Professional looking for a room in a mature-aged share house. My interests include study, Netflix, music, and fitness.
I am a full time Occupational Therapist. I enjoy fitness, meeting cool new people and just having a good time really. I'm a clean and private person but also enjoy a chat here and there if I'm not dead after work. Keen to move in with some cool people and have that nice environment to come home to.
Young entrepreneur from country Victoria, for the last 6 months I have been working on a store based in DFO Moorabbin. I moved out of home very young to pursue a career in Melbourne and have learnt a thing or two about flatmates. In the past, I have been rushed in the door with big expectations and only to have flatmates get slack and nasty. Hope I can find kind, honest hard working people like myself. I have AS which makes me really easy to live with. I am really outgoing and easy to chat too, I especially love to discuss ideas with people. I work 7 days a week but it's flexible as I work for myself. I always find the time to clean as I am a total germaphobe, I'm the kinda guy to always vacuum, get into those hard to reach spots and scrub the shower. I have been in this business for 3 years now. It maintains a stable profit. I usually go on a 2-week business trip once a quarter. To add, I have a girlfriend who likes to visit once a week, we are Catholic, we aren't very affectionate and we usually just work together on the business. We have never had a fight and you're more than welcome to spend time with us :)
Single 28 yr old non smoking female, no pets or kids. Quiet, clean, easy to get along with, respectful of other peoples property and privacy. Working full time Monday to Friday as a Pharmacy Assistant. Like to have a social wine with friends/housemates, will happily socialise with those I live but also will respect when privacy is needed. Not a party animal. My kind of party is a 3 hour nap and some retail therapy. Any other questions please feel to ask. I am wanting to move now as I moved from Tasmania 6 weeks ago and only temp boarding. Hi Everyone, I'm Melissa, Melbourne born and raised! I work in the inner suburbs as an Office Manager 9am to 5.30pm, for an Oil company. I've lived in share houses with friends as well as on my own in Melbourne, Sydney and Queensland over the years. I love the outdoors, travelling, photography, time out with friends, live music and keeping fit with pilates, gym, hikes, soon adding boxing and spin classes! I am relocating to be closer to work and always in the city / surrounding suburbs socially. (I can't handle the commute to work by car and back forth socially anymore!) Looking for a private large bedroom in a shared house or apartment, with car parking, whether off or on street. Preferably with housemates that have good energy, sense of humour, drama free and easy going like me, non-smokers, no drugs, no parties at home and no pets. Within 5 - 10 minutes walking distance to trams/train station is my preference. I would like housemates that I can have the occasional drink, chat and meal with. I know we all have our own lives at the end of the day but it's nice to not be complete strangers with those you live with! Feel free to message me if you have any questions, especially a share place available and you feel I am the ideal housemate that will suit your household. Cheers :)
I'm honest, friendly, easy to get along with though I do tend to keep to myself and always clean up after myself. I'm new to house sharing but due to how my life has played out lately I really need to find some sort of accommodation that has some security behind it and not find myself having to move again in a couple weeks or months time. I have been doing domestic cleaning for myself for quite a few years now on a casual basis plus I receive Newstart benefits as I don't earn enough through just cleaning. I am constantly looking for full-time employment and have been doing some small courses to hopefully help. I don't own a car, therefore I do walk a lot and also rely on public transport.
I am self sufficient, a good cook and fastidious in my space. I work full time in the city, I am in and out to the gym most nights of the week and walking my Westie. I like a glass of wine and a chat but also enjoy my own space. I'm not looking to mother anyone or for a companion. If we get on well then there may be a few more wines and shared meals otherwise I am happy to cook, clean, eat and entertain myself.
Just moved over from Scotland and looking for a place to move into for around two months possibly longer. I am a very easy going guy, who likes having a few drinks at the weekend and meeting new people. I enjoy a lot of sports, but still haven’t decided my afl team yet! Looking for a good friend as much as a flat mate. Any questions you might have, please just ask.
Hi i'm Dimi. I'm a tradie who gets up before the chickens in the morning and i'm usually home by late afternoon so i'm looking for a place with some room or a garage to stash away my trailer and tools after work. At night I like to relax by watching TV. I'm a quiet person who is considerate of others, respects their privacy and personal time. I'm not a party animal, I normally have quiet weekends with occasional coffee meet ups or out riding my motorbike. I can look after my self with the cooking, washing, etc and i'll always clean up after myself. I also love all animals.
Hi, I’m house proud, quiet.. funny sometimes or so I’m told!... oh and a Brit ! Easy to get along with, like to chat and also like my own space at times too... like most people I guess.
Howdy friends, My name is Emily, I'm 19 and I'm studying a Bachelor of Management at Deakin in Burwood. My landlord has just given me notice so I'm looking to move into a new place within the upcoming uni break (I *may* possibly find time to move out sooner, so if you really love me let me know and I'll see if I can swing something!) I work Monday-Friday mornings in Hughesdale and could not possibly fill my time with more AFL than I do at present. I play, umpire, watch, and work at Etihad and the MCG so it's pretty full on but I do really love it. If you also love the weird ball sport we will get along splendidly. What I was mainly trying to get at was that I work enough to pay my rent and bills on time (my landlord can attest to that) but now you know a little about my greatest hobby. I'm either looking for an existing sharehouse or to start a new place with similar friends. I can only sign a 6 month lease because all things going well, I'll be taking off end December to the USA for a trimester abroad. I'd potentially be open to resuming a lease at the same place upon return if we get on like a house on fire (pun intended but can we not burn the house down for real that'd be alright). I drive so the place needs to have some element of parking, off street would be dandy but I'm not fussed. I also love PT and convenience so I'd love to be close to a train station/bus route that takes me to work/uni, but I'm good with logistics so I can always sort something. I can't afford more than what I'm paying now, so the most I could go to would be about $200pw including bills (or less excluding). Location doesn't bother me, I have quite a broad scope. The above listed suburbs are a general reference so if you live anywhere in the vicinity of the inner-ish south eastern suburbs please sing out! Keen to find a new joint with a rad fam. Look forward to hearing from you soon xo PS. the pet is a maybe and it's a frog. I haven't gotten her yet, I've been trying to get her for a year now but getting her set up is more expensive than I'd accounted for. She would live in a tank in my room/communal area if allowed and I'd be completely responsible for her. Your pets are fine with me too!
Been Living with a great family in Beaumaris in a small home since November however in May they would like to invite their rather large family from overseas for 6 months. In a small 3 bedroom house somethings got to give and I opted to move. Recently got a job as a personal trainer at a local Cheltenham gym and been working at Coles with increasing hours since October 2017. When I'm home I spend alot of time writing for my band and generally keeping to myself but am open to chat and discuss ideas ect. Non Smoker/drinker/drugs.
Quiet, secure, comfortable back unit in a block of 3, friendly neighbours. Central gas heating. Big A/C reverse cycle cooling in the kitchen/dining area. You would basically have exclusive use of the main bathroom (visitors excepted) as my room has an ensuite. Bathroom has a shower over bath so best of both worlds there. Small backyard, close to train but not close enough for noise to be an issue. Fastest NBN internet included (we got lucky with NBN), and there is a Netflix account and AppleTV for watching movies, etc. I have two very sweet and much loved medium sized dogs, so you need to like dogs and be completely comfortable with having them around. They are super friendly and very sociable. They would not be allowed in your room (unless you invited them in). If you have a dog we can discuss and introduce them to see if that might work, but my dogs are not used to cats. House is fully furnished, modern, clean and tidy, bedroom has double bed and chest of drawers, side drawers, lamps, etc. But that is flexible and any or all of it can be moved to the garage if you have your own furniture. Large double built in robe. Kitchen has gas stove, electric fan oven, dishwasher, microwave and big fridge/freezer. The laundry has Miele front load washer and a drier, there is also an outside line and indoor hanging racks, etc. Small back paved courtyard, with a BBQ, outdoor furniture, etc. Power, gas and water included (assuming no unusual usage :).
- This property is a one minute walk to Highett Station, supermarket, bars, restaurants etc. - Fully furnished double story town house (including the room for rent). - Spilt system upstairs - Internet included in the rent - Underground car park - Balcony
Hi, I’m Chris. I work in irrigation and water infrastructure. I enjoy sport, keeping active and socialising with friends. As a housemate I’m clean, tidy and respectful. Easy to get along with. Social but enjoy my own space.
Really easy going. Respectful. Friendly. Clean.
