Previously I was in Croydon renting my own place 3 bedroom double story 5yrs. unfortunately due to a few unexpected life events over 2024/25 I’ve had to come to terms its time to move on from the last 5 years and establish a new start and preferably one with least amount of people possible.

I have a great rental history always have.

Rental prices and crisis is making things harder for me being on Centrelink income right now, I usually would be working I can not right now due to having to try to finalise personal matters first which means I lack time to focus on a extra work or a Job currently.
I was Caring for my father until he passed In February 2024 so still trying to navigate all comes along.
I like to keep to myself a lot these days but also I want someone I feel comfortable with and like having company in background still.

I clean way too much as its a stress relief for me; but I also love to cook…used to be a chef for other people or desserts…

I have my own fridge, couch, beds and all house hold items so I don’t require much else besides you to bring your own furniture and things along. For ur own room if we team up. If u offer a place needs to be with some storage if u have things already
