I have a great rental history always have.

On Centrelink income right now, I usually would be working I can not right now due to having to try to finalise personal matters first which means I lack time to focus on a extra work or a Job currently.

I like to keep to myself a lot these days but also I want someone I feel comfortable with and like having company in background still.
Someone easy going but understanding someone flexible, quiet not into parties or anything just chill quiet place is preferred.
Easy to to get along with and prefers to do things at their own pace, respectful of when people sleeping and ocd/ clean so someone just keeps on top of their own shit or aware of each other space.
I’m looking for somewhere with bit of space and at this stage I think I need furnished due to just losing everything. someone who is 100% trustworthy also.
Tryna start again and navigate heaps shit alone with lack of help. I do cook a bit use to be a chef, so if ya like someone to make ya food and u will eat yay.
Prefer if inderpendant and can look after themselves.
