Hi, We have one bedroom available in our 2 bedroom apartment. We are looking for a single person as our apartment would feel a bit cramped with another couple, but you will have a bathroom to yourself. It is a good sized room which has a double bed, a desk, and a built-in wardrobe. A car bay in the secure underground garage is also available for no extra charge. All bills and internet (high speed unlimited NBN) are also included. The apartment is situated right across the road from Highett train station (where there is also bus stop), shops (Woolwoorths and Hunky dory literally downstairs! Very convenient) and the growing Highett Rd restaurant and bar strip. Also very close to Westfield Southland shopping center (now just one stop by train with the new Southland station open!), 30-45 minutes by train to city and just 4km from Sandringham Harbour beach. Please note that proximity to the train station and Highett restaurant strip does expose this apartment to some noise. We are looking for a happy easy going person who is clean and respectful. Please feel free to send me a message if you have any questions or would like to inspect our place.
Hey there! My name is Abby. I work full time in South Melb. I own the most friendly and adorable red toy poodle named kumo, he's house trained and his breed doesn't shed hair. I am a dancer, go to church on Thursdays and Sundays and love to explore VIC when uni isn't so hectic. I am clean, a non smoker, don't really party hardcore but I am quite social. I am getting a car in the near future but im flexible with parking options. Ideally I'm looking for a place for me and my poodle. Cheers!
Friendly and reliable, I am thoughtful of others and enjoy doing my own thing independently or having a chat and coffee with housemates. Work in the healthcare field. Looking for a place that is relatively quiet, not a party house. I like the beach, movies, and spending time with friends and family. I like animals, I would like to have a kitten, but know not all places allow animals.
A long term couple looking for a home closer to both work and our studies. Very friendly and easy-going couple. We are both very reliable, honest and caring people. Don't like drama or conflict, just enjoy living relaxed, fun and easy-going lives.
I'm honest, friendly, easy to get along with though I do tend to keep to myself and always clean up after myself. I'm new to house sharing but due to how my life has played out over past few years I really need to find some sort of accommodation that has some security behind it and not find myself having to move again in a couple weeks or months time. I have been doing domestic cleaning for myself for over 10 years and still do some cleaning for a couple of clients from when I had my own small business. I work five days a week at a butchers/deli in Hampton starting at midday and finish at 6pm each night. Once I've been able to obtain accommodation in or around my preferred locations my hours at work will be increased. I don't own a car, therefore I do walk a lot, around 160km a month plus I also rely on public transport.
I moved to Melbourne 5 months ago. I'm looking for a long term place to live while I work a 9 hour a day childcare job
I'm a student pilot at Moorabbin Airport and Swinburne University as well as a part time worker, so my schedule is often very busy during the semesters. I'm neat and pretty quiet often liking to spend time relaxing and recuperating when I'm home. Although I'm not the party type, I don't mind engaging in conversations and making new friends. I'm looking for a place with car parking available as I need it to get to the Airport and work, but also accessible to public transport to get to uni and go into the city during leisure time.
We are looking for a room for just a couple of nights a week for a couple of months. We have a home out of Melbourne but will need to stay in town a few nights a week Nov, Dec. We are hardly around on weekends as we spend it at our country property. We do have a medium size dog but she is 10 yrs old and completely house trained. If she is not welcome she can stay at our business in Moorabbin.
I am an outgoing, responsible and clean individual. I like both socialising and just chilling by myself so very easy going. Rent is always paid on time.
Hello there! My name is Ben. I live a very busy life, work in the security industry (daytime) mon-fri, and also part time uni student studying maths and stats. Very friendly, open minded, easy to get along with, love animals but don't have any...have a wide range of interests/hobbies from chess, bridge, boxing, tennis etc.. not a big drinker, recently gave up smoking and trying to exercise, get active more. Have lived in various household arrangements, currently have my own place in Cranbourne, however I am ideally looking for a place closer to work in Cheltenham.

We are all extremely easy going, respectful, happy, young individuals who are great friends. Two of us are a couple who will share a room and the other two single male and female who would need a bedroom each. We are reliable, will pay upfront and are looking for long term lease. In need of 3-4 bedroom house ideally, but open to other property types if it's in the Kingston, Bayside, Frankston (Seaford area), Glen Eira area and under $700 we could be your future tenants. Please note: we aren't looking to share with other tenants and need a 3/4 bedroom place that is unoccupied, or soon to be. Thanks
I'm a full time working male very easy going enjoy a casual drink or 2. I do like to take life as it comes, hopefully find a friendship as well as place to live
Hi there! We are easy going people who are clean and tidy and respectful. We have two gorgeous cats (Tilly & Felix) who are very well behaved and fully toilet trained. Holly will be working full-time and Courtney is studying Nursing. We have recently relocated from Tasmania and need a place ASAP. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Im an outgoing and friendly person. I came from Sweden 🇸🇪 i work full time as a professional worker and Stydy. I am looking for a flatmate who is clean and tidy like me and who is easy to get along with. I enjoy my privacy and i respect other peoples privacy very much. I am looking to move in with someone as soon as possible as I have found in my experience that females care more about the cleanliness of the house than males.😊 If u need more information for me feel free text me
URGENTLY LOOKING FOR A HOME ...I AM VERY EASY TO LIVE WITH AND HAVE A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOUR... LOCATION NOT IMPORTANT. I am looking for a nice relaxed place to live, I would like my own bathroom, and I am very flexible with the location I am more interested in having a home rather than just a room. I am a writer/director working on the third draft of an Aussie Comedy hoping to shoot the film 2019, I am in the process of raising the budget. I am a clean tidy considerate person who has a great sense of humour, I like a laugh a meal and a glass of wine, but I also value my space and give you yours, I also pay my bills and rent on time. At the moment I will be writing from home so a study or my own lounge, or even granny flat or studio would be helpful but not a deal breaker as I am looking for an office this year. I am studying film editing on final cut pro. I do have a 13 year old WELL TRAINED AND LOVED DOG AND A LITTLE BLACK CAT so it's important that they have a little space and are safe. I am flexible with moving dates and budget. Cheers Peita:)
I am doing my honours degree this year and needing a relatively quiet place to live. I’m easy going, very neat and wanting a relaxing place to come home to.
Hey future flatmates! I’m in my 20s, from Melbourne, a sparky, vegan and health conscious. Looking to live with some like-minded people, aged in 20s to say 40. Preferably no couples and a maximum of 3 other housemates. I’m chilled out, friendly, respectful and tidy. Love to keep fit...I run trails and marathons and like jumping into nature (hiking, camping, kayaking etc.). I do a bit of yoga also. Enjoy a drink every now and then at dinner. I’m preferably looking in a bayside suburb, from as south as Parkdale up to Elwood, close to the water, or a leafy green suburb out east as listed. My move date's flexible. Please message me if I tick the boxes and you'd like to meet. Happy to go for a coffee and chat. Cheers ✌️
Hi, I’m house proud, quiet.. funny sometimes or so I’m told!... oh and a Brit ... don’t mention the football ! Easy to get along with, like to chat and also like my own space at times too... like most people I guess. I am currently in the Uk on a visit home and am due back in Melbourne on 23rd August.
