Hey guys, I'm Mitchell. I've lived in a rural town my whole life so I'm long overdue for a change of scenery. I won't be moving until mid to late June, but its better to be organised. I consider myself to be a pretty nice guy, I value my friends and I'm happy to go out of my way to help somebody out (if you're upset, I'll probably just quote Simpsons until you smile). When I move I will be studying Animation, so between that and working I won't be in the house all that often. When I am at home you will find me reading a book, gaming, cruising through netflix, or listening to podcasts. I consider myself to be a pop culture fiend, so if you like Game of Thrones, Rick and Morty, or anything inbetween throw me a bone. I like to keep quite active and I regularly go to the gym. I do play around with the guitar a little bit aswell, so if you are a muso and want to jam that would be lovely too. Ideally, I would love to live with 2 or 3 other people to expand my social circle (I'm leaving all my friends behind ):) I do have a couple bits of furniture I they are needed (table and chairs, lounge, tv, ps4) If you think I'll fall in with your bunch, please consider me.
I'm currently studying Advertising at RMIT, and looking for somewhere to live in the inner suburbs/city! I'm originally from Australia but have been living in New Zealand for the past 12 years. I'm an easy going and reliable person, enjoy meeting new people but am very self dependant. At the moment all bills are being taken care of by my parents, so don't need to worry about me being an unreliable student who doesn't pay on time! I love everything from sports, music and movies, can really get along with anyone! :) Flexible about moving times, but keen to move in somewhere sooner rather than later.
Hi we are a professional couple from NZ Who have just moved to stunning Melbourne for work. We are tidy, non smokers and do not party. We re looking for a short stay furnished, clean &tidy accommodation preferably with utilities included please contact feel free to contact us anytime.
I'm just your average 24 year old :) I work Monday - Friday and enjoy hanging out with my mates on the weekend. When I'm not working or hanging out with my mates I like going to the gym, travelling and checking out the sights of Melbourne (told you I was average haha). I'm looking to move into a flat where I can hangout with my other flatties rather than keeping to ourselves (although I appreciate space is needed from time to time). I have been flatting for the last 5 years so I know all the do's and don'ts an appreciate a clean space. If you've got any questions, please don't hesitate to send me a message! Hope to speak to you soon :)
This rom is available for three month commencing 16th of Jun. It is an all female home , it is a newish modern light and bright three bedroom house close to all amenities, Tram Kooyong Railway Station, Shopping strip and Toorak Rd. & minutes to Malvern, or Hawthorn 10 Minutes to Camberwell, in short an unbeatable position Modern house with modern furnishings, very large veranda, French windows (floor to ceiling) with trees outside the windows. Granite Mile kitchen. Marble bathroom with Jacuzzi. TV and new Fridge, New Washing machine and dryer light and bright in a quite side street, carpeted throughout, in short a great place to stay and hard to find any better. A real home to come home to after the grind of every day- The room is the master bedroom with its own bathroom and a King Size bed! So big you could get lost in it with a desk and a printer in the room (theowners room) away overseas- PS While we love animals, we are sorry, but there is no room for any animals.
We are Sarah and Jamie a couple originally from the UK. Sarah works in the city in an office Monday to Friday and Jamie works at a bar/restaurant/cafe doing various shifts. We are friendly and easygoing, equally love socialising and also chilling out. We are tidy and considerate and want to share with people who are too.
Hey guys I'm Belinda! I'm a relaxed, easy going person who is looking for a private room. I work full time as a lawyer, I'm clean (I pull my fair share of the chores and then some), respectful and I always pay bills on time. Always up for making new friends, but also enjoy my own space as well. Hoping to share a happy place with likeminded people. I also have a little pug/staffi who is 13 years old, so looking for a place where people love dogs. If you have any other questions feel free to ask!
I am easy going (I think) and since I will be studying, I won't be loud and disruptive. I also am a people person and enjoy socializing a lot. However It is worth noting that I won't be staying in a house with animals due to strong allergies. Thanks for your time and consideration. Alex
Hey guys, Looking for a place for me and my fat, cuddly cat called Trips. I'll be moving to Melbourne from Brisbane around mid-June to start my Masters at Monash (Caulfield campus) so move-in date is relatively flexible. I'm super laid back and sociable, but can also really enjoy my personal time. I'm an Indonesian-Australian who grew up in France/Switzerland and love meeting people from all over. Looking for housemates that enjoy sharing a meal, a beer or a glass of wine (or three) from time to time and who can spark up interesting conversation! I'll be new to the area, so would definitely appreciate someone willing to explore Melbourne a bit with me! Send me a message if you think we'd get along! X
I am easy going and very easy to live with. I am reliable when it comes to rent and bills. I am an actor and I also work in a bar and in theatre production, so I am generally pretty busy. I am a very social person but I also love my down time too, I consider my life to be balanced. I am looking to move pretty soon so please don't be shy! :)
Hi there I am a 25 year old Australian relocating to Melbourne. I'm laid back, quiet and clean. I will be working nights in hospitality but are quiet when I arrive home. I am interested in most inner city suburbs and a lease of 3-6 months.
Hello! So, you’ve got a room and need it filled… Look no further because I'm your solution! Why me you may ask? Well let me summarise: - Student; although I can be quiet and studious, I am quite sociable! Good times guaranteed! - Avid Cook; who doesn’t like a flatmate who can actually cook restaurant quality food?? I like decent wine too haha :D - Thrilling Chatterbox; when it comes to topics, I’m a jack-of-all-trades and master of none – all chats are fair game :) - Clean, tidy, considerate, friendly, no pets, non-smoker, not a major party animal; yawn, the usual… - Financially sound; A student who is financially sound??? Yes please! Rent is always paid on time without fuss :) - Local citizen; no visas or any restrictions here! 100% Aussie born n’ bred so I’m deffs looking for long term (i.e. til the end of the year). Obviously I’m just the perfect flatmate that you’ve been looking for (oh, I've got experience living away from home too!) . Hit me up and I’m sure we can smooth out a few things. Optimally, I’d be looking to rent a room in in Hawthorn/South Yarra/Toorak with people who are relatively like-minded :) Fairly flexible with the move in date :) Cheerio and I know you'll make the right decision XD, Kameron
Heyy, I am a pretty outgoing guy that that works hard and enjoys socialising on the weekends. I am clean, tidy and respectful of other people. I have just been trekking in Nepal for the last month and now back in Melbourne to find a good crew to live with. I'm looking for like minded people that enjoy the occasional drink with their housemates. I'm a site manager for a construction company that mainly focuses on apartment developments. I really enjoy my work.
In a nutshell: I'm a house trained, full-time student at Swinburne, part-time waitress, and a full-time funny person. (Note: Sorry for the dark-ish photo) A little more detail: I'm a 19 year old social sciences student (at Swinburne, Hawthorn) housing the soul of someone who is far older than I am. I have a very steady part-time job as a waitress working the dinner shift in a beautiful little restaurant in Toorak. I grew up in Adelaide and have moved to Melbourne for better universities and employment opportunities. I have lived out of home for over 6 months now, and have been paying rent to a parent/house mate for over one year (A grand total of 1.5 years!), and am extremely organised when it comes to paying rent/utilities. I am generally a clean and tidy person, especially when it comes to communal areas. I'm also very respectful of the privacy as others, although I am more than happy to catch up with roommates for some good food and cheeky bevs. In my free time I like to catch up with friends (cliche, I know), go travelling, hiking, take photos, play video games, eat reasonably healthy food and sometimes you might even catch me doing some form of exercise. I'm really looking for a place I can feel really comfortable in, and I'd love to get along well with my future house/flat mates. Feel free to send me a message if you're interested!
27yo working full time in Real Estate. Looking to move inner cbd suburbs at the end of May/June (which is when my current lease expires). I'm not home much during the work week but love to go out the occasional weekend but also love staying in. I am super easy going, yet incredibly clean and tidy and very respectful of peoples privacy and possessions. Looking to team up with another female and potentially look for a 2 bed 2 bath unit or apartment together. My budget would be around the $250-$275p/w mark. I also have a new fridge and washing machine as well as a couch and dining table.
I'm a tidy, down to earth person who gets along with most people. I keep pretty busy during the week with work, gym, yoga, and catching up with friends. I prefer to live with flat mates who are fairly open and social, and don't spend all their time in their bedroom. Am not a party animal and am all about everything in moderation.
Hello, FlatMatties! I am an international student living in Melbourne from last month. I am doing my bachelors from La Trobe University Bundoora Campus and working part time at collins street. I am looking for a place cheap to live. and I am pretty much comfortable with room share or flatshare option. I am mostly out for work or studies and just come back in the night. I am a pretty much welcoming guy and don't have any racial/ religious/ nationality/ gender preferences. I like to party once a while or go out on weekend to beaches or maybe exploring the city but don't worry if the house vibe is not party like I will respect other people's comfort. As I am new in the city I would love to meet people who like to have a conversation with a drink once in a while but at the same time can give me some alone time. I am looking somewhere in the CBD area or any surrounding suburbs from where the commute time to city is 10-20 minutes. I am more than willing to rent out a place of our own and start a share house with like minded people. I am actually looking for long term place but my lease at current place will expire on 15th May and by 15th June I will be going to Canberra for 4-6 weeks. So it will be nice if something can be figured out regarding my vacations in that period otherwise I will be notifying you 2 weeks before moving out.

Im a Kiwi who has just moved to Melbourne for work. I am an artwork designer and I will be looking to live close to Richmond (within 30min of Burnley station on public transport). I am fun, friendly, social and enjoy a quiet drink or BBQ but I am not a party animal. Im also clean, tidy and great in the kitchen. I am working full time, reliable, clean and tidy. I enjoy having a wine and BBQ, watching a movie or heading out for a coffee, drink or brunch together occasionally :) I am moving over with with my dog Sadie, so would like to live with people who already have a dog. She is a 2 year old Pomeranian, little dog with a big personality. She's super playful, well behaved and great with other dogs. House trained and has great references.
Hi there! I'm a postgraduate student at Unimelb, and I'm looking for a private room, but I'm open to sharing a room with the right person. Looking for something that's close to public transport - this is pretty important to me. A furnished room is preferred, as I haven't got furniture with me. Move-in date is flexible. I do have to study a lot, so I'll need a quiet place because I'm one of those people who just can't study with noise :( but in my downtime I'd love to chat and have a laugh with my flatmates! I'm looking to make friends and not just to fill a room :) I'm a very positive and friendly person. I love a good laugh and enjoy dad jokes/puns/memes :P I keep my stuff (and the house) neat and clean. When I'm not studying I'm reading, or watching TV shows or movies. Huge cricket fan, and will watch and enjoy pretty much any sport :D I'm new to the city so I'd also like to explore the place but haven't really got round to it yet haha! I hope I've covered everything (these things are hard to write!). Please message me if there's anything you'd like to know :) Cheers, Ally
