment in Melbourne. • I am very clean but not obsessive about it; I tidy after myself • I don’t watch much TV other than rugby and classic movies • I enjoy discovering recipes and I’m always interested in learning new things whether it’s history, docies, the guitar or heading downtown to check out a band I’ve probably never heard of—the weirder the better. Let me know if I can crash at yours or just give me some tips on some great recipes.
Hello ! Arrived since 2 weeks in Australia, Caroline and I are looking for roommates or sharing house from November 23 on Melbourne (preferably neighborhoods: Fitzroy, Brunswick, Toorak). Yes we are a couple but not the kind that is embarrassing to hang out with🕯. We are independent and chill, and as in the "real life" we expect to have each one our life (jobs, activities, friends, etc.). We used to lived in sharing house for years each on our side, but also 1 year and a half with two roomies who can confirm that we are first quality roommates 🙃 Above that we like to cook, going out, sports, well, doing things all the time ( Netflix marathon included) but on household level and sharing task we are right as well (Caroline has rotten food phobia so... no fear about cleaning). MP if interested to build up or take over a lease 😏
Heey, all I'm from Brazil and i intend to stay in Melbourne for a six months. My girlfriend lives in Melbourne and we are looking for a room for us. I think it's funny to say that, but I'm clean and organized. That should be the basics, but it's good to make it clear. I don't smoke and if you are, ok. I don't care lol
I'm an easy going person moving down to Melbourne from Brisbane. I love a good chat over a glass of wine but appreciate mine and others space. I am very clean and respectful and love being out and about. I enjoy keeping active and love to cook on the weekends.
Hey there! I have just accepted a new role in Melbourne so am making the move from sunny Brisbane in November. I work in marketing Mon - Fri and am pretty chilled during the week. On weekends I am keen to check out all the foodie hot spots and adventure around Melbourne. I love the outdoors, keeping active, red wine and home cooking! Super chilled, tidy and looking for somewhere I can come home to relax.
Background My name is Will and I am excited to say I am about to move in with my other half, however that means it’s with an incredibly heavy heart that I have to put my bedroom up for rent and say goodbye to this amazing apartment, which for the last 3.5 years I have called ‘home’. I’m Lisa, I’m relocating to Melbourne with my two small chihuahuas - so looking for a household that love dogs! I’ve got a car, but won’t be bringing my furniture over with me. I work full time, I’m tidy, easy going, and I’ve done the sharehouse thing before :) I am currently employed full time (I have been working in the same job for 8 years)
Hi all, I moved down to Melbourne from Queensland at the start of last year to start work as a physiotherapist. I love what Melbourne has to offer so would prefer to be closer to the city. I've lived in share houses for a few years and have been lucky enough to share with some pretty great people. Happy sharing responsibilities but am a terrible cook.. I'm always up for adventures and exploring and ideally would like a place that feels like home, so would love to find someone social to move in with that could become a friend rather than just housemates. I also have a car so I would be looking for somewhere that at least had on-street parking. If anyone is looking to team up I'd be super keen as well. Preferably in a 3 bedroom place to split costs more but open to anything. Please only contact me on the website as right now I'm living in flight mode. I may take a couple of days to reply as I'm in and out of wifi! Ideally looking to move December or January.
I will be joining Swinburne University from this November as a Ph.D. Student in Astrophysics. I am from India. I will be studying(working) full-time for my research at the university. I am usually a quiet person who understands the importance of personal space. You will mostly find me reading, and enjoying nature. I love walking and staying active and don't smoke/drugs. I would love to interact and learn from people of different cultures. I would love to travel and explore as much as I can.
Inner-city living with fantastic location. Ideally looking for a responsible housemate looking to stay for 3-6 months. Hey Hey, I’m Karo and moved from Perth to Melbourne about a year ago. I rented an apartment with a friend and our lease runs out on the 19th of November:) I'm looking for an empty private room with a BIR for a long term stay. I’m German but have been living here for 4 1/2 years and have rented my own apartment before so I’m happy to take over a lease or even rent a new place if anyone is keen. The places I’m looking at staying would be city, Richmond, abbotsford, kew, hawthorn, toorak, southbank, south Melbourne. I’m pretty easy going, clean and responsible. I work on weekends though so I’m looking for a quieter place:) Can’t wait to hear from you Karo
