Hey everyone, I’m looking for a room near Hawthorn- flexible with length of stay/suburbs and open to teamups. :) I don't really mind who you are or what things you like doing, the only traits i'm really looking for are people who are laidback, open-minded and considerate of personal boundaries like privacy and comfort zones- if we get along well, nothing else is a concern for me. ...and punctuality with rent/housekeeping, but I suppose that's a given. 😌 I'd like to establish a cosy home atmosphere where everyone can feel genuinely "at home" and not just staying somewhere, and where there's no constant pressure to socialize but the opportunity is always there- it'd be great to live with people who can give you space but also have a good chat with. I love doing things that involve film, music, games and outings such as live events- and especially love it when there's other people to do it with, so flatmates who'd like to do those things are a bonus. If those things aren't really your cup of tea, i'm also open to new things and don't really drag people into my personal hobbies anyway. I don't care if you're alternative, sporty, artsy, introvert or extrovert, it's all totally fine- anyone that's kind and open-minded is good in my books. :) If you think we might get along, send me a message so we can chat- and possibly make plans if we do get along well. :) (Oh, if you're worried about my age and capacity for living independently- i've already adjusted to adult life so i'm fine in that regard, not a big spender. I also have an excellent rental history that I can provide references for upon request.)
Hi! I'm Charlotte, I'm 29 years old and looking for a lovely flat to rent near the Armadale area. My move date is flexible but ideally I'd like to move end of December/beginning of January. I moved to Melbourne from London back in January and work full-time in marketing for BOUNCE Inc. I'm a pretty laid back person, relatively quiet and very tidy. I love cooking, reading, a cheeky bit of Netflix and the odd night out. I'm a non-smoker, reluctant gym goer and definitely enjoy a glass of wine every now and then. Hoping to find some great flatmates!
Top floor apartment. Beautiful city views. High ceilings. Light filled rooms throughout the day. Five minutes walk to Toorak Village and tram stop. Your room is HUGE. No build in wardrobe. We do have one garage. It's currently used as shared storage, although this could be negotiated if need be. The toilet / laundry is separate from the bathroom. There is a smaller fourth room, used as a study.
Hey Guys, Its pretty important to me I can set up shop with some rad fellas/gals and hopefully around the listed areas, but open to suggestions. I come complete list of Friday afternoon drinks and my complied best beer and burger combos in Melbourne (subjectively opinionated) Scored pretty well in my house training traineeship so you can expect all the good stuff of a quality housemate and I have lived in all girl houses previously so when you need something squashed, moved or someone to anwser the door my hand will go straight up. I'm always down for a hang or a cheeky pint and will often grab my camera and go on an adventure until I get lost But eventually find myself back home with a good story! I'd love to hear about you if you think I might be a good fit otherwise good luck with the hunt! :)

I'm a full time vet in my late 20s. I'm a clean, easy going and responsible house mate; I've been sharing houses since I was 18 in different countries so I'm very flexible and considerate of others' space/privacy and like to enjoy a clean, cosy house. I'm quite independent and busy with work but I'm always up for drinks or coffee or meals with housemates if we're all around. When I'm not at work I like to do a mix of indoor and outdoor activities, catch up with friends, cooking :)
