We are a clean, honest and reliable couple, from Australia and the US (Seattle). I work in two cafes full time and he works part-time/casual in warehousing. We both enjoy reading, learning, walking/riding, travelling, food and nature, while I am also interested in sustainability and sociology. We have previously lived in sharehousing together and clean up after ourselves, don't make too much noise and respect other people's space. Looking forward to hearing from you. Steph
I consider myself a pretty relaxed person, who is both outgoing and sociable but enjoy my alone time. I am a part time worker at a very stable job as well as a full time student at Monash Uni. I understand and appreciate the need for space and respect for other housemates. Looking at preferably 300 max a month for rent. Plus utilities separately. My lease ends 19th Feb 2018. Would be great to team up with someone. I have a units worth of furniture but not a lot of stuff! Please dont hesitate to send me a message!
Hi! I'm a 25 years Mexican Project Manager. I'm travelling to Melbourne to study Web Development at Holmesglen Institute, starting on Jan 29. The plan is to stay at least 6 months. I work in my own business and as a freelancer for two Mexican agencies, and will continue remotely from there. Regularly I'm very quiet and enjoy to keep for myself, but also enjoy hanging around and taking some drinks with friends. Basically, I only need a good Internet connection to work and to study. You will never note if I'm or not at home. Hope my profile fit with the flatmate you are searching for. Best!
While I spend most of my time in my room I'm not shy to a good chat with a beer in hand. I study Programming at Holmesglen and work at Coles. Bit of a movie buff and play video games frequently.
I am from NZ but have been in Australia for 3 years, Melbourne for 2. I play basketball at a high level and travel with that, but have settled in Melbourne for now. I also work in the health and fitness industry doing strength and rehab (in Caulfield) . As well as work at Deakin Uni, and also coach basketball here and there (Bayside/ Mentone area). Looking for a great place not too far from the areas I mentioned & with good fun loving people I can share a glass of wine or meal with every so often. I have moved around a lot and lived in various living situations, I'm easy going, clean & tidy and like to get out and explore new places in and around Melbourne.
My apartment is perfect with, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big modern kitchen, a cosy lounge room and a beautiful balcony! The apartment is also in a very convenient spot with the train a 2 minute walk away. Woolworths, many cafes, restaurants and bars are also a 2 minute walk away. My lovely apartment is also furnished and ready for you to move in, the only things you need are bedroom furniture and of course yourself 😄
Hey I’m jasmine, I am an all round creative and an animal lover. I am going back to study the Advanced Diploma of Jewellery and Object Design full time in February at Melbourne Polytechnic. I live for jewellery design, visual art, travel, camping, cooking, friends and family and last but definitely not least - my main man "Taj" the bulldog. Taj is 8 years old now, and has a mainly gluten free diet and is a seasoned traveller. Taj is a sweet bundle of muscle and spends a lot of his spare time lazing around in sun pools. He is an outside dog and is a ‘dog friendly’ type of guy. He currently room shares with a male Cavoodle, has lived with a male Lab and also a Chihuahua and Maltese x in the past. He doesn't need much space as he is low energy and older now. I clean up after him every day. I have no doubts you will fall in love with his smoooshy face! In my spare time I like to have dinners and brunch out with friends, attend jewellery art exhibitions and spend a lot of time with family as I have 4 sisters. I also volunteer at an animal shelter in the kennels. I enjoy an occasional glass of red but I’m not a big drinker at all and a non smoker. I'm more chill than a party girl and I’d prefer to share art and star gaze. I'm super open minded, independent and very much a free spirit. In the past I have spent time in my own rentals but it is just way too expensive to go at it alone these days. I have lived in shared accommodation in Perth and can stick to a cleaning roster if that's a thing at your place! I am possibly looking for creatives or just cool people with interesting hobbies to house share with. Looking for a bit or garage space too or just a big room, I'm flexible. I hope this is enough information about myself but I don't mind any more questions via email. Thank you for stopping by and I am looking forward to hearing from you! Jasmine(and Taj)
Room: We have one room available in our three bedroom house. The currently vacant space is a single furnished room, though can be made unfurnished besides an attached wardrobe. If a larger space is required, a room swap may be considered and the master bedroom may be available for a slightly increased cost. House: An older style, cosy house, with floorboards/tiling throughout. There are three bedrooms total, two bathrooms, decently sized lounge area, and both washer and dryer in the laundry. There is a deck out the back and a large yard (in pretty average shape at the moment, so if you’re into garden fix ups it could be just your thing!). Smokers are fine, so long as it is outside. Location: • 5 minute walk to Highett train station (Frankston Line). • 5 minute walk to route 708 (Hampton – Carrum), 828 (Hampton – Berwick), or 822 (Sandringham – Chadstone) bus stops. • Just off Nepean Highway for an easy drive straight into the city or to the south east. • 2 minute walk to Highett shopping strip, including eat in and takeaway restaurants (Thai, Chinese, fish and chips, charcoal chicken, burgers, pizza, cafés, etc.), post office, beauty shops, bottle shops, Safeway supermarket, etc. Home of the popular Hawker Bar, and Diplomat Cafe. Rent: • $190 per week, paid weekly in advance. • Cost INCLUDES utilities (gas, electricity, water, wifi) If I’ve missed anything, please feel free to ask! We look forward to hearing from you.
Our beautiful flat is just 2 minutes walk away from Highett station making it a perfect location if you don't have access to a car. On the opposite side of the apartment complex is Highett shopping centre with Whoolworths and a pharmacy. There is a gym 10 minutes away and some nice parks in the surrounding. The beach is also around the corner and Highett road offers a lot of lovely cafes and small shops. There is a washing machine, dish washer and a nice balcony where you can hang out. In the living room there is a tv so everything you need is available in the apartment.
I spend my time cycling, watching movies, reading, and catching up with friends. I'm pretty laid back, funny, friendly, respectful and clean. I'm looking for a modern place with private bathroom and to be part of a friendly household.
Hello everyone! I am originally from Russia and now looking for a room in Moorabbin, Bentleigh or Cheltenham. I am a full time employee working 6 days a week. I am an extremely quite and tidy person so you can be sure that the place will be clean)) On weekends I usually enjoy outdoors - walking, swimming and yoga classes sound like a perfect day off for me) Please don't hesitate to contact me, I am open to any suggestions. Cheers, Olga
ill make you soup and do your shopping when you get sick. Am open minded, warm hearted and have a filthy sense of humour Im not a control freak nor do i have any interest i living with one so although i like to keep my surroundings clean and tidy I'm not bothered by a few dishes in the sink I am convinced that my 2 cats, tiger my big ginger boy and poppy still a crazy kitten are the most gorgeous , chilled out loving cats on the planet....if your having a bad day they always seem to know and with cuddles or plain cat weirdness they always make everything seem better.
I study in Frankston so I need a room that is close to a railway station on the Frankston train line. Firstly, I'm studying paramedics and have worked for 3 years in a pharmacy so I'm here for all of your medical needs. Secondly, I'm nice, fun and bubbly, I mostly like to keep to myself AND I love to bake, so cookies and cakes for you. I'm after a good sized room in a small house (easy to clean).
Hi all, I'm Jordan, a 25-yo m looking to join an existing share house or to team up with others to apply for rentals with. I would like somewhere that has a 'home-vibe' to it rather than a messy share house feel. I'm an easy-going, clean and respectful housemate. I keep pretty busy but when I'm home I'll be keen hangout for a bev (I drink anything) or a meal. Please try to support me not to abuse Uber Eats though. I cook about four specific meals really well. Good conversation or any other fun in-house-activities would also be great too. I only drink socially, don't use drugs, I don't smoke and I'm not noisy. I like to keep healthy and active. Probably likely to cohabitate best with similar people. I come with a clean shot-haired cat who will be sure to make far better company than me. He enjoys cuddles, eating and likes to play fetch relentlessly. Just don't bond with him too much or I'll probably get jealous. Please send a message if you're interested in the same suburbs (close to Frankston trainline) and think you make a decent rental applicant too. Cheers, Jordan
I'm a happy person who loves meeting new people, i love travel and keeping fit. I'm clean, tidy and considerate. I'm social over the weekends and fairly quiet during the week.
I’m am very tidy and responsible, don’t smoke and am quite funny ( apparently?!) I’m also English but lived here for 16 years it still have the accent lol! I’m not looking for a long term lease just something flexible to see how it works out
Close to the train station, quiet, and a short trip to the beach. The house has a big front garden and a garage in the backyard. All bills are included in rent, this includes unlimited internet. Also, the house is air-conditioned in the main living area and a bed frame can be provided if you don't have one.
